For what projects/services did your company hire Essence Axis?
For today’s consumers, shopping doesn’t begin and end in the store. With so many options both in stores and online, digital and video play a huge role in getting people through the door.

That challenge was all too familiar to H&R Block. While 60% of its customers come to H&R Block retail stores to get in-person tax help, consumer behavior in the finance industry is changing.

After we selected the Essence Axis, we had a couple of online meeting and interview to discuss our campaign goal. The team from Essence Axis focused on understanding what we want to achieve. And they developed a strong pitch according to our brief.
What was the team composition?
We worked closely with the Digital Team of Essence Exis. 5 team member including Mr. Ryhan is involved with the project.

Through a YouTube campaign that led to a 31% increase in incremental reach, almost 1.4 million store visits, and 79,000 confirmed retail appointments.

Essence Axis started by analyzing Google Search data to see how people were asking for tax help and to uncover some of their most pressing questions. Based on that research, the team identified two types of customer behaviors. We really liked the research their team conducted.

We appointed Ngital Limited to design and develop an elegant website to increase our company’s credibility. Our goal was to provide a smooth digital journey to our clients.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We chose Ngital Limited because they have a reputation as well as an extensive portfolio in the market. Also, after meeting them, we found them highly knowledgeable and cooperative.

At first, Ngital Limited conducted extensive research and analyzed relevant information about our company. To have transparency, they provided us with project documentation containing the sitemap, Gantt chart, content list, etc. In the second phase, we had a meeting with their experts to confirm the wireframe of system architecture and database design. Here, we got mockup designs from them, which helped us move forward without any tension. Next, they continued the development process. During every phase, they provided us with progress reports as well.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Mainly the project manager and senior developer carried out the overall communication. However, the whole team for the project consisted of two developers, two designers, content writers, data entry specialists, and a maintenance lead.

We got many positive reviews from our loyal customers about the website as it is straightforward to use and has an appealing view. Also, our online presence has brought significant benefits for us.

We constantly got updates from the project manager and the lead developer almost every week. Mainly they provided everything through emails to keep official records. However, they also contacted each other via phone calls during emergencies. About timeliness, I must say they were more than punctual regarding the deadlines.

The most impressive thing about Ngital is their suggestions to make the website simple yet elegant, no matter how much effort they needed to bring that best. At the same time, they respected our terms and conditions and valued our choice over everything.

Initially, there were a few issues regarding communication, but after addressing the issue, they were prompt in resolving it and provided us with timely reports and updates.
