Please describe your company and your position there.
I am Rick Tuckerman, and I own Zoom IQ, a boutique creative marketing shop here in Miami. Often times we collaborate with other non-competitive firms to provide creative services or help with with their marketing projects. We have worked side-by-side with Boardroom PR for a number of years.
For what projects/services did your company hire Boardroom PR?
Branding and web development for Insurance Litigation Group; St. Mark's Episcopal Church website; and Independent Living Systems website development
What were your goals for this project?
In each case, we were assigned the task of enhancing the client's online presence and in some cases, lead generation.
How did you select Boardroom PR?
With Zoom IQ and Boardroom PR's collective experience, the union seemed like a natural solution for clients who needed a combination of talents and expertise.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
With Insurance Litigation Group, our firm handled the branding and website development work while BoardsroomPR did the public relations, social media lead generation and eNewsletters. We also developed collateral materials for the client focused on bringing in legal referrals from water mitigation contractors in the Florida Panhandle post-Hurricane Michael.
Our firm did the design work and BoardroomPr the media and community outreach. With St. Mark’s Episcopal, our firm worked side by side with BoardroomPR to develop a new website for the church and school. We did the design and coding while BoardroomPR handled PR, special events, content creation and SEO.
The School made it to page one of Google and BoardroomPR helped develop two successful special events and constantly fed the website with new blog posts, photos and videos. With Independent Living Systems, our firm worked with BoardroomPR’s skillful content creators to develop a major new cutting-edge website for the healthcare firm.
What was the team composition?
I worked closely with Don Silver and several members of his team at Boardroom PR. Additionally, of course, we all worked closely with our client contact.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
While the online presence saw a boost in visitors, Boardroom also wrote both internal and external newsletters and helped the company achieve Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
As a boutique size marketing firm, Zoom IQ and Boardroom PR has established a good workflow and overall chemistry. There is almost no lag time in terms of getting direction/feedback, and therefore, we are able to conclude a project that would normally take months in weeks.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The research they conduct on a client before embarking on the work. They do their homework, so things are pretty well buttoned-up at the onset which prevents delays and revisions down the road.
Are there any areas for improvement?
While no company is perfect, Boardroom PR comes pretty close. They hire exceptional people, train their employees frequently to enhance their knowledge of related subject matter, and take tremendous pride in their customer service.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am an owner of a digital marketing agency. Boardroom PR has been working as a consultant for us personally and as an extension of our business on the expertise and execution of public relations and crisis management.
For what projects/services did your company hire Boardroom PR, and what were your goals?
Marketind and public relations for our own company, and as an extension to provide PR to our own customers. Our goal was to expand our reach and available services and accomplish more for our clients.
How did you select this vendor?
Boardroom PR came highly recommended and I would say this was a great referral for us.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
BoardroomPR found gaps in our business for our own exposure and growth. Then they found gaps in the services that we offer to our clients so we could offer PR services. We identified areas where we may already be providing services related to PR so we could best see where they could fit in. Don and BoardroomPR have been great with content, press releases, crisis management, influencer marketing and social media marketing, and more.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
COO, website designer, copywriter, social media executive and more.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We've seen growth in our business - inbound clients are up roughly 20% and increasing each month as we refine. Our overall average revenue per customer is also up because of their work, by nearly 40%
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Consistent and timely communication has been important, never afraid to get on a call and hash out a problem or explain the problem and solution in a manner thats easy to digest.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are really good at the elements of PR and their content is top-notch. Anyone can do a poor quality Press Release, but they can get you in front of the reporters and weigh in on news stories that matter and make a difference. .
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We all have areas of improvement, but overall we were satisfied and came to expect high standards to which they delivered on.
