We have therapists who work at multiple different clinics, so their availability is always changing. It's not possible to keep track of this in Google Calendar (which they've linked their Jane accounts to), since they can't share their calendar entries as they have patient names in them, which is protected health information. 

We hired Bloorsoft to make a custom application that could monitor the providers' multiple Jane accounts and update their availabilities in my Jane whenever there was an update. 

They also helped us set up routing to determine which therapist to route potential patients to when taking into account several factors.

We don't have to pay for an assistant to monitor and update the availabilities anymore, and our backend is now highly efficient

We actively track our growth and churn rates. With Bloorsoft's help we could reduce our monthly churn to less than 10% and grow 68% in less than 6 months! The average latency of our applications response rate was reduced by over 50% with the changes that were added to our retrieval augmented generation (RAG) system by Bloorsoft.

Our main focus is web design and conversion optimization but we came across a unique client in the fintech space that wanted a web application. 
We had previously worked with Bloorsoft on a different project and thought that we can collaborate. 

This is a longer project (~6 months of work) and the key deliverables are:

• a minimum viable product (MVP) built with a modern technical stack
• responsive design that works across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• support for both french and english language

• The project is still ongoing but during the past month of our collaboration we've had great success. 
• Bloorsoft has already finished converting all of our Figma designs into actual pages built with React, TypeScript, and NextJS. 
• We are currently working adding functionality to the aforementioned pages. 
• Although this is a longer project, we are on tight weekly deadlines as the client is working with different investors and has requirements to demo their progress on a monthly basis. 
• So far everything has been delivered on time or even ahead of schedule and the client is very happy.

They created a custom component for users to pick files, and handled the frontend of finding and adding the files as well as the backend of getting the files into our data system.

We had a rough idea on how we wanted Artefice to look like. We really loved OpenAI's Dall-E laboratory website and asked Bloorsoft to replicate their design in addition to adding e-commerce capabilities. We also wanted to keep things very simple since we offer custom t-shirts and haven't expanded our inventory to other apparels. Timing and fast development was also very pivotal for us since we wanted to leverage the recent exposure surrounding Dall-E and AI based image generation. 
Bloorsoft was responsible to deliver the following:

• Mockups for our custom e-commerce web application 
• Creating the web app 
• Creating an API to communicate with OpenAI's models
• Host and maintain the application for us 
• Fast develop due to short time lines

Although they have a relatively small team, they are definitely a force to be reckoned with! We were very impressed with their speed of development. They were able to implement our revisions / new feature requests within 1 to 3 days. We've worked on a variety projects with different companies and this definitely was not norm. 
They were also very concerned with the quality of the code being written. Although we are not developers, we appreciated the time they took to explain how they were protecting customer data and building our application as securely as possible.
