I work as Technical Recruiter in an IT company. We are specialized in providing online payments to our customers.

For what projects/services did your company hire BPS WORLD doo?

We were heavily expanding and we hired BPS World as an external associate to help us out with our recruitment efforts (sourcing for candidates and submitting resumes).

How did you select BPS WORLD doo and what were the deciding factors?

The determining factor was their good reputation on the market, and professionalism during their approach to us.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

We need help with recruitment for different IT related roles (software development, software testing, system administration, security and many others). We send a detailed job description to BPS after which they setup a meeting where we discuss the role in details. After that, they start sourcing and delivering candidates within a short timeframe.

I believe they offer other services as well, but so far we only used recruitment, and they truly exceeded all expectations related to speed of service and quality of candidates.

How many resources from the BPS WORLD doo team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I believe that 3-4 recruiters were engaged to work on our openings.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a lot of success with hiring using BPS, there were several succesfull placements, and those people are still our employees, which is for me a sign of success.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The cooperation is always extremely effective, the recruiters are very responsive, and what I particularly like is that they listen to our needs very carefully and only submit candidates who are in line with those needs. Basically, they understand very well what we want and need, and they stick to it, which makes them my agency of choice and someone I prefer working with compared to others.

Their approach to clients is very professional and we never encountered any issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of candidates they submit is impressive! They really pay attention to our needs and value the quality of candidates they send to us, related both to technical expertise and cultural fit. I believe they conduct their initial interview very carefully, and we get a detailed report. On top of that, they are very responsive and try to maintain a good relationship with the client.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far, everything is great!

We hired BPS World for recruiting and expanding our internal Development team.

What were your goals for this engagement?

Find quality people, specialized in certain tools and applications and find them fast.

We had previous experience with them and received good recommendation from a partner company.

Their are performing hunting and initial interviews with candidates, and supporting us through the whole recruitment process.

What was the team composition?

We have a dedicated account management acting as a main point of contact and coordinating the service and other people involved with the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

With their help we established a sound internal team, that helped drive our business further. Additional value is that we didn't experience any fluctuation with the candidates sourced from BPS

Perfect! Exchange of information, quality of communication and service on a top level. During this project we truly established a good partnership.

Quality of service and expedite delivery.
