Launching a widespread media drive to broaden the knowledge about GDPR.
The educational campaign “GDPR for the patient” was created with the purpose of raising the awareness of Polish patients.
Adequate education will allow patients to demand observation of laws concerning the protection of their data in a legally justified manner.

I`m responsible for the digital marketing communication for the business segments Pain Therapy and Urology at E.M.S. - Electro Medical Systems, a Swiss medical device manufacturer serving a global market.
For what projects/services did your company hire Brandmed?
We asked to provide a strategy for consistent content creation around a proprietary treatment concept in physiotherapy, and its execution on the basis of regular and consistent communication campaigns.
As an initial project, we specifically needed support with the launch of a new therapeutical concept. In the past, E.M.S. struggled with maximizing the impact in the local markets because of limited internal ressources.
The content was supposed to be based on the original marketing material and should aim at “bringing the treatment protocols to life”. Content should be adapted for the key markets in Germany, France, Italy and the UK., leveraging local experts, the E.M.S. partner network as well as individual guidelines and regulations.
This can only be achieved with a sufficient amount of ready-to-use content for all digital channels, an efficient creation and adaptation process and a reliable and knowledgeable partner.

Mateusz was responsible for all cooperation in the area of web development and SEO and Marcin was responsible for cooperation in the area of content marketing and social media. We also were in a direct contact with 3-4 people from their team.

The materials prepared by branded helped us to attract and acquired first 100 private mental health offices.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Communication with Brandmed was excellent. We received reports on the status of works on an ongoing basis. In case of any questions, we had direct contact with persons responsible for the performance of individual services, who were always at our disposal.
Depending on the type and advancement of the service provided, we discussed the tasks performed during workshop meetings, videoconferences or via e-mail. We have never been left without feedback or without the opportunity to discuss our changes to the previously approved scope of work.

The greatest value that Brandmed has brought to our project is very good knowledge of the medical market and our industry.

A successful transition to AWS and implementation of AWS S3 resulted in a reduction of the database from 25 GB to 250 MB. Implemented a new data backup policy that facilitates faster, and less expensive operations. Significantly diminished monthly costs related to the data archiving – from ~ 250$ - $300 (which were continuously rising) to $30.

The cooperation was effective, allowing for a smooth workflow. The company was very responsive, provided quick feedback and quickly incorporated our solutions. We enjoyed working together.
