We had a clear vision of the philosophy and mood of the future hotel. We were tasked with creating the naming and branding of the hotel, interior and exterior design, as well as improving the existing architectural layout. The Brandon Archibald team coped with these tasks very well! We are very pleased with the result.

The work was done on time. If there were any delays, the team always informed us about them on time. In general, communication with the team during the work was very convenient.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brandon Archibald, and what were your goals?

At some point, we realized that our brand needed a second wind. Brandon Archibald has developed a new strategy for us, a new logo and stylistic guidelines.

How did you select this vendor?

Everything is quite simple, I was subscribed to this company for a long time, saved these works for myself when I liked them, at the moment when we needed rebranding, I remembered the guys, contacted them and we started cooperation.

First, there was the development of a brand model, then we chose and approved the archetype, then the guys provided 3 stages of design work: design approach / design concept / branded items, at the end we received a book of guidelines. Where all the rules for using our corporate identity are written.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

It’s hard to remember in detail, but I’ll try to describe what I remember: we talked with the CEO, with the sales manager, then there was the project manager, a personal acquaintance with the strategist and later with the creative director and designer who worked on our rebranding.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So far it is difficult to talk about some kind of success and progress, because, in fact, because of the war, we are just starting to gradually introduce a new rebranding, but according to internal sensations, the changes will be very positive for the company's growth.

We had calls with the team about once every two weeks, in fact, as soon as some intermediate stage was completed and required approval. All communication was done through gmail. At the end of each stage, we received a scope of work with details of what awaits us next, which stages and on what dates and when we should be paid.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They knew how to listen and understand, I think it was incredible. We worked with a branding agency before and, unfortunately, the guys there only listened, but did not hear. For us, the key task was for the agency to determine how to adapt our idea, and not just take and do as we want. Hearing is very important for design companies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far there are no such requests.

We're establishing a rustic restaurant here in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia called Munchy's Hungry for More. I’m the owner.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brandon Archibald?

We needed help with the design and branding aspects of our restaurant. This involves coming up with the name, color schemes, slogans, etc.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, Brandon Archibald interviewed us and surveyed the market to get a better understanding of our business and audience. After seeing what was going on in the market, they proceeded with the work, developing our brand strategy and positioning. They also designed our packaging, labels, menu, and uniforms for the restaurant staff.

We’ve also engaged with them for social media marketing support. They do all of our Instagram posts and stories.

We work with three people from their side, including Boris (CEO & Creative Director) and a project manager, who primarily handles everything.

We found them through a Google search.

We’ve spent around $12,000–$15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Brandon Archibald in November 2017, and it's still an ongoing collaboration.

We haven’t opened yet, but Brandon Archibald has done a phenomenal job — we think our brand is going to stand out.

How did Brandon Archibald perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management style is excellent. They always deliver on time and respond to our requests or questions promptly. We communicate with them mainly through WhatsApp and email; sometimes, we also call each other via Instagram.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with how reliable they’ve been.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’re always the ones triggering voice conversations; it’s not their preferred method because they prefer communicating through email. Nevertheless, I want to have more voice conversations with them.

Make sure to clearly define what you want to achieve.
