In terms of the custom software, they built a platform with different access levels for our employees — it’s a tool that we can use to keep our company organized.

I was the Product Manager of a Brazilian gambling portal, and now I keep my co-founder and associate position in the product.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bits Kingdom, and what were your goals?

At the time we asked for a full reformulation of our site, and the implementation and integration of new tools, and also for the development of specific solutions for our product.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We knew Bits Kingdom for recommendations from a coworker who already worked with the company in the past. Since our very first conversations, Bits Kingdom was very professional and understood exactly what we need. They sent us a fair proposal (considering the price, time to execute it, and resources involved). The proposal was accepted and we had a very nice professional relationship for at least 2 years.

We worked on a fully new website, with all the verticals integrated into a WordPress platform. We also integrated existent tools from SportRadar and used some of this data to develop our own tools focused on our customer's activities on our website. In the first year, we developed and implemented all those needs, and from the second year, we fixed debugs and brought some improvements to our product.

At least 5 different professionals attend us during that period. Designers, developers, and team leaders.

Their work allied with all the others improvements made in the product lead us to be in the top 10 websites in our category nowadays.

The tool created by them called "bee" works perfectly and the time of response of the team is great. Even on holidays or weekends we always received fast support when necessary. And the tool also works great for briefings and team communications.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have to say is the facility to comprehend our demands. Their fast comprehension with quality and fast work was impressive. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Implement an hour counter for some tasks would be great, for better controlling of the time worked and the consequent cost of it.

I am co-founder of Ordde, a company that provides SaaS for small businesses and organisations to face their digitisation process optimally. Ordde Apps SL is located in Barcelona, Spain.

We wanted to develop a web application for our B2B business model, which we offer as SaaS. From the outset, Bits Kingdom's advice was a key factor, in researching & selecting the technology we would use to develop and support our business and our investment. As a start-up, we grew over the months, and Bits Kingdom, especially Fabian, Diego & Santiago, were all of them key players for us, very professional in the way they always suggested and proposed what they saw as the best options for our project and for our company profile.

Their teamwork is something we really appreciate, and the assistance they gave us to create our own IT development team. Our goal was to develop a platform that could adapt to many types of small business operations while offering an easy-to-use interface and fast-response applications. All of that, we got it.

We contacted Bits Kingdom because of a recommendation. After the first interview, we felt professional and personal trust. These were the determining factors in our decision to hire their services.

As usual, we had several meetings at the beginning to go deeper into what we were looking for. We were quickly presented with a prototype, on which we began to contrast our ideas and evolve towards what we were looking for. Our product has evolved and mutated from what we had originally planned. It has become a system of considerable magnitude.

After 18 months of development, pandemic in the middle, we are coming to the end of the initial development. We are aware that it never ends. More than delivery phases, or punctual beta versions, I emphasise the constant relationship and teamwork, an aspect that gave us a real and updated knowledge day by day, with the great advantage of having the information at the moment to make optimal decisions in terms of time and economic resources.

The owner of the company, a project manager, one front-end designer and two programmers.

The application is not yet released, so we cannot yet provide concrete results.

The project manager was easy to communicate with. We usually did video calls due to our location, which is Barcelona, Spain. About deadlines, we are responsible to move it one time and another, since we evolve the requirements according to our business possibilities and circumstances. Bits Kingdom has provided us with a very convenient and easy-to-use project management tool: Bee Project Manager. This was an aspect that facilitated not only our work and interaction with Bits Kingdom, but also our internal work.

I think it could be convenient to incorporate a from the first moment a programmer/analyst provided by the customer (from us).

We are working with Bits Kingdom in a continuous development project. All the improvements in the platform are being defined by scope and time of delivery. The technology used is javascript.

There's always room for improvements, but we didn't experience major problems working with Bits Kingdom.

We hired Bits Kingdom to develop a highly customized database to allow us to track arbitration and mediation cases we handle. We had unique needs, and required integration with Google Calendar and other Google Suite products.

We found this developer on a freelance website.

We had a few online meetings to discuss the project goals and what we needed. Bits Kingdom suggested product features to build into the new database, and provided a detailed quote and timeline for the project. Since the project was completed we have exclusively used Bits Kingdom for routine and not so routine IT maintenance.

We have not finished yet out project, but we are very happy about the compromise of the entire team and the hight quality standards of the deliverables.

They've maintained fluid communication since the beginning of the project. They use differents tools, like whatsapp, Bee (in house project managment tool), mail, etc.
