Doubled Memorial's number of leads
Memorial Health Group is a healthcare provider located in Istanbul, Turkey. Memorial started operations in 2000, and now have 14 hospitals and wellness center all over the country. To increase the number of leads, we created lookalike audiences using well-performed audiences and used them actively in advertising campaigns. In some campaigns, specific locations are used to show ads, we also activate in the surrounding provinces to catch more people to interest in campaigns. We used exclusions to prevent audiences from overlapping each other. We also learned some interesting things; for example, campaign performances show us that men are interested in pregnancy more than women audience. The number of women which interested in hair transplantation is more than 3 times of men. When Facebook lead ads performance went down, we also tried to get leads by referring to the website. The audiences which performed well in the flyer and click-to website campaigns were also used in Instagram ads to reach potential users from different channels. After each campaign has been activated, it has passed 4 different checks and optimizations until the end date. Campaign budget optimization was carried out continuously and budget transfers were made to the correct channel. As result, we have seen a 2x increase in the number of leads obtained.

2x Growth on Migros' Non Brand Organic Traffic
Migros is Turkey’s largest retail company, a supermarket chain, and employer. It’s also one of the forty largest retailers in the world. It’s structured in a cooperative society, with over two million members. The most important development was to find the major problems in the technical part and to fix and improve them with our experiences and expertise. Our objective was in the short-term to do site migration from A to B to a different domain. At this point, the most challenging thing we have worked on was to keep the incoming traffic and not lose SEO visibility. The first step in constructing stairs is optimizing the crawl budget which is reserved by Google. We block the way to some page extensions and give more space for the crawler for indexing many unique/quality pages. In a few weeks, all these non-relevant pages start to be de-indexed from search results. In order to use the technical language in the best way, we had to improve the incomplete parts of the infrastructure. From page speed optimization to the content creation side, we took great pride in all the improvements we have made. Oleg Cassini is a fashion brand that provides services in two separate categories, bridal gowns and evening dresses. The categories of wedding dresses and evening dresses differ in terms of their targets. If there is an appointment form target similar to a lead brand in the wedding dress category; In the evening dress category, it progresses in the form of eComm and has sales targets.
As Boostroas, we created two separate strategies for Oleg Cassini by using his Google Ads account in line with his goals; including lead and eComm. We made monthly, quarterly, and 6-month plans for both targets. We have also directed projects to support third-party collaborations. When we analyzed our first-quarter results, we achieved our monthly targets every month and managed to grow the brand compared to the previous periods.
For PPC, In order to grow the business, and increase transactions and wedding dress appointments to stores, they set the Google campaign structure according to our needs. Experienced various kinds of campaign types and strategies to understand which one works better for us. While determining the competitors, trends, and opportunities for the brand they created a business strategy to continue with.
For Analytics, they set up add-to-cart conversion, added a lowercase website search term filter and they checked the transaction and Google Ads to see if the measurement is proper.

Since we started working with BoostRoas, we had an increase in our main goals which are wedding dress appointments to local stores and transactions. There have been a 25.64% increase in transactions and a 100.66% increase in revenue while the appointments increased 27.04% compared to the first 4 months of last year.

They prioritize weekly projects and share reports on last week's performance and weekly projects. When we started to analyze the whole blog posts, realized that there were a lot of blog posts that needed to eliminate and focus on the B2B audience's expected information. Therewithal, we moved to optimize remained blog posts and find the principal keyword for all of them.
To be sure if they really were keywords on which we should focus, we researched them and looked at the results if they were relevant to us. Our in-depth research of the competition and audience showed us a map from the helicopter that made us more know-how about the industry. So we understood which piece of content achieved the most traffic and gained more backlinks.
Some of the blog posts needed to be optimized because they had low organic traffic, but at the same time, there was a big potential. But some of them which we didn’t have on the blog, we had to discover and create new briefings. We optimized most of the things; content fluency, titles, principal keywords, internal linking to other blog posts/relevant landing pages, subtitles, required metadata, and added pillar page structure to the long blog posts.

After the migration period, it was primarily designed to determine the 404 pages on our site for scanning budget optimization. These pages have been redirected to current pages. Then the canonical tag problem was solved. At the same time, They made metadata optimization, and also they developed a content strategy.

It could have been better if they assigned the tasks all in one instead of sending them one by one. Few tasks may take longer than expected. In this case, we would have a chance to pick the least time-consuming task and then move on to the others.

The Viesmann Group is one of the leading manufacturers of air conditioning, heating, and industrial and cooling systems. I work here as the digital marketing executive.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The founder of BoostRoas has been my friend for a long time. When he first launched the company, I wanted to work with him because I know and admire his working style.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
When they deliver the first brief, all platforms that can be used in the campaign and the personas of the campaign are revealed. What should our target audience be, how should we call them out? Which platforms do we get better performance from, etc.? After the questions, they create a strategy.
After determining our target KPIs, we complete the campaign preparations. We are constantly working in contact with weekly performance reports. At the end of the campaign, he prepares the performance report that summarizes the whole process. We identify our strengths and weaknesses.

I’ve been working with one person who is the senior PPC account executive and one person who is the Analytics Executive.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Projects are data driven. Since the data drive is executed, we can follow all processes with transparency. When I have a question or wonder where a lead has come from, I can follow it from the reports provided. When I'm setting up the next campaign, I feel comfortable in planning because it corresponds to the data I have. I can track all metrics from how many people I reach in the reports sent from cpc costs, to the number of leads and from source/medium breakdown to cpl costs.

They use Asana for project management. They get in touch with me all the time via email. They organize catch up calls when necessary. The whole process is carried out online.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their working style fits Europe. They work online and benefit from all the online tools. I believe it is great to handle everything without physically gathering. When we need anything, they take action immediately. They go after problems so you are assured that nothing is left hanging. They are also open to feedback and criticism. They do not defend themselves. They do research objectively and decide accordingly.
Everyone in the team is quite experienced and expert in their fields. Once I had a problem with Ads and Google was not that helpful and the team instantly arranged a call with me. They listened to the problem, explained the details, and solved the problem right after.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
As far as I am concerned, all problems cannot be solved via email. Sometimes I want to get a call from the team. Email may not be enough in some cases. Communication can be improved.
Ever since the client started working with BoostRoas, the client was able to record a 25.64% increase in their transactions and a 100.66% increase in revenue. Meanwhile, appointments were up by 27.04% for the first month of last year. The team provided planning days to discuss projects and reports.
