Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder of medical centers. We are working to make surgical care affordable.
What challenge were you trying to address with Brandi?
We were trying to create awareness surrounding affordable surgeries.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Brandi did a brand awareness campaign for us. They made people aware of our brand through Facebook. They identified patients or physicians and created awareness amongst them.
What is the team composition?
We were in touch with only one person, who was an account manager for us. There were maybe two people working on the project.
How did you come to work with Brandi?
They were referred to us by a mutual friend.
How much have you invested with them?
My company spent less than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from February 2018–January 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve created awareness around our business. We are attached to about 800 practitioners, and we’re getting steady business from them.
How did Brandi perform from a project management standpoint?
We used Google Sheets. Brandi shared a tracker with us that showed their weekly activities. We had Zoom calls once or twice.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Our time zones were the same, which was nice. They kept the tracker updated, so we didn’t have to follow up with them about it. They helped make sure that we achieved our goals within the budget.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could be more creative in communicating the message to the audience.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you have your own creative team in-house, it will work better. It’s hard to communicate what kind of creative you want.
