Users have reviewed the app well and appreciate the improved service it facilitates. BLAKIT was committed to deadlines and instilling their resources with an accurate understanding of project goals. They contributed original insights and worked outside normal hours.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I was running my own software development and consulting shop at the time of this project.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire BLAKIT?

I needed to develop native iOS and Android apps and implement a powerful loyalty program. I asked BLAKIT to join the project to handle Android development.

What were your goals for this project?

The key objective was to build a mobile application that allowed customers to create their own pizzas, order online, choose a payment method, and use various discounts and accumulated points.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I’d worked with BLAKIT before and knew they were responsible professionals. I could trust them to deliver.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

We started by investigating my client’s requirements and planning the development team and process. I already had the design, so we just needed to create native applications. A tight deadline was our biggest challenge. BLAKIT worked directly with my client to ensure the servers the latter were building would be optimized. The finished apps had a loyalty program and payment system, as well as user authorization and registration, GPS, and delivery distance auto-check features.

What was the team composition?

The team included an iOS developer, a QA engineer, a business analyst, and a project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Because of a NDA with our customer, I can’t share many specifics. However, we launched a great Android app that received a high rating on the Play Store and helped a pizza chain increase sales and improve customer service.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We used a scrum methodology to optimize our workflow and development process and held daily meetings to ensure all the team members had a clear vision of their assigned task.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

BLAKIT met all deadlines and helped my client develop the servers on schedule. They always build high-quality products, offer useful recommendations, and stop at nothing to achieve their client’s goals. In this case, they worked extra hours to help successfully finish their part on time.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, not that I saw. It was a pleasure to work with BLAKIT.

BLAKIT’s efforts were crucial in helping the startup launch, and the MVP helped generate investor interest. The team was willing to work 50-hour weeks to meet tight deadlines, advising ways to cut time and costs without sacrificing quality. They’re currently on standby until Phase 2 of development.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a technological entrepreneur and the founder of a medical fitness startup called Coremergy.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire BLAKIT?

We needed to build a complex tech solution that would enable users to perform rapid electrocardiography (ECG) at home. While we created a medical device to record the user’s ECG, we tasked BLAKIT with developing the Android app, server, and admin panel.

What were your goals for this project?

The key project goal was to launch a technological solution that would allow people to quickly perform ECGs at home, view the results, and share them with doctors. This would help users to detect and prevent cardiovascular diseases on time without going to the hospital. Because we had to demonstrate the app to our partners and investors, quality was the highest priority.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We were looking for a software development provider that could help us launch our medical startup when we heard about BLAKIT. They had several good referrals, and their team was experienced in building MVPs, so we connected with them.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

BLAKIT delivered a complex project that consisted of an Android app, an API, a server, and an admin control panel. For the first week, we discussed the requirements together, and they wrote out the technical specification. Their team then estimated the scope of work, dividing the process into sprints before moving on to development.

Within two months, they provided 400 hours of work and delivered a solution that enables people to manage their ECG results. Users can use the app to create a personal account, connect with our medical device via Bluetooth to perform ECGs, view their data and statistics, and more. The app also allows for cardiogram data analysis; it visualizes ECG results in real time and even suggests some potential diagnoses.

Currently, we’re improving our device’s accuracy and are developing the business part of our project. As soon as we complete our planned activities, we’ll continue to further develop our product with BLAKIT.

What was the team composition?

We’ve worked with five specialists, including a project manager, an Android developer, front- and backend developers, and a QA engineer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We’ve received a quality MVP that we could demonstrate to our partners and investors. Now, we’re focusing on improving our medical device and have to think through marketing tactics. We plan to re-engage BLAKIT for additional development once we’re ready.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

BLAKIT is great at setting a clear project vision and managing the workflow. We could contact them and check out the tasks and estimations anytime if needed. They used Agile Kanban to optimize the development process as well as Slack and Skype to ensure transparent communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

BLAKIT has been strongly involved in the project, making consistent meaningful recommendations. If there are better ways to implement the app, they let us know. For instance, we needed to quickly get out a working product to show our investors, so they suggested using standard components to design the solution instead of doing custom designs. As a result, they created an MVP faster than planned and at a lower price.

I was also impressed by their willingness to work extra hours to achieve our goals in the best possible way. Since we needed to launch our startup in two months, they worked 50-hour weeks to meet our difficult deadline.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can’t say anything at the moment. Everything has been great.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the CEO of a mobile and web development company called Idealnaya Rabota LLC.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire BLAKIT?

We needed to build a social network for our client and brought in BLAKIT for support. They joined the project, developing the server components and content management panel along with an Android app.

What were your goals for this project?

Our objective was to implement a social network that would allow users to visit different events together, share photos, and create chats. The system had to consist of a web part and Android/iOS mobile apps, but BLAKLIT was not responsible for the iOS development.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

Our companies’ founders have known each other for a long time, so we knew that BLAKIT was a reliable IT service vendor. They actually supported us when we developed our proprietary product called Multy, a multi-cryptocurrency open-source wallet. Since we were already comfortable working with their team, they were a natural choice for this project.

Describe the project in detail.

The project involved a complex social network that included a server, content management admin panel, and an Android app with a corresponding API. The client already had the idea, product design, and marketing strategy in place but needed us to handle the programming. We divided the project into smaller sprints to optimize the work process.

The entire social network development took almost three months. BLAKIT built the web server using AWS, PHP 7, and a Yii framework. They used React.js to make the admin panel, Kotlin for the Android app, and Swift for the iOS app.

What was the team composition?

They assigned a team of two Android developers, one backend developer, and one frontend developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Due to our NDA with our client, we can’t share too many project specifics, however, we’ve received an Android app, a server part, and a content management admin panel. The app is now live on Google Play, and users have responded positively, giving high ratings. Based on that feedback, we plan to make some changes to the technical specs and continue working on the solution.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was a pleasure to work with BLAKIT. We used a scrum methodology and held status meetings every day. They established a great support system to ensure transparent communication, answering our questions even after hours. The team also overcame unexpected challenges. For example, our client had to present the project to a potential investor before release, which increased the scope of work and pushed the deadline up. BLAKIT worked overtime to compile the build and delivered the product on schedule.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Professionalism, implementation speed, and friendly communication are all characteristics of BLAKIT. It’s easy to discuss ideas with them, and they’re heavily involved in projects. Unlike other vendors, they’re able to dive into the goals and make meaningful suggestions before starting development rather than after. In our case, they recommended several functionalities that we agreed with such as having a quick account login for social media integration and implementing auto-fill for user data.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We’ve worked with BLAKIT on multiple projects and have never had a negative experience.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire BLAKIT?

We needed to develop the Android version of the system, as well as the backend and website.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to develop a modern, secure, and free VPN service.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I had worked with BLAKIT before at another company and was very impressed with their professional approach.

Describe the project in detail.

BLAKIT provided Android, server, and web development. They adopted a tricky OpenVPN protocol for our purposes, creating a modern app that works fast and uses native code. Regarding server development, they implemented a monetization system that automatically validates transactions in both Google and Apple stores.

What was the team composition?

They assigned an Android developer, a frontend developer, a backend developer, and a project manager. The rest of the team was our own.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website is very beautiful and modern. We have thousands of clients on Apple, Windows, and Android platforms. This relationship helped us to start a successful project and we continue to work together on new features.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

BLAKIT has a perfect business culture and a team with remarkable engineering skills. Doing business with them is easy and effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I like their relationship with their customers. Our goals are their goals, which makes them feel like they’re our friends and partners rather than an outsourced IT company. It is easy to discuss new features with them, and their feedback is very useful and clear.

After delivering the finished apps, BLAKIT ran digital marketing campaigns to promote the new products. Their efforts secured 10,000 active users on Android and a comparable amount on iOS. They maintained clear, open correspondence and demonstrated an exemplary work ethic, even outside office hours

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Chief Marketing Officer of GetMeet Ltd. Our company developed a new social network that enables users to find or plan events nearby and chat with people they’d like to meet there. After raising enough funding from investors, we launched our startup in 2016. Currently, we’re preparing for the next round of funding.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire BLAKIT?

We were looking for a talented development team that could implement the server and client-facing components of our platform. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a CTO in-house. We delegated all the technical work for the implementation to BLAKIT. They created the architecture, setup the cloud infrastructure, and connected third-party services.

What were your goals for this project?

Our primary goal was to publish an MVP from scratch. After that was complete, we tasked BLAKIT with supporting the system’s stability and continuing to add new features to the app. To engage more new users, we needed to expand our range of marketing activities.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We told a connection we met at a startup event that we needed a strong team with server-side and client-side developers to run our project. He recommended using BLAKIT. Based on a Skype call and a few online meetings with their team, we decided to start working together.

Describe the project in detail.

We broke our project into distinct parts for the server side, frontend, and admin panel development. They programmed server scripts, API methods, and a massive database infrastructure. It includes third-party integrations for services like MailChimp, Plivo, and Google Analytics. The entire platform is hosted in the cloud.

BLAKIT implemented the iOS version of our app using Swift. They wrote the Android app on Kotlin. The team designed the UI/UX and animation, as well. They created perfect HTML layouts for the landing pages. Background tasks work seamlessly in conjunction with the frontend’s functionality.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a backend developer and tech leader, a frontend developer, Android Kotlin and iOS Swift specialists, a QA engineer, and a manager from BLAKIT.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We completed the MVP five months after starting our engagement. The app functions flawlessly, and BLAKIT continues to add features and enhancements. Both the Android and iOS versions are excellent quality. Notably, the UI and animation designs are very smooth.

Thanks to BLAKIT’s marketing efforts, we now have more than 10,000 active users on Android and almost the same number on iOS. The team has stayed onboard to support the system’s security and ensure the server and frontend remain stable.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used an Agile Kanban approach and had no problems with communication. We held online meetings to discuss progress and plan new tasks and iterations. BLAKIT provided regular status updates. For time-sensitive or urgent requests, they’d stay in the office coding features even on nights and weekends.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I most appreciated BLAKIT’s professionalism, depth of knowledge, and warm, friendly communication. They’re well versed in both backend and client-side development

BLAKIT provided high-quality services and showed dedication throughout the collaboration. They are client orientated and great at conflict resolution. Their ability to adhere to strict deadlines stood out. Although they could try new technologies, they provided a positive work experience overall.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder of Imaguru Startup HUB; it’s an international startup that is a support organization, working space, and hub for the Belarusian startup community. We organize events and provide services to corporations.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with BLAKIT?

We needed to develop a mobile app and required consultation to set up different websites and landing pages for our projects.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They worked on an Android and iOS native mobile application for one of our partners. They took care of development and coding. We had our own designer internally, but they contributed by helping us with its concept and design as well. They suggested ideas and presented us with various icons and elements.

We consulted them about the implementation of certain features. They built the structure of the mobile app, showing us different ways to manage the cloud and mitigate various risks. For web development, we discussed all the features together. Their experience made us value their input.

What is the team composition?

I worked with four people from their management and development teams. Whenever we discussed something with the development team, the management team was updated. We never had to repeat something; it was as though they were working in the same room with us. They were involved in the whole process, which was very helpful.

How did you come to work with BLAKIT?

We requested proposals, stating that we needed an application ready by Christmas. Due to our tight deadline, there weren’t a lot of companies that were eager to cooperate. BLAKIT, however, understood our needs and ideas in order to launch the application by Christmas. They shared our passion for the work.

Additionally, similar to our own team, their management team is very active in the IT community. They contribute to the community, participate in meetups, and attend mentoring sessions. This dedication is why we wanted to work with them.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent €5,000–€10,000 ($6,107–$12,214 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from October–December 2016. We spent several months in 2017 on further development. We are considering using them for future projects.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of their work was excellent, so we are happy they coded our app. They met every deadline. Everyone has liked the application and we are quite satisfied with the engagement.

How did BLAKIT perform from a project management standpoint?

They are educated, dedicated people. I can only offer positive feedback about working with them. They were deeply involved in the project and were a part of our team.

They were motivated to successfully complete the project. They easily resolved conflicts and were extremely client oriented. We communicated through Skype calls, emails, and face to face meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. They are committed, knowledgeable and effective. Their team delivers high-quality work. We wanted to launch the application by Christmas, and the whole team remained dedicated to their work.

They followed our plans to meet the deadline. This stood out to me; its normally difficult to stick to plans over the holidays because people take time off, but they stayed on schedule.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could be more confident in trying out new technologies and applying them to a variety of projects.

Thanks to BLAKIT’s involvement, the finished platform earned a top global ranking due to its speedy performance. The team’s reasonable price point, clear organization, and adherence to all technical requirements contributed to a valuable partnership.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a co-founder and the head of product of Douleutaras.gr, a professional services marketplace.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire BLAKIT?

BLAKIT assisted with our frontend development needs, specifically for HTML/CSS.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to create top-notch HTML/CSS code in order to speed up our site and boost our SEO efforts.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We found them online and conducted an interview. Their portfolio and responses in the interview showed us they had all the skills we were looking for.

Describe the project in detail.

BLAKIT redesigned all of the public pages of our site with top-quality HTML/CSS code. At the same time, we also wanted to make the site responsive and user-friendly.

What was the team composition?

Six people from our company worked with the BLAKIT team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

We fully achieved our initial goal. After the project's completion, our site is now among the top 5% fastest websites globally. BLAKIT's skills are outstanding, especially compared to the most other vendors.

How effective was the project management?

BLAKIT was always responsive and managed the project well. We did experience slight delays in the estimated deliveries, but they didn't affect the overall outcome.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have an impressive set of skills. So many companies offer HTML development, but if you want to build something top-notch, it's hard to find the right people. BLAKIT proved their development expertise in our project.

What tips or recommendations do you have?

Everything was clear from the beginning. My only suggestion would be to provide stricter estimations for deliverables.

Thanks to BLAKIT’s involvement, the solution launched successfully after completing thorough testing. The team’s effective project organization, flexible workflow, swift implementation of changes, and pleasant demeanor continue to drive results.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the executive director and co-order of Dexme Service Design Solutions.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire BLAKIT?

Our client—a large Belarusian bank—had launched a promotional campaign and issued payment cards specifically for this event. We needed a web application to allow the bank’s clients to get relevant information about their account status, bonus points, and new promotions.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

Originally, we browsed through a variety of candidates, but they all failed to meet our expectations. Finally, we received a recommendation to contact BLAKIT. We invited BLAKIT’s representatives to our office to share ideas and explain their business approach. Our companies had similar perspectives, and BLAKIT seemed like the best vendor in terms of price and quality for our project. During our conversation, we were impressed by their qualifications and hired them without hesitation.

Describe the project in detail.

The project is a Bitrix-based web application with a dual focus on design and security, as it’s dealing with clients’ money. Through our collaboration with BLAKIT, we succeeded in both areas; the project was released before the deadline and thoroughly tested by BLAKIT. During the project, we changed some requirements, but BLAKIT was flexible and implemented the changes quickly.

What was the team composition?

A project manager assisted with project requirements and organization. He was our main point of contact, but I also had access to Alex [CEO, BLAKIT] and some key developers whenever I wanted to discuss particular details.

BLAKIT’s developers are flexible, and depending on task urgency, we had two to five developers working on our project simultaneously.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

Unfortunately, we can’t share specifics due to a NDA [nondisclosure agreement] with our client. The project was successful, and we are going to continue working on the app.

How effective was the project management?

BLAKIT’s project management was extremely effective. Our executive had access to common Slack channels for our assignments, which allowed us to maintain a constant state of readiness. We also tracked the workflow via Worksection. In our case, BLAKIT met every deadline.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed by BLAKIT’s determination to improve the product. The developers kept offering suggestions for making everything run smoother and look prettier as the project progressed. They also handled all of the necessary bug fixes and updates soon after we requested them. They didn’t waste time throwing documents back and forth; instead, they immediately started working on our specifications for the product. BLAKIT’s also pleasant to communicate with, and I’d gladly recommend their services to anyone.

What tips or recommendations do you have?

Because their team isn’t large, they probably couldn’t handle extensive corporate projects.

Feedback summary:

BLAKIT delivered a reliable and stable product. The team understands the client’s needs and constantly monitors the app to ensure it has no crashes or bugs and maintains a 5-star rating. They are a small, boutique-style company that offers personalized service and works diligently to meet deadlines.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the CEO of a small start-up in the health IT sector. We are the creators of one of the most popular apps in the App Store, and our Android version is catching up. We launched the app as a side project seven years ago, and have been an official company for the last four years.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with BLAKIT?

We are a small team, and we needed to outsource in order to build our product. The app was already built for iOS, and we wanted to create it for Android as well.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Android version is a native app and was completely built by BLAKIT. It was built in native java. We have expanded to React and HTML technology, for the web portal, which is connected to the app. They are constantly updating it. In addition, BLAKIT is working on a major update, which is in internal testing right now.

Alex, the CEO, initially built the app before starting BLAKIT. He has gone back pro bono and has made changes because he wasn’t happy with the initial coding that was done. That is the sort of dedication and personality you want to see from a potential partner.

At this time, we have also expanded our engagement with them as I also do some side survey consulting outsourcing and they are helping us with that project as well.

What is the team dynamic?

It can vary, but we currently have about four people working on the project.

How did you come to work with BLAKIT?

Alex was recommended to me by a mutual contact when I was searching for an Android developer. I had met them before they evolved into BLAKIT. I have been working with them since 2014. Everyone has a challenge in hiring tech talents at a reasonable price.

How much have you invested in them?

We have invested around $30,000 at this point.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2014, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It is a great and solid application. I appreciate that Alex and the team look at the ratings as well as the reviews to ensure the app has five stars. They also ensure no crashes or bugs from their side of things.

Our main concern was the app being very reliable, but it works well and is stable. BLAKIT understands our needs, and from that perspective, we have had a very good working relationship.

How did BLAKIT perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate mostly through Slack.

Our engagement with them may be slightly different than more current projects they have with other clients, as we handle more of the project management from our side. For projects with other businesses, they have a person from their team who is dedicated to project managing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like BLAKIT because they are a relatively small firm. I have visited their office and have worked out of their office many nights when I stayed in the area. The team works hard, and to me, it is a good sign when staff is often there until after 9 p.m. or working on the weekends, whereas bigger firms are more nine-to-five. They work hard to meet deadlines.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Right now, they are small, boutique-style, and offer personalized service. It remains to be seen if they can maintain this level of service when they scale up, or if they will become like other big firms.

Feedback summary:

The app and web portal were well-received by the doctors and patients using them, with several clinics already adopting the solution. BLAKIT’s team worked hard to complete the project and fixed issues and breaks that occurred very rapidly.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

We're a small startup company in Helsinki, Finland. We have two co-founders and three full-time employees; I'm one of those full-time employees. I'm a project manager in R&D.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with BLAKIT?

Our product is a medical device used mostly in hospitals, that can also be used very effectively in the patient's home environment and self-administered by the patients.

We decided to develop an app that will support the patient — to facilitate communication and remote monitoring of the patient alongside the medical device.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed an app and a web portal. The mobile app is for the patient, while the doctor or clinician connects to their patients through the web portal, which can have multiple patients in it.

We had an idea of what we wanted. We had well-defined user requirements and specifications on our end, but some things changed during the development process. BLAKIT did all development work on the app, the backend, and the web portal for doctors and the design as well. I believe they had contractors for the design as they're not a design company. They used Node and React for the frontend. The app is only for Android at the moment for budget reasons, but we do want to make an iOS version.

We are also continuing to develop the product. We have made hardware updates to the actual device to integrate wireless connectivity, but that's still in development.

What is the team dynamic?

There are five people from BLAKIT working with us. We worked in two phases and are now in the second phase.

How did you come to work with BLAKIT?

We work in a co-working space for small start-ups in the health, well-being, and medical device space. One of our co-founders knew the founder of another company here who had used BLAKIT.

Alexander, the CEO, came to Helsinki for Slush [start-up event] and we talked with him there. We ended up having a conversation for an hour and a half. We decided to go with them after considering a few other offers. We worked through the requirements, specifications, and user requirements together to develop them into more thorough and detailed specification.

How much have you invested with them?

We have spent around €25,000 [Approximately $30,000 USD] with BLAKIT.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2016. The engagement is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have a very small user base because this is not the kind of app that we want people to find through organic search. It doesn't hurt if people find it, but the idea of the app is more to enhance our current product and help us sell our medical device; it's a feature enhancer, essentially.

The feedback we've received has been good. It has allowed some clinics to permit the patients to administer their treatment at home. They had never done that before, but when we demonstrated the app for them, they decided to try it. The patients have been responding well and using the app. The doctors have been monitoring that treatment remotely through the web portal. It's the desired outcome for us.

How did BLAKIT perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed very well. We mainly communicated through Slack. We’ve had Skype calls and some email communication, mainly for admin, invoices, and other things, but mostly Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There was one week in March when we first launched the beta version to demonstrate it to the public. I was on vacation in Cyprus, while the rest of the company was in Barcelona at a big conference. They were going to demonstrate it, but then something happened to the backend and things broke and stopped working.

I was communicating via Slack to our team and to BLAKIT at the same time. They were immediately on it and got it solved within minutes. That kind of responsiveness makes them stand out; they were very quick to react and they had superb communication.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's always things they can improve on. One thing would be the breaks, which happened a couple of times this summer. I'm not a developer myself, so I don't know how common it is that these things just happen and then you need to fix it. If things didn’t break, it would be even better. I'm not sure if there's something that they could've done on the development side to mitigate those breaks, but they've always been very quick to fix those issues.
