Website Dev, SEO & Rebranding for Full-Service Catering Firm
“Engaging Bold Entity is well worth your money.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the owner of A La Carte Catering & Cakes. We are a full-service catering company serving the DFW Metroplex since 1994.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bold Entity?
We were looking for a company to assist us with Rebranding as well as Optimizing our website. We wanted a cleaner look and SEO services so that people could find us more easily on the internet.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Bold Entity analyzed our website which showed us how many people were finding us through keyword searches. During a discovery meeting, they asked key questions regarding our business to assist them with developing the content for the new website. They also created several options for us to choose from for refreshing our logo and our brand.
It was a joy working with a company that created the content of the website based on them getting to know who we are as a business. They were able to design the website to match the message of who we are. They also provided rebranding of business essentials such as letterhead and business cards.
What is the team composition?
We worked directly with two people from their team, Ana (Lead Developer) and Valerie (CEO & Founder). More people were involved behind the scenes, but we didn't work directly with them.
How did you come to work with Bold Entity?
I met Valerie, the owner at an event several years ago through an organization that we were both members of. At that time I did not have a need for her services. When we decided to upgrade our website, I reached back out to Valerie asking her to provide a quote, examples of her work and references. I was impressed by the websites she had previously done. I also contacted the references she provided and received rave reviews regarding Bold Entity's work.
We received several quotes from other vendors but chose Bold Entity because of detailed services and personal touch they provided.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested a little over $20,000 on this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Bold Entity in July 2021 and the engagement continues today.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
About 2 months after the redesigned website launched, our search traffic increased significantly. Valerie just recently sent us an email letting us know that for certain keyword searches we had already moved up to the first page on Google!
How did Bold Entity perform from a project management standpoint?
Bold Entity is timely and efficient. A lot of times, they’re waiting on us rather than us waiting on them. Valerie is truly professional and easy to work with.
Ana is a joy to work with. She is excellent about providing updates and will get back with us in a very timely manner.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We selected Bold Entity because of their professionalism and proven track record. The proposal Valerie provided was very detailed and very informative. We received quotes from other vendors but Valerie's proposal and her heart for helping small businesses stood out the most.
Are there any areas they could improve?
None that I can think of. They’ve done everything we’ve asked them to do and more.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Engaging Bold Entity is well worth the investment!

Mktg Strategy & Graphic Design for Boutique Surrogacy Agency
"They were incredibly proactive and were always one step ahead of me."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and executive director of the Aspen Surrogacy Group. We are a boutique surrogacy agency that works with high-net-worth families and individuals.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bold Entity?
We hired Bold Entity to expand our marketing efforts within the Dallas community.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Valerie (CEO & Founder) developed and executed a marketing plan for us. The strategy entailed utilizing the best third-party channels to reach our target market, so they created a system for us reach out to fertility clinics, attorney’s offices, nanny agencies, and other places that also serve our clientele or intended parents.
They created a list of all of the places that we could approach, put together a PowerPoint presentation and marketing collaterals for us, and scheduled our meetings with those different businesses. All of our prospects and their contact information were organized in an Excel spreadsheet.
Their team also updated our website and picked up on some elements that our website designer hadn’t known about. For instance, they made some adjustments with certain colors so that Google could pick up on the contrast. They did some marketing research as well and got us in touch with similar companies so that we could see what language we could use for our messaging.
What is the team composition?
There were typically three people working with us. Valerie was our primary contact.
How did you come to work with Bold Entity?
I met them through a local Facebook group. A few people reached out to us when I was looking for a marketing agency, but I decided to work with Bold Entity because they did a phenomenal job even before our first meeting. They gathered information about our industry and came up with a potential marketing plan. No one else had done that amount of diligence, and I was impressed with their ability to see what I needed and proactively make a plan around it.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested around $30,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our contract lasted from March–June 2021. They still followed up with me shortly after that to make sure that I had everything I needed.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have yet to see any tangible outcomes since I am still about to follow up with all of the companies that I’ve talked to. At the moment, we don’t have any increase in clients, but I’m confident that it will come from Bold Entity’s efforts.
How did Bold Entity perform from a project management standpoint?
I was very impressed with their project management. They did such an incredible job of organizing everything and keeping me up to date. We communicated via email and met via Zoom every week for the duration of the engagement.
What did you find most impressive about them?
One thing that truly stood out about Bold Entity was their excellent communication. They were incredibly proactive and were always one step ahead of me.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they did a great job.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It’s important to really listen to Valerie because she is highly experienced in the field of marketing.

Rebrand, Web Dev & Marketing Content for HVAC Contractor
“Bold Entity can develop exactly what the client needs.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP of sales and marketing at NTD Mechanical. We’re a commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor specializing in public-sector work.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bold Entity?
Our legal name is North Texas Ductworks. Although we’ve always been a turnkey mechanical contractor, the name Ductworks made it seem as though we were solely a fabricator, which led to a lot of confusion. We needed help with rebranding.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We hired Bold Entity for a rebranding and to update our website. They helped us with all of our marketing materials. As part of the branding, they created business cards, letterheads, email signatures, and other marketing materials like trifolds that talk about the company. They helped us with content for our social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. I believe our site was built using WordPress, but I’m not sure.
The team also helped us with four corporate videos, including a culture video, a mission video, and one for the president. They also helped us with holiday videos, which we sent to our customers. We shot a Thanksgiving holiday video, which took 1–2 hours to film. We hired their videography and photography crews to go out to job sites and our office. Bold Entity would initiate the storylines, and we’d improve on those.
We also rolled out our service department division in 2019, and Bold Entity helped us with some additional information for them. They helped us create a landing page specifically for the service department, along with additional mailers specific to them.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with Valerie (Founder & CEO). We also have an account manager.
How did you come to work with Bold Entity?
Our owner was a part of a large financial institution a while ago, and she met Valerie there. We saw what Valerie had to offer, and we talked to references. We ended up being a good fit for their vision, versus what we thought we wanted and in comparison to some of the other marketing companies we vetted.
How much have you invested with them?
The overall cost was more than $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started this project in early 2017, and we finished by the end of that year.
We’re getting ready to hire them for a new site refresh. They did a great job the first time, so it just makes sense. It’ll be a smaller project than the previous one.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Putting the videos on the website was a huge hit. They helped us with employee recruitment as well as putting a stamp on our industry. I get daily feedback about how great our videos are and how good our website looks.
We don’t have black-and-white metrics, but Bold Entity’s website and social media work has definitely made a big difference in our recruitment efforts, both in the office and in the field. That speaks volumes. People saw our culture through our videos and social media content, and it triggered them to work for us. The people we hired are still here.
How did Bold Entity perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been great to work with. They set realistic timelines and met them, including on the small projects we’ve had in between videos, photoshoots, and social media content. They had a bit of turnover, but things have been great since our account manager got there.
They have a whole process. We had several meetings with our management team regarding the story of our company. Each one of us had a different background, and we were coming together as one. Bold Entity helped us finetune and get to the core of who we are and where we’re going. They collected information from those meetings in order to give us a well-updated website.
A lot of communication is via email and phone calls. We set up meetings anytime we need to go over a certain piece of a project. Lately, it’s been via Zoom, and it was in-person in the past. The initial meetings were directly with the CEO.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Bold Entity really knows marketing. Out of just a few companies, they can develop exactly what the client needs. We had a vision, but we weren’t exactly professionals when it came to marketing, and they are. They know how to get to a customer once they understand who the audience is.
Are there any areas they could improve?
As I mentioned, there was some turnover on the project management side about a year and a half ago. Bold Entity could’ve done a better job of making the transition.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
We’ve actually recommended Bold Entity in the past, and they were hired and did a fantastic job. I’ll definitely continue to refer them to companies that need these kinds of services.

SEO & Paid Social Ads for Landscaping Company

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of a landscaping company based in Dallas, Texas.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bold Entity?
We were looking to improve our performance on SEO.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Their team started by going out and doing research and interviews with our clients before coming back and giving their recommendations on how to position the company. After that, they got started with our marketing team developing and deploying Facebook ads for recruiting as well as for potential clients. On top of that, they helped to adjust on-page SEO and target keywords as well.
What is the team composition?
I work directly with Valerie (CEO & Founder), and I know there are two other individuals working on our account.
How did you come to work with Bold Entity?
They were referred to us by a recruiter, and our initial conversations went well so we decided to move forward with them from there.
How much have you invested with them?
In total, the project has cost us about $20,000–$40,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around September 2019 and the partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We didn’t have any employment ads that we were running before our partnership with them, so we’ve been able to gain a lot of ground in terms of traction in that particular arena. Our engagement on social media platforms has increased as well, and we have more calls coming into our office and more high-quality leads as a result of those in general.
How did Bold Entity perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve done a great job of managing the project as well. Their team communicates frequently and always answers our questions and requests, so I don’t have any negative comments. They make use of both Google Analytics for our reporting as well as Zoom for regular meetings to make sure that everyone is on the same page.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I haven’t worked with anyone else in the SEO world, but not knowing what to expect coming into the project I can say that I’ve been very pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness and how helpful everyone on the team is.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There honestly isn’t anything I think they should be doing differently.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
As with any relationship, you have to have good communication in order to succeed, but as long as you are communicating well, I’m sure you’re going to have a good experience.

SEO and Web Development for Construction Firm
“I have a lot of confidence that the process is working because of what they’ve been able to demonstrate so far.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the CEO and owner of a company called Construction Cost Management.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bold Entity?
We reached out to Bold Entity for help with a couple of things, including updating our website to look more professional, as well as to improve our SEO and social media presence.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They started with a complete overhaul of our site, including the page design as well as a lot of backend organization to help set us up for better performance on SERPs. From there, they worked on organic SEO efforts such as content creation and link building on a variety of platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
What was the team composition?
I believe we’ve worked with 2–3 members of their organization throughout the project.
How did you come to work with Bold Entity?
Valerie (CEO & Founder) and I went through the same business development program, so we met in that process and I decided to reach out because I knew she was qualified from having done the program with her.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost of the project has been about $10,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started the website redevelopment in January 2019, and the social media branding and other marketing work has been going since January 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
One of the main reasons we took on the project was that a competitor was ranking better than our old website for our own company name, and I wanted to make sure that wasn’t happening anymore.
Just last week, a firm in California called me and when I asked how they found us, they said that they googled estimators in Fort Worth and we were the first result, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I have a lot of confidence that the process is working because of what they’ve been able to demonstrate so far.
How did Bold Entity perform from a project management standpoint?
Their whole team is very organized. They developed a solid plan that we went over the month before anything goes out and we were able to approve or ask for changes on everything through Dropbox. Then from there, they stuck to the plan in the execution and delivered on time, which was all we could have asked for.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They really invested time into understanding our business, which is incredibly niche, and then researching our clients so that they could deliver something that spoke to our team as people but also represented the best approach for the industry that we are in.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, honestly, I was so impressed with them that I don’t have any complaints.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Just don’t wait too long. Since I have a marketing background, I thought that posting stuff on Instagram was something I could handle, but once you try it you realize it really is a full job. I’m so glad that we brought their team on and are able to rely on their advice and assistance for all of those tasks.

the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the CEO of a leadership accelerator, primarily focused around development programs for women leaders.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bold Entity?
We needed a new website. Bold Entity actually built our previous website and we were very happy with it, but our business had changed over the last 2-3 years. We didn’t feel that our previous website told our story that well, so we decided to scrap it and start it over with a completely new project.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They built the new site on WordPress. We started from scratch, and most of the content was rewritten. The whole design of the website was different from the previous version. They also created a video for us, which we didn't have before that told our story.
What is the team composition?
We had two primary interfaces, including Valerie (CEO) and Ana (Marketing Coordinator).
How did you come to work with Bold Entity?
Valerie had been a client of ours and we got to know her through that relationship. We've always appreciated the work she's done for us.
How much have you invested with them?
We've invested $20,000 – $25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in October 2019 and wrapped up in February 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They're extremely talented at the visual aspect of the website. Everything from the layout to the graphic design had the look and feel we were going for.
How did Bold Entity perform from a project management standpoint?
They were great. They had good communication and kept us informed on where they were on the project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Our company has several different audiences including business owners, women working in corporate America, senior executives, and companies that like to develop programs. We wanted it to be easy for everyone to self-select; Bold Entity brought expertise to the table in making that navigation seamless.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don't think so. We were very happy with them throughout the entire project.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They have a process where they really walk you through things and define your message and target audience. It's a valuable process for smaller to mid-size companies who don't have the marketing capabilities to do internally.

Digital Marketing for Live Events Company
“Everything they’ve shown us so far has blown us away.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the business development manager with Onstage Systems in Dallas, Texas. We’re a concert and live event production company that provides audio, lighting, video, and staging for concerts, festivals, and corporate events.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bold Entity?
Our company is several decades old and didn’t have a marketing or outreach strategy. As we were expanding, we brought in Bold Entity to help us develop new relationships.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’ve redesigned our website and taken over our social media. They publish weekly posts, monthly articles, and are branching into the realm of blogging. We’ve provided a set amount for advertising and they manage our PPC ads in addition to improving the site’s SEO. They’ve also provided a CRM tool that tracks how many people are visiting our platform and how long they’re spending on our site.
What is the team composition?
We interact directly with 4-5 people on their team.
How did you come to work with Bold Entity?
Our business owner met theirs through a small business education class and formed a solid relationship.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent more than $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in November 2018 and the project is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Everything they’ve shown us so far has blown us away. They’re great at coming up with clear and concise language to help us relate to customers on a scale greater than we could have on our own. We’ve just completed our website redesign and received access to the CRM tool, so I don’t have any metrics at the moment.
Their team is top-notch and very proactive though, which makes my life much easier. For example, a potential client interested in our staging services posted on our Facebook page. Bold Entity called us up within minutes to alert us. I’m not constantly monitoring our social media, but because they let us know, I was able to engage the client.
How did Bold Entity perform from a project management standpoint?
Since there’s a personal relationship between our company owners as well, they’re really easy to work with. We also interact with their team on a daily basis and they’re on top of everything. As partners, they’re nice and fun to work with.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They add a personal touch to the project. They’re very much a boutique, catering to their client's type of outfit. I can call or email them and know that I’ll get nearly an immediate response.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think they need to work on anything—we’re happy with everything they’ve done for us.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Know that they don’t think the way you do, and that’s a good thing. They’ve enlightened us by showing that the verbiage we work doesn’t always relate to the customers. They’ve forced us to think outside the box to engage with our clients better.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Catalyze Dallas is a holding company that extracts IP technology from Defense and other sectors for commercialization.
Alpine Advanced Materials and Metro Aerospace are two of the companies that have been started through Catalyze Dallas and all three of these companies utilized Bold Entities services. I am a Principal for Catalyze Dallas.
For what projects/services did your company hire Bold Entity?
We hired Bold Entity to help with branding and marketing of our companies. We hired Bold to create strategic plans and brand guides as well as produce tactical deliverables for us including BD decks, trade show collateral, social media posts, press releases, website designs, and more.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goals were to establish brand look and feel and copy for a variety of platforms across each company. With an overarching goal of establishing a brand presence and professional look in the media (press, website, social).
How did you select this vendor?
We selected this vendor because we were referred by an individual in the Executive Women's Forum Group.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
After selecting this vendor, they took each company through a workshop to develop a strategy and branding guide. They then worked on a full refresh of two of our Websites.
Reoccurring tasks included updating social media, writing and managing press releases, managing photo/video shoots , creating trade show items, BD Decks and other necessary collateral.
What was the team composition?
We worked with everyone on the team and had open, easy and consistent communication with the owner.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since beginning our work, we have increased our followers on our social media accounts as well as increased the conversions we receive from engagements on our website. We have used the decks and materials they have made consistently at tradeshows and abroad and have filled our pipeline with leads utilizing their work products.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was good between teams. Bold was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls and were really flexible when it came to changing deadlines or projects.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Bold Entity made very professional and visually appealing content for our web and collateral. When they designed something for us, it was very sharp and presentable. Their impressive creative abilities also translate to their website design skills.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Bold was the perfect partner for Catalyze Dallas and its affiliates. They were a great partner to start our business journey, over time our business scaled faster than we expected.

Communications Management for Insurance Agency
“They feel like a true partner and they want us to succeed.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We are a small insurance agency in Dallas, Texas and I’m the president. We focus on offering commercial property and casualty insurance to educational non-profits like parent-teacher associations and education foundations across the country.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bold Entity?
We were looking to figure out how to grow. The challenge with that was that most of the organizations in our market don’t really know the reasons why they might need insurance. We hired Bold Entity to help in marketing to those groups.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They helped us with our social media and helped us organize our website analytics. We developed an SEO strategy to figure out how we were driving people to our website and change the search terms we were targeting. Essentially it was a full-stack marketing overhaul.
We did some Facebook ads, but the majority of what they did was actually content creation around an aspect of our brand that we really hadn’t emphasized before. A lot of our partners like that we are a small family-run business, and they helped us incorporate that into our brand and marketing materials.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with about five people from their team for one reason or another. I know they brought in a few freelancers for things like video production at various times, as well.
How did you come to work with Bold Entity?
I met Valerie (Founder, Bold Entity) through a small business program that we were both involved in. I learned a lot about her business through the program and got to know her as well, and then when we had this problem, I knew that I wanted to work her on it.
How much have you invested with them?
We pay them $3,750 a month, so it’s been about $45,000 in total so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We kicked things off in November 2018 and our work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We are currently working to implement a new software to help us track analytics more numerically, but we have definitely seen success in terms of traffic driven to our website since the project got started. That growth is directly based on the work that they’ve done for us.
How did Bold Entity perform from a project management standpoint?
Our project management is relatively informal because of the level of trust that we have in their company, and that works really well. They feel like a true partner and they want us to succeed. Rather than establishing how many newsletters and Facebook posts we do a month, we just evaluate whether or not we’re all working toward a common goal.
If they ever miss a timeframe, which rarely happens, they will always let us know ahead of time and then follow up to make sure we get the materials eventually. So, I’ve been extremely satisfied with our project management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I would say, like I mentioned, that they really seem more big-picture than other companies I’ve worked with. A lot of firms will look at what they promised you in your contract and just make sure they fulfill that; Bold Entity is focused on growing together and doing whatever they can to ensure your success instead of checking off boxes.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s anything I really wish they did differently. I do wish I had a better understanding of the analytics, but we are working on that and I trust them enough that it’s not a huge issue for me.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust them, because they really do have your business’s best interests at heart.

Branding for Executive Coaching Firm
"Their work makes us look like we’ve jumped to the next level, which is exactly what I was looking for."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Apex Catalyst Group. We work with mid- to small-size companies’ owners and leadership teams on EOS (entrepreneurial operating system) implementation. This allows them to create the infrastructure necessary to grow. Generally, we do executive coaching, team coaching, and leadership development.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bold Entity?
This started when we looked to rebrand, and I had no idea how to start or what to do. Bold Entity did a brand strategy for us, interviewing clients, creating and search for avatars on social media to see what people like my clients were saying.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They were three parts to the brand strategy work they did. First, they investigated how our clients saw us, which turned out to be “competent,” and “authentic.” Based on that, they identified the colors we should be using: blue for competence and orange for authenticity. They also analyzed social media to see how our clients and people like our clients were talking about us. Those results were delivered in a report, along with what we needed to change to get more clients.
The second part was writing pages for our new website based on SEO principles. They wrote their six pages exactly as I would have thanks to the extra research they did. Finally, they handled public relations for our launch party. This involved consolidating all my social media into place, changing banners, and working with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Linked. They also sent our press releases and provided us with a month's-worth of social media posts.
What is the team composition?
I worked with three people, but Valerie (CEO/Founder, Bold Entity) was my main contact.
How did you come to work with Bold Entity?
I’d met Valerie several times before. I’m a faculty member for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, and Valerie came through my class.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $8,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from January until October 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve had so many people reach out based on the newsletters and social media templates Bold Entity gave us. Valerie even worked with a third-party website development person we were using. Bold Entity was very professional in achieving continuity across all our properties. Everything started and now continues because of their vision. Their work makes us look like like we’ve jumped to the next level, which is exactly what I was looking for.
How did Bold Entity perform from a project management standpoint?
It was really good. I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but they walked me through exactly when things should happen and what needed to be happening. They were good at setting and meeting own deadlines, as well as telling me what I needed to do and by when. They kept me on track.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Part of why I chose them is that I got to know Valeria. She has such a heart for people and backs it up with great experience. I trusted her, and that’s’ a huge thing. Every person we worked with had that same heart and experience, and everyone who interacted with their team was highly impressed, which made me look good.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s only one thing, and it's showing me how to do everything once they’re gone. For example, I tried to upload a YouTube video recently and I wasn’t quite sure how it worked. If I ask them they’ll certainly help me.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust them. They love questions, and the more questions I had the more the clearer they were able to be.
