I’m the managing director at a livestock and poultry company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Blinkiing Ads?
We wanted to promote our business.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Blinkiing Ads developed our website for two different companies. The first one is for the one that I mentioned and the other one I’m just a shareholder. They also provided graphic designs and created our logos.
For each project, I give them the idea and they come up with everything else. I then tell them where to place things. I contact them if I have something new for them to add.
What is the team composition?
We interact with the co-founder who I believe is the managing director of the company.

I wanted to support upcoming businesses from my area.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Frankfort Guesthouses and Tourism.
What challenge were you trying to address with Blinkiing Ads?
I needed someone to design my website. I wanted more exposure and advertisement for my guesthouses.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The team explained exactly what they were going to do for me. They designed my website, linking to the domain and taking pictures for the site.
Blinkiing Ads designed and developed the site from scratch, getting it up and running to increase my exposure through Google and Facebook. I told them I wanted an elegant logo design, designing it and bringing it back to me. We worked through it together so I could choose the one I thought was suited for the business.
For the photoshoots, we made an appointment. They came to the guest house, and we worked on that together with my manager. He took them through the rooms, and then they shot and uploaded the pics to our site. Throughout that process, they gave me tips on how to best stage the rooms.
Their team also uploaded apps to help me manage my staff and to stay in contact with them.

How did you come to work with Blinkiing Ads?
We’re in a small town. I knew one of their workers from when he was younger. I recognized him from an ad.
I contacted them, asking for a consultation. I looked at one or two other companies, but I liked that Blinkiing Ads came and spent time with me.

We’ve spent $12,000 South African Rand (approximately $817 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing partnership with Blinkiing Ads started in June 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s an ongoing relationship. Last week, I spoke to someone because I wanted new pictures uploaded, so they’re going to assist with that.
We’ve had quite a bit of success with people contacting me through the website. Their team shows me how many people have visited and contacted me that way. I’ve received 80% of my business through the site.
Their team is dedicated. I’m amazed by the trouble they went through to explain everything to me. It took a lot of patience on their part. I’m very impressed with their service.
How did Blinkiing Ads perform from a project management standpoint?
From a project management standpoint, they’re very good. I’m very satisfied. I’m able to contact them at any time. We communicate a lot through email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re dedicated to the whole process. They’ve never made me feel like I was bothering them.

No, everything was perfect. I’m very happy with their service.

Their team is dedicated to the process, so you have to spend enough time with them to go through it. They prefer to work closely with their clients.
