Our team had a discussion about the state of affairs in the company in relation to online security and the conclusion was that we needed to further prioritize cybersecurity. Our business demands a high level of protection for user data. Securing our network and making sure to keeps threats to a minimum were as important as rapid detection and response. We didn't want to rely exclusively on reaction time. Preventative measures were needed, too.

Solution

They help us to remain protected. They have a responsibility to report anything they find so that we are aware of any possible threats. We usually communicate using phone or email. The security of our entire network is in their hands.
