Promedica24 asked agency Bluerank to help it design an effective Facebook campaign that would use automate ad creation and optimization to achieve the best possible results at the lowest cost. Bluerank & Mitsubishi. How we avoided COVID-19 effect. Holidays with Mitsubishi
Our project for Mitsubishi Motors conducted in 2020 has been pointed by Google, as a model example of the marketing campaign using new insights during the pandemic. We have focused our strategy on search trends connected to holiday preferences. Consequently, during the summer months, we rolled out a campaign called ‘Holidays with Mitsubishi’ dedicated to consumers looking for a local escape post-lockdown.
To reach new users, we ran prospecting GDN campaigns using custom targeting. We also used advanced audience segmentation. It was a special scoring based on the user's behaviour on the website and its position on the customer journey path.
Mitsubishi had achieved a great result. In July, test drives increased up to 64%, with website visits reaching 34% compared to the analogous time in 2019.

In general, quesitons are picked up quickly and problems are reported pro-actively. There is some room for improvement when it comes to interpreting campaign results and making suggestions.

The whole team performed a research online, then we created a brief and based on a brief we performed a pitch with selected companies. There were 4 companies involved in this process, and the deciding factors was fulfilling our brief, the experience in B2B market or food industry and cost efectiveness. There were leadership team involved in a process (finance, marketing).

After selecting Bluerank, we described to them our yearly plan of marketing activities, our product launches, seasonality of chefs focuses and based on that information they provided us a mediaplan of our digital campaigns (fb ads, google ads, currently also programmatic campaigns and external mailings) and a plan for SEO visibility and also through their R&D department.
they created a platform and dashboard to perform lead ads campaign that would pass the leads to our sales department in order to set up a meeting and sell our products.
As a campaign specialist we passed to the agency all content materials, I was also responsible for feedback on the mediaplan, and improvement based on Blueranks monthly perofrmance reports.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Thanks to Bluerank we introduced a whole system of lead ads campaigns, which resulted in even a few hundred of leads weekly, that was sent to our sales team. Our website now has a performance analytics that is set very good by the R&D department and we are now able to measure all of our campaigns results, even with e-commerce effects.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The team is very responsive, they rarely have problems with meeting the deadline, usually everything is on time. At the very beggining we were lacking in some tools to improve and manage our workflow, but then we introduced simple spreadsheets and it was a good solution.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Bluerank is very flexible, communicative, easy to work with. Their biggest strenght is their specialists' knowledge - each one of them is really a master of their area and we can see a big experience in everyday work.
Are there any areas for improvement?
The most important area for improvement is the proactiveness of the whole team - they are the specialists of digital marketing on perticular touchpoints and we would like to see more proporistions from their side how to develop the business, our touchpoints, how to use them more effectively and also more learning by drawing the conclusions based on mistakes and ongoing performance.

Mall is a group of multibranch e-commerce stores originating from the Czech Republic and operating in several CEE countries, including Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, and Croatia.
The Polish branch – Mall.pl – has operated in the market since 2010. Mall.pl offers over 130,000 products in 16 product categories (such as Home & Garden, Electronics, Home Appliances, Health & Beauty, and more). In 2019, it was one of the biggest online shops in Poland. I work as Performance Marketing Manager of the Polish branch.

From the beginning of our cooperation with Bluerank, the focus was almost entirely on Shopping campaigns. After a very successful 2017, revenue from those campaigns in the first half of 2018 was lower than in the corresponding period of the previous year.
Because of this, the aim for H2/2018 was to increase year-over-year revenue, while also improving cost-effectiveness of the paid actions (expressed in the ERS ratio - effective revenue share). To achieve it, Bluerank developed and introduced a new strategy for the Shopping campaigns.

Mall.pl together with Bluerank developed a 3-D strategy for our Google Shopping campaigns.
As part of it, mall.pl created unique data-driven product scoring, Bluerank implemented this data to campaign structure; included the AIDAL customer journey model in the shopping campaign structure, which allowed to have different bidding on the same product for a branded or non-branded query.
They also automated bid management through taking advantage of Google’s Smart Bidding strategies and using the Target ROAS strategy to improve cost-effectiveness of the campaigns.

I’m the former head of IT operations and general data manager for an insurance and financial services company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bluerank?
We changed our business model in one of the regions where business wasn’t seeming to go well. We weren’t prepared for the influx of data, and we needed analytics done, as well as some consulting on how to capitalize on it.
