Paged Sklejka is one of the leading European producers of plywood having its manufacturing facilities located in Poland and Estonia. My position in the company is Director of Domestic Sales. I was combining my role in the Paged Group with position of CEO at Paged Trade. Paged Trade is a domestic distribution company.

For what projects/services did your company hire BLUEWOM?

Main project was website development. Bluewom was also providing us with new CI for both, Paged Sklejka and Paged Trade.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal was prompt implementation of new website. Time of the project was very short.

How did you select this vendor?

Bidding process. Key values were cost and delivery time. However we took into assumption the portfolio of the realized projects and quality of design.

Bluewom delivered websites for Paged Sklejka and Paged Trade companies. That was accompanied with design of CI. Bluewom designed and produced company catalogue, product sheets and some other marketing materials. Response time and quality of design was very good and according to buyer expectations.

What was the team composition?

Cooperation with Bluewom was easy as all the project was managed by dedicated PM. We appreciated the fact Bluewom was providing the methodology of the project and monitoring progress. They had all necessary resources on board.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We improved visual recognition of our brand by giving it some modern look. Following the project Paged Trade transformed all its distribution points according to new CI. Our websites were transformed from the old fashioned into modern, exactly the way we wanted to make it consistent with the business strategy. We noticed increase of the traffic on our websites and positive reaction from the market.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was managed by the Project Manager provided by Bluewom. We found this very effective. We had regular follow up on the project. Project milestones were clearly identified and delivered on timely manner. There were some delays on delivering materials from the buyer side, but Bluwom team was doing good job to get the project back on track.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Highly disciplined in project management. Creative, out of the box mindset. Focus on quality.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not much area for improvement. The methodology and flow was really good. They are ready for business scaling and this is what I could recommend - keep building you team to secure flexibility in managing multiple projects at a time.

My company, Green Gate Consulting supports European, mostly Polish companies in entreating the U.S. market and establishing business connections in the United States. I am the founder and president of Green Gate Consulting.

We hired BLUEWOM to redesign our company's website. Our previous website was outdated and not fully synchronized with various mobile devices. It needed a total uplift to become more attractive to our viewers and future customers.

What were your goals for this project?

Our major goal for the project was to work with a web design and development company, which understands our line of work in order to redesign our website and make it more visually appealing. The ultimate goal for the new website was to present our company's message in more clear and visually interesting way.

BLUEWOM preformed the following services for us: UX Design, Web Design, Frontend Development, Backend Development.

BLUEWOM team was composed of highly trained and experienced wed developers, who closely work with us every step of the way and presented excellent communication skills. Their team was supervised and managed by BLUEWOM's CEO.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The new website means a lot for our company. It presents our company's goals and mission in more clear and more understandable way. I believe that it will defiantly help us generate new leads.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The BLUEWOM team was supervised and managed by its CEO, Kacper P. They work extremely efficiently in a synchronized way. They communicated with us on regular basis and provided us with much appreciate updates on the progress of the project. It was defiantly an effective and well coordinated team effort.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

BLUEWOM team's creativity, communication skills, and incredible technical knowledge impressed me the most.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Bluewom developed an solid and easy to use back-end, together with a smooth and graphically beautiful and responsive front-end together with elgeant animations/effects.

The client (and ILI) was very happy with the final results and it has helped the business grow and flourish.

The big picture project management was handled by ILI, but the internal project management internally for the development was managed by BLUEWOM.

Their high quality, speed of implementation and amazing service were impressive. And they are just nice and good people. A pleasure to be working with.

It's still a rather small team but that's also an advantage in that communication is easy and everyone knows what everyone's doing.
