Content marketing for Club Mahindra
Club Mahindra is a popular brand within the Indian hospitality industry, part of the Mahindra group and provides holidays on a timeshare basis.
We are their trusted communications agency for their various marketing campaigns - ranging from campaign videos and video content marketing.
We created the promotional video featuring Ruskin Bond - the legendary writer known for his brilliant fictional stories - shot at his residence in Mussoorie.
We also created a music video for the vaccination drive campaign. To encourage safe distancing and to reduce vaccine hesitancy, we created two catchy music tracks in hip hop style, a rap song and a go vaccinate campaign.
In addition to video production, we also created listicle videos to promote tourism. Our scope included doing the research, storyboard, production and keeping them under the two-minute mark.

Branding and Identity for Adler Paper
Victory Creations (now known as Adler Paper) was an Indian company that traded in wastepaper and stock lots that had garnered a stellar reputation over 30 years within their sector. But the name was synonymous with the founders. They wanted to create a brand that is distinct and has a persona that is appealing to buyers and new industries that they plan to expand in.
We worked closely with them in crafting their brand identity – starting with a new name for their business. The naming process took 4-6 weeks. Potential names were evaluated based on ease of speaking, perception and the audio ring. The category they operate in has a dearth of quality images. So we created the key visuals using 3d and image compositing techniques.

Video production for OneTouch
India is a big market for Diabetes, and Lifescan Onetouch blood glucose checking devices have undergone significant changes to their design and operations.
We created marketing communication for the product’s launch, patient education, and awareness content in Indian regional languages. In addition, we designed creative assets for digital marketing. As part of video production, we delivered a variety of video formats like,

Branding and Identity for Soul Collection
Quba Group is an Indian brand that sells architectural hardware products. They wanted to create an exclusive brand for door handles that would eventually strengthen their brand equity.
We developed the visual identity and created marketing communication for this premium architectural product.
The branding process began with branding and naming for the product range.
Each handle in the Soul collection has a base inspiration. We created iconography and naming suggestions for each handle model.
We also did the product photography of the entire range. We opted for continuous light rather than strobe lights for this photoshoot - a conscious choice for these reflective material handles.
To amplify the communication line, we designed the Soul collection brochure. The premium collection brochure design stands as a fine example of minimal design, negative spaces, and print effects.
We also designed the in-store POS designs to create retail level visibility.

Video production for MoneyGram
Moneygram was the official partner for the popular ICC T20 cricket championship. The fundamental idea - just like cricket, Moneygram also unites the world.
Cricket unites fans for the love of the game - immersed in the desire to cheer their team and aspire that they lift the cup.
For Moneygram, we shaped their communication by creating their digital film, played in the stadiums during every match, on ICC digital platforms. This was a multi-agency activity where our role was primarily to create motion content.
The 30-sec master film for which we created the central hook-line - 'hum mein hai dum' - colloquially means " We got the power'. First, we composed the original musical score with singers for multiple languages.

After our final track, we produced the digital film for the master campaign - United by the game.
The game was hosted in Dubai, and hence several thousand fans landed in Dubai. Moneygram booked Burj Khalifa's LED screen for their prime slot to project a 3-minute film.
When you get the opportunity to create motion content on the largest billboard in the world, it ignites our creative mind like no other!
We conceptualized and created the environment graphics video viewed in real-time by more than half a million individuals.

Digital Film for Acuvue India
Acuvue - Dekhte Reh Jaoge
India is one of the most under-tapped markets for contact lenses. Unlike evolved Asian markets, the adoption rate is abysmally low. To increase penetration and brand recall, we curated & executed a 360-degree campaign for Acuvue India.
The central idea of the campaign is 'Dekhte Reh Jaoge'.
This thought stems from two core insights. Firstly, when an individual removes their glasses and switches to lenses, the world can see their eyes vividly, their emotions, and the window to the soul is not hidden behind a spectacle glass.
The second insight is that lenses allow wearers to live a fit and healthy lifestyle. It empowers them to pursue hobbies, fitness and also look sharper, more attractive in certain attires. Now, women have more flexibility to apply beauty products.
For the digital film, this 60-second film depicts the range of emotions that an eye expresses - ranging from pride, focus, joy, sadness, determination and confidence - or popularly called 'Saat Ras' - the seven emotions.
We recreated the popular classic song - 'In aankhon ki masti mein' to tell the story of "Dekhte Reh Jaoge".

Digital campaign for Stayfree
Stayfree is a trusted brand and an innovator in sanitation protection for women. It is known for its initiative towards the betterment of society and customer-first approach.
They were looking for an agency to create a pan-India digital and social edutainment campaign.
The objective was to address women from all walks of life and educate them on menstruation to imbibe a sense of confidence and vision to achieve their dreams.
Since the campaign revolved around education, motivation and achieving one’s dreams, we thought a strong successful personality and face would do justice to the campaign and we couldn’t think of anyone better than P.V Sandhu.
We coined the hashtag #DreamsOfProgress for this collaboration and backed it by a comprehensive communication strategy including social media, educational booklet and brochure.
The collaboration with P.V. Sandhu with our spot-on 360 campaign strategy garnered a lot of eyeballs and accolades in the industry and beyond.

I’m a wealth advisor at a wealth management company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Boch & Fernsh?
I’ve worked with Boch & Fernsh on two separate projects. When I first started working with them, I was a startup entrepreneur working on a project that I ultimately didn’t pursue. For that project, I wanted to find a partner who could render pictures of houses with enhanced landscaping using Photoshop and BIM imaging software.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Boch & Fernsh has provided me with visual design work for content marketing purposes. On our first engagement, they helped me develop and test a proof of concept for my landscaping business entrepreneurship. They first learned about American-style suburban landscape design, and they then created a collection of images that we wanted to use to feed a direct mail campaign for marketing purposes.
Their involvement consisted of taking raw images of houses that we provided them with and turning them into designed images of those houses with enhanced landscaping. Then, they were going to take those images, create postcards, and send them to the houses in question. However, we ended up cutting that project short.
Our current engagement with Boch & Fernsh is very similar — they work with me and my wealth management company to create designs for direct mail campaigns. Additionally, they manage those campaigns.
What is the team composition?
During my first project, I worked mostly with a lead designer from Boch & Fernsh. Currently, I work directly with an account manager. I’ve also communicated with Chirag (Founder).
How much have you invested with them?
I’ve spent between $3,000–$4,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in November 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Boch & Fernsh created beautiful images for my landscaping project, and what they delivered was exactly what I hired them for. Although I ended up cutting the project short, it wasn’t due to their work but because I pivoted away from that project.
How did Boch & Fernsh perform from a project management standpoint?
Boch & Fernsh is very responsive, although not perfect in that regard. Still, when there’s a delay in our communication, it doesn’t hold the project back. We’ve used Dropbox and Google Sheets to manage the projects, and we’ve communicated via email and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The most impressive asset of Boch & Fernsh is their people. Chirag is very genuine and culturally aware of his global audience. He connects with me with a lot of sensitivity, and it is clear that he has set a great work culture within his company. Everyone I’ve talked with is very friendly and knowledgeable.
On our first engagement, I was very pleased with Boch & Fernsh’s responsiveness and their ability to learn about what we were trying to accomplish quickly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would be great if Boch & Fernsh improved their responsiveness. Getting some things done might take some chasing, which isn’t necessarily bad because we as clients tend to ask for different things a once. Still, I would like to see them create plans so that I can have certainty about what’s going to happen next.
Chirag is very comfortable with operating his company based on simple hand-shake-like agreements, which ultimately work out and don’t affect their quality. However, I would like to see them working faster because we’re falling behind on my speed expectations.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be open to new ideas and take your time to experiment with what works with them. Additionally, take time to build a relationship with them.

I’m a country manager for The Vitec Group PLC. We manufacture photography products.
What challenge were you trying to address with Boch & Fernsh?
Over the years, we’ve participated in many events. We’re a Fortune 500 company, so our booths and displays at those events have had to align with what our company does internationally. Because of this, we hired Boch & Fernsh to support our advertising needs.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Boch & Fernsh handles all of our advertising needs. I give them the scope of what we need, and they come up with ideas.
They’ve helped us build our stalls for exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, workshops, and so on. This involves handling our fliers, giveaways, brochures, T-shirts, setting up Google Voice for the voices of our customers, and more. They also designed my office, which doesn’t fall within their typical key areas of operation.
Every year our business’s calendar is fixed, so I give them my calendar and we talk about what activities we should undertake each month. For example, July is monsoon season in Mumbai, so it’s a bit of a slack season for us because people don’t go out and shoot with cameras. They come up with ideas for service workshops and other activities during those months.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with 7–8 people from Boch & Fernsh, including Chirag (Co-Founder) and another main contact.
How did you come to work with Boch & Fernsh?
I saw some advertising of theirs in 2011 and got in touch with them.
How much have you invested with them?
Since 2011, we’ve spent about €80,000 (approximately $88,000 USD) per year with Boch & Fernsh. That has only changed during these past two years because there have been no trade shows or activities.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with Boch & Fernsh in June 2011, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Boch & Fernsh has done really great work for us — I’d give them a perfect score. Other brands at trade shows have been very impressed with our stalls and activities. I think Boch & Fernsh has gotten a lot of customers because of the quality of their work.
How did Boch & Fernsh perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re very professional. When I give them a brief, they absorb it, understand the customer's needs, brainstorm, and come up with ideas that completely match with my ideas. I don’t have to reiterate my needs again and again — I say it once and it’s done.
They’ve been extremely kind to us and they never say no to my calls, even in the middle of the night. They always make our needs a priority. We communicate via email and phone most of the time and occasionally text via WhatsApp.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I think the best thing about them is that they understand customer needs. They’re very professional and down-to-earth, and they can read me pretty well. Our main contacts with Boch & Fernsh have experience in branding and international business. They don’t just repeat what they did for us in previous years, either — they’re always creating new, refreshing ideas.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I always need quality work, so I don’t compromise on price. If they want more business volume, though, they could always be a little bit more competitive in price to get more customers.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Tell them your viewpoint on what you need, open up your mind, and leave it to Boch & Fernsh. You don’t need to elaborate too much — just give them a list of things that you need, and leave it to them. They will deliver.

I work as the Brand Manager for a popular OTC brand in a multi national healthcare company. Our brand's purpose is to enable consumers to give them their 100% everyday.
For what projects/services did your company hire Boch & Fernsh, and what were your goals?
We wanted to produce a video which could highlight key brand claim on efficacy, 5 differentiating USPs of the brand and the brand promise all under just 40 seconds. The audience were about 150k pharmacists across the length and breadth of India and hence, the content had to be communicated in a quick, easy to remember yet memorable manner to build Top of Mind awareness.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We reviewed 3 organization preferred vendors and had provided a short deadline of 3 days to come back on the brief with their execution thoughts. Having worked with B&F on many complicated, time bound projects in the past along with their proposed creative strategy to bring typical scientific content in an engaging manner to life, helped us in finalizing the said vendor.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
We did a quick brainstorming huddle to get them onboard with the brand purpose and project objectives. B&F came back with a first cut version on the storyboard as well as a recommended voice-over script within 24 hrs straight, respecting the tight deadlines the project was under.
Once we zeroed in on the treatment style, the next steps of production and post production phases were completed in about 3 days time. They were able to patiently accommodate multiple rounds of feedback and deliver the video in 2 languages along with subtitles within 7 days end to end. Only B&F could have turned it around in such record time!
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
Worked with an awesome project manager who outlined the project, kept us on schedule across milestones. The feedback process was transparent, after each major milestone and constructive in nature.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The video was shared to about 150k pharmacists, which led to increase in consideration by 20%. The content was well appreciated by the viewers as it was easy to comprehend and had clear visual cues built in.

The project manager and strategy head at Boch & Fernsh were warm and outcome-oriented professionals. They were always reachable and believe in transparent communication on the progress. Communication was across Zoom for collaborative discussions, Whatsapp for quick feedback, Shared Google Drive for content viewing and real time comments and corrections, Phone Calls for everything else under the sun.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are quick to learn, fast to fail, faster to improvise with the quality of their final deliverables - something you can trust with your eyes closed!

Definitely missed the in-person process of stitching together a creative piece of content, witness the adrenaline rush on this time bound project and an opportunity to have celebrated the roll out.
