I'm the managing director at a spring manufacturer.


What challenge were you trying to address with The Blue Cube Digital?

We needed a company to help us redesign our website and make it mobile responsive. It was the second website that The Blue Cube did for us.


What was the scope of their involvement?

We put forward a company image we wanted the website to reflect and The Blue Cube came up with various design options. They worked with a photographer, who took photos and produced videos and then, they put everything together. It's a WordPress website and we wanted to incorporate certain widgets that would allow us to update the content every month.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a managing director and a designer.

How did you come to work with them?

They were on a list of recommended providers.

How much have you invested with them?

The project cost less than £10,000 ($13,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them in 2015 and the project lasted three months.


What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Part of the brief was to make the website multinational, so we had various pages in different languages. We did IP tracking at the beginning and we saw some very large corporations spending a lot of time on our website. We wanted our website to be a design resource for our customers, so we're happy to see people come back almost every month.

They were very responsive and communicated clearly. We continue to meet once a year to make sure everything runs smoothly.
