Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

An integration was made in the work orders (Spraying, Fertilizing, Sowing and Harvesting) between the monitoring system of the lots in agricultural production (SIMA), which is where the data originates, and the ERP management system (Agrosystem), where we carry the production costs and production. On average, in the agricultural campaign some 10,000 (ten thousand) work orders are generated. This integration came to avoid the double load of the same in the systems.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We noticed a significant improvement in data performance. We avoid double loading (SIMA - mail delivery - Agrosistema) with the reduction of errors and omissions that this brings. We use that time now to attend to the already integrated order and use that time savings in controls, improve processes and improve logistics.

It was a great experience working with the team assigned by Bombieri. The person assigned in the role of Project Leader, complied with the project in a timely manner, holding weekly meetings and setting goals for the team members—continuous feedback to measure the progress of the project.

The responsibility at work, the commitment to the times and the project, and the willingness to answer any question or doubt that arose.

We are a company with diverse activities and a lot of information. We are continually thinking and improving the processes and data recording.

The scope of work was the commercial process, online and physical sales, delivery, customer attention and the internal communication of the staff. We started working area by area, with personal interviews. When the consultants have a lot of information, they prepare a summarized report about the strengths and weaknesses, and a list of several organizational pains.

Our work was prioritizing that pains related to risk and impact to business continuity. Finally, the consultants made a risk/impact matrix and a Digital Transformation Plan with a high level solution description, to work on the most important pains.

Overall project, we work with one Technical Solution Manager and a Team Manager.

We have face and virtual meetings every week, and finally a report exposition with the proposed solutions to continue for a Digital transformation of our company. All work within 2 months

We're very happy about the way the project was executed, the management of meetings and relationship with all our employees was very good, and I received information about de progress every week. We communicated with e-mail and messenger.

We started working in a new design of our website. When the design was approved, the development team started to build the platform to manage all the information and content. We have a backoffice panel to manage what and when publish every post or information of our government. The citizen of our community can search and read information in a new web platform with responsive design and a very modern design.

Overall project, we work with one UI/UX designers, a Team Manager (the main point of contact) and two developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The prototype was delivered within 60 days, and the web portal was developed with a SCRUM methodology, then we have a working copy of the platform every 2-3 weeks.

The management was great, I received information about de progress every week, and we had weekly meetings to review development advances and once a month we did reviews meeting to check deadlines and the overall solution evolution. We communicated with whatsapp, e-mail and Redmine.

I like the good interaction with the client, and the innovative and entrepreneurial profile.

No there aren't. We were very satisfied with the work done.

Terrus is part of the Real State of RUS (an Argentine insurance company) where residential lots, private neighborhoods, buildings for sale or rent and all civil works for the insurance company are developed.

We needed to promote and improve the networks and digital marketing of the real state of RUS, in addition to improving the statistics of inquiries and applying new digital tools to provide immediate responses to inquiries through the web.

Based on recommendations from fellow companies, the experience of the company and the quality of the service that we could see in previous jobs. In addition to the excellent proposal that they put together based on our requirements and to further enhance what was requested.

In the first instance, they did a survey of the current websites that were in use and the active social networks, in addition to making an analysis to bring the aesthetics of the real estate sector to the same line as the entire insurance company. They began to develop the software to leave a database of queries and give immediate answers.

Armed monthly advertising campaigns, production of visual and graphic content. And as they get results from the advertising campaigns, they evaluate how to improve the publications and web pages.

In the team, I communicate directly with two coordinators with whom we establish the guidelines to carry out the advertising campaigns and designs. And they refer each task to the designers, the assistants for the networking and communication posts.

The improvements in the visuals of the web, sites in social networks and paid publications in google and other areas, in addition to the handling of responses to constant queries, has been positive and has been an important pillar for the company.

We have weekly meetings with two of the coordinators to review the week and anticipate the new campaigns. In addition to having a fluid communication almost daily in calls or WhatsApp messages for any eventuality that requires it.

The main goal was get automatized the exchange of information between the provider and our company, totally unattended, to release our employee to work in more relevant tasks.

For now, we work together in the first phase of the project. We stared analyzing and defining how the bots must work, with all business details. And after that, Bombieri’s Automation Expert Lab designed and developed three bots to reach the goal of this projects.

I’m the CEO of an entertainment and art management company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bombieri developed a custom software solution for us. This platform allows us to hire artists online, send contracts, and manage everything else involved in that process. The project was divided into two phases, and we’re currently working on the second phase.

We’ve spent around $40,000.

What is the status of this engagement? 

We started working with them in October 2020, and the first phase was completed two months after that. Currently, our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re very happy with the platform created by Bombieri so far; it is completely custom-made, so it responds exactly to our needs. They’ve also been very helpful in defining the parts of this project that we were not completely sure about, and they’ve helped us find the right solutions.

How did Bombieri perform from a project management standpoint?

Bombieri is very precise with deadlines. It was very important for us to divide this project into two phases to meet the dates of our launching strategy, and they were able to meet them perfectly. We have periodic meetings using Zoom and Google Meets, and we communicate daily via WhatsApp or email.

We’ve had some issues organizing meetings due to our time difference, but they’ve been very flexible.

Was a real team-work, we have some meetings to define the project scope, and we had in touch weekly evolving the solutions in an iterative way. The first release resolved the payments integration, where the user of the ERP can generate a new Payment button to share with their customers, he only see one button with few options, but the hearth of this solutions is in the backend, connecting with MercadoLibre y MercadoPago to create the payment preferences.

The next release included features about publications, to share information about products on the marketplace of MercadoLibre. This phase, required a lot of work, to refine every feature to give a really good experience for our ERP’s users.
