During the initial discussion Shopify consultant understood our concerns, expectations and focused on the solution that would be fit for our requirements.

We are looking to migrate our Magento store to Shopify Plus and Bliss Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. help us on different stages of the project. They have a very good skill set and with that they migrated our store very smoothly without any data loss, because data is very crucial for us. There are different below stages of this project:

They are following agile methodology with project management system in which all of requirements mentioned in proper scope of work with milestones includes start date & due date ensure project progress. I can measure the work progress on every milestone and I was able to give my feedback, suggestions anytime as I have direct access to the Solution Architecture, developer.

This company understood our concerns, business goals, and requirements and suggested suitable solutions and aim of this company is ''Client Satisfaction''.

Our website was aging fast and even though we were using up to date templates, it wasn't looking fresh. Sameer Shah and his teamm reviewed our site in depth, took the time to understand our business in mens apparel, underwear, undershirts and lounge wear specifically, and came to us with recommendations that were timely, relevant and doable. They built our site from ground up, with current search engine standards in mind. Gave us a fresh UI/UX feel too. They finished the work smoothly, on time and on budget. They made it easy for us.

We interviewed 6 total vendors. The deciding factor really was their people and the confidence we felt in them and their process. We have done several projects with them since and will continue to do others.

Interview, assessment then selection. We held a kick off, confirmed the scope, budget, deliverables and timing. We met weekly and touched base by email between meetings as needed. They always deliver comprehensive meeting notes outlining actions and responsible parties, including deadlines. All of that kept us on track and we launched our new site with ease on the date we planned.

Our redesign was part of a renewed effort to push ecom. It has definitely formed the foundation for our signficant growth over the last 18 months. And, it continues to perform.

They have continued to work with us to improve searchability and much more as needed.

A project manager has been our main point of contact throughout the years. We like having the personal connection and appreciate knowing that if there is a time that we require more assistance it is available through their team.

After launching our improved Big Commerce site, we saw a significant increase in traffic. Bliss Web Solutions made the product pages easier to navigate which ultimately resulted in increased sales.

Communication was directed to our Project Manager at Bliss Web Solutions primarily through email or skype on an as needed basis. They are very timely in responding to our needs.

We feel that they have a great deal of experience customizing Big Commerce themes and other IT functions. They have always been patient and responsive to our immediate needs while sharing information with us to make improvements to our site.

We had concerns regarding communication and the difference in time zones but it has never been an issue working with Bliss Web Solutions.

Solution oriented and extremely low Turnaround Time to solve problems and well as come up with new solutions. Of course, use of best practices at all times is the real nucleus of everything

I believe they Bliss empowers its developers and doesn't shield it from clients which is amazing for all around growth as well for client project execution. Everyone from the CEO to the most junior developer is available and accessible at all times. Though we operate with an almost 12 hour time difference, I never feel it. I don't have any suggestions for Bliss as a client for improvement
