I'm the founder of a trading company that sells appliances and furniture online.

Our old website was very simple, so we wanted to improve it and develop a new website to help us increase our online sales. We decided to collaborate with Blallo, an agency specializing in web design and development, SEO, and so on.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Blallo developed an e-commerce website using WordPress. They improved our previous catalog and implemented it into the new site. 

Then, the Blallo team conducted market research and worked on the site's SEO. Additionally, they created ad campaigns on social media and Google on our behalf.

They continue to maintain the website.

We were in the same area and met through a local trade association. We found that our goals and Blallo's services were a perfect match, so we immediately started collaborating after that.

Overall, we invested €8,000 (approximately $9,000 USD).

The project lasted from May--September 2021.

We received some positive feedback from our customers. Furthermore, the views on our site doubled, and our sales increased by 150% in the last month, which was great.

How did Blallo perform from a project management standpoint?

We were in touch with them regularly. We used Microsoft Teams for project management and for sharing tasks and files.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were highly qualified. Overall, Blallo did a good job, and we were very satisfied. 

We're thinking of expanding our catalog and creating new ad campaigns, so we plan on working with them again on a future project.

No, we wouldn't have done anything differently.

I’m the business development manager of PladosTelma. We are a manufacturer of kitchen sinks and other kitchen appliances like faucets. We are located in Italy, and we export to 45 countries. We are a worldwide leading kitchen sink manufacturer.

What challenge were you trying to address with Blallo?

We wanted to have a greater internet presence; we needed to have good website optimization, improve our website’s layout and SEO, and have the website translated into more languages to reach other markets.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Blallo will be providing the implementation of three new languages on the website. They will translate the site into French, Spanish, and Chinese. They are also developing a new e-commerce page where we will sell spare parts or accessories. We won't sell our finished product online because we want to maintain our sales through the traditional channels like showrooms and shops. 

In addition to that, they are improving the SEO of the website since we want to have a better presence on Google.

I work directly with Blallo’s owners.

How did you come to work with Blallo?

We received good references from our friends that knew Blallo. We liked the fact that they are young and have the right skills in digital marketing, but the most important fact was their competitive price.

How much have you invested with them?

We have invested €10,000 (approximately $12,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2021, and they will complete the first agreement in mid-July. The final delivery is scheduled for the end of July 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Every two weeks, we receive a report of the advances made on the project. So far, we have noticed that the website runs faster, and we have received more visitors, which is good. 

How did Blallo perform from a project management standpoint?

We meet using Zoom, and each time we meet, they show us the results of their actions and the improvement of the website’s ranking using their software.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are a very young company, but they are very skillful and offer specialized work in this sector. They are more competitive than larger companies, which are way more expensive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

As their project grows, their team should also increase. Currently, they are a two-person group, so they probably need to hire more people to grow their business, but they can take it step by step.
