Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the vice president of marketing and communications for a real estate company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bo&Mitchi?
We’re a startup company in the residential development space. The company needed a website that showcases our projects and history.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed our website from scratch, taking a structured approach. Their team does research, concept presentations, execution, and used their hand-on approach to attend to small details.
What is the team composition?
Rahul (Founder, Bo&Mitchi) is accessible to us at all times. On the creative side, I was coordinating with two team members. On the development side, there were two different team members working on our project. We also had one account manager.
How did you come to work with Bo&Mitchi?
I’ve worked with them in previous positions. They have a strong understanding of the real estate space and how the digital makes an impact on the market. Their creativity was far superior compared to other vendor options, which is why we consistently engage with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started worked together from March–July 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s an attractive website. The reviews we got from internal and external stakeholders were very positive. We deployed SEO and social media, which has generated much more traffic for the website. I wouldn’t say it’s just the website, along with our internal efforts, led to the impressive numbers we're seeing now.
How did Bo&Mitchi perform from a project management standpoint?
We used Google Sheets to map day-to-day progress and weekly updates. They provided us with daily updates. On top of that, we had weekly calls with Rahul to track or progress and areas for improvement.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re creative, with a sound understanding of our space.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Given the scope of work I engaged them for, they did a good job.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Don’t treat them as an external service provider. Instead, bring them into your team with a common objective. That really worked in my favor, and it's the reason why I’ve worked with them twice in the past.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
Delicaie is a cake store in Mumbai, India. We produce customized wedding and high-end cakes. We sell cakes from our store and also through our website.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bo&Mitchi?
We wanted to target the online market for cakes in Mumbai, and to reach people who were looking on Google. That meant we needed to be discoverable on Google.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They do our SEO. We work with them on keywords, and add or subtract after figuring out if something is working or not. They added something like 'gifting in Mumbai' as a keyword once we started a line for corporate and birth announcement gifting. We've kept adding keywords to develop new business lines.
They also manage the content as well as the whole look and feel of the website. They helped us build content that's SEO friendly.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact is the promoter.
How did you come to work with Bo&Mitchi?
I found them online. I met them and it seemed good, then they gave me an opportunity to try out their services for a little while.
How much have you invested with them?
$1,000/month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2015 and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
If you search for any of my keywords on Google in Mumbai, we always rank number one. We’ve seen a lot of growth to the traffic on the website over the last couple of years. They’ve done a good job.
How did Bo&Mitchi perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been pretty quick throughout. We have a project manager who gets in touch with me or copies me in an email. We communicate through email, phone, and WhatsApp, and they’ve been pretty proactive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They try and understand our business needs. They did a lot of planning and strategy for the website's UI, along with its promotion. I’ve been happy with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a clear process of what you want and communicate it to them. They’re really good with UI. They give good suggestions on where to place what to get better traffic. If you can be clear in your communication with them, they’ll give you something good and offer interesting ideas.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Klenzaids, a manufacturing company that builds turnkey facilities for pharmaceutical and biotechnology environments.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bo&Mitchi?
We had a simple website and a low online presence. We needed a vendor to provide SEO and digital marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Bo&Mitchi is redesigning our new website, setting up our LinkedIn account, and doing SEO and other promotions. Concurrently, the team is creating content for web and print. They’re using language that reflects our niche position in the market. The team takes photography and video with GoPro, and then edits the footage. The redesign is entering phase two and we plan to have paid ads and links by the end of the year. Deliverables include PDF brochures, digital brochures, other digital content, presentations, and teaching and training seminars
What is the team composition?
We work with their CEO. He has a photography team and coders that work behind scenes. We interface with the coders for APIs.
How did you come to work with Bo&Mitchi?
We got a referral from colleagues in the healthcare industry. The team’s interesting portfolio persuaded us to arrange an in-person meeting. Bo&Mitchi’s presentation distinguished them because it demonstrated that they were an ethical company in an ethical space. We also knew their leadership from the CEO’s time at another agency.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $25,000 per year.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2016 and the partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their creative team is good. We understand their weaknesses and what they can bring to the table. Likewise, they understand our team dynamic as well. Our clients appreciate the materials they’ve created.
How did Bo&Mitchi perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re in constant contact with our in-house media and IT teams. We don’t need project managers because the communication flow is easy. We have a dedicated portal to share information and schedule meetings on business applications. The teams communicate via Skype for Business, email, and various digital forums. Furthermore, the CEO is very talented; he knows his space and has considerable experience. He’s a good guy and provides insight into the industry and various comparative scenarios.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re committed to getting the job done. Since Bo&Mitchi isn’t a large company, the team’s workflows are synchronized with one another. They’re cooperative and a pleasure to work with. My media team has worked at their office and found the studio appealing. I met the CEO twice and was impressed each time.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I told them they needed to improve their sales channeling. They know us, but the company has to do recruit a good sales group to be successful with other clients. We’ve had a good experience with them, but they need those resources to grow the business. Bo&Mitchi also needs to improve their digital presence. I told the CEO he needed to get more international clients.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Clients should designate points of contact for Bo&Mitchi. Chemistry between people is important for creative content. Likewise, new clients shouldn’t treat them as a massive media company with catch-all solutions. They’re a niche agency with select capabilities.
