APHC Membership Welcome Pack
Blackberry were proud to be selected to work on The Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors (APHC) Membership Welcome Pack.
Using the existing logo we were able to freshen up the look and style of the marketing materials sent out to APHC members.
Blackberry now work with APHC on a regular basis on both design and web projects.

Blackberry Design have worked with the New Product Development and Creative Teams at Baylis & Harding for many years. We work with them, often in a supporting role, to add extra resource during busy periods.
Blackberry have worked on various brochures and retouching projects, under the guidance of their in-house team, to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
The Law Society Return To Work Toolkit
The Law Society, headquartered in London, are the independent professional body for Solicitors in England and Wales run by and for its members.
When the UK government updated its guidance for offices in England on working safely during coronavirus (COVID-19), The Law Society introduced a practical framework for law firms and sole practitioners on their return to the office based on the government guidance.
Blackberry Design worked with The Law Society to design a number of A4 posters in both English and Welsh to promote best practice in handwashing, social distancing, and use of common areas, lifts, meeting rooms and toilets. Aligned to existing branding, these bright and informative posters were made available as downloadable PDFs and as part of an upon request printed and laminated pack.
M&M Turned Parts business cards and letterheads
M & M Turned Parts are a subcontract CNC turned parts manufacturer based in Redditch, Worcestershire.
Blackberry Design used their graphic design expertise to create these eye-catching business cards and letterheads taking visual cues from an existing logo and website. These business cards and letterheads were printed by Blackberry Design’s sister company Lemon Press, also based in Redditch.
Crown Labels website
Redditch based Crown Labels has grown from providing office services and supplies into a leading printed label manufacturer, investing in equipment and infrastructure, now operating from a 10,000 sq ft base.
Blackberry Design built the new Crown Labels website with e-commerce functionality to promote its product range and showcase their service.
Henley Dental Website
Established for over 12 years, Henley Dental based on the High Street in Henley in Arden, Warwickshire, is a family-friendly dental practice that provides complete preventative, restorative and aesthetic dental care.
Blackberry Design created, designed and built a website that gives patients a clear and concise overview of Henley Dental’s services presented in a clean, fresh, website design.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am head of marketing for Patient Advocate, which offers healthcare services.
What challenge were you trying to address with Blackberry Design?
We enlisted them for web and collateral design.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I typically give Blackberry a brief of what designers and marketing materials we need from them. I’ll sometimes provide guidelines for content and design. They then produce the documents and marketing collateral in adherence to those requirements. Their designs have included everything from logos to visual graphics.
They developed our website and continue to provide ongoing maintenance. They’ll upload new designs onto the site if needed. I rely on them on a weekly basis.
What is the team composition?
I have a project manager, Anthony (Account Manager). We also work with a designer and a web creator.
How did you come to work with Blackberry Design?
While the contract was already in place when I joined the company, I believe our CEO had a connection with them. I believe it was a recommendation.
What is the status of this engagement?
The engagement began in January 2016 and is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve kept us as a client for 6 years, which speaks to their success as our design partner. I’ve worked in marketing for many years, and I’ve never thought of changing to another provider. On top of consistently delivering on time and within budget, they always send us a Pro forma beforehand so that we’re never surprised with hidden costs. I’d say that they’re exceptionally transparent.
How did perform from a project management standpoint?
Anthony is excellent. He always lets me know what the timeframes for a project look like. He’ll also inform me if he anticipates any delays or roadblocks. That’s never been an issue, though, since they’ve always delivered on time. I also appreciate that he’s diligent in understanding the entire scope of the project. Their diligence helps them create the best marketing materials.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’d highlight their customer service. They’re very welcoming; I can pick up the phone at any time and know that the work will get done. They’re even accommodating of our more urgent requests, even if it means they work into the evening. They’re amazingly flexible in that way.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not at the moment. I’m very happy with everything they do.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I recommend keeping clear and transparent lines of communication.

We’re a family-owned chain of children’s day nurseries. I’m in charge of marketing for the organization.
What challenge were you trying to address with Blackberry Design?
We wanted help building our brand online and offline.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve been working together for about four years. We first worked together on brochure design. They did all the initial design ideas through finalizing everything and coordinating the printing. We continue to work with them to update the brochures and print new versions.
They also do the designs for all of our branded stationery materials like letterhead. We recently had them do a website redesign as well. They’re continuing to maintain the website.
What is the team composition?
I work with three people including Anthony (Interim Account Manager), Jacob (Web Developer), and Rhys (Designer).
How did you come to work with Blackberry Design?
I just did a Google search and looked at a few companies. They were local to us which was important. They were responsive when I reached out to them, and we were able to set up a time to meet. It all went from there.
How much have you invested with them?
I think I’ve spent about £10,000 (approximately $13,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around August 2016, and our relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve got a lot of positive comments about our website and people seem to like our brochure. The designs are consistent which gives us a professional image so people know and trust us. Our occupancy is also improving.
How did Blackberry Design perform from a project management standpoint?
They excel in communication. If I ever want anything done, they get back to me quickly and provide a solution as soon as possible. We can also meet face-to-face if needed.
What did you find most impressive about them?
How they understand us as a company is impressive. They respond to our needs.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I’m happy.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Just give them a call and set up a meeting. They’re a really nice group of people, and they’re good at listening to what you need as a business and helping you achieve your goals.
