Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of product at Datamole, a digital marketing platform where people can publish their gameplay videos on different networks such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and so on. Also, users can automate their campaigns with our tool.
What challenge were you trying to address with Black Studio Agency?
We needed to find a good video producer for our brand promo video.
What was the scope of their involvement?
First, we had a discovery phase to see what we’d do. Black Studio Agency described a scenario for us and said we could get a mascot. They designed a mole as our mascot and animated the mole describing our tools in the video. They also did the video editing.
The video is now on our website, and Black Studio Agency is currently managing our Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.

We start with an interview for details and generate many ideas. They work to understand our product, benefits, target audience and potential. We write scripts together and in the end they delivered 2-minute 15 great videos. We decided expand our agreement.

We worked with creators and manager. They give feedbacks after all milestones. In this way, we keep up-to-date and achieve the results quickly.

We create social media ads with videos. Our campaign conversions are increasing and construction companies understand our product easily as well. Also, we use videos for our sales meetings. In this way, our potential clients can see our benefits.

The project manager is easy to communicate. If they or we need to change something, we discuss each other. We mostly speak with online meeting tools and email. They give information frequently.
