We had project initiation meeting to discuss key milestones and timelines. They delivered the first draft of iOS/Android app for us to provide feedback. After few iterations once all the feedback was incorporated, the apps went live on the respective app stores.

Ali, one of the Bitkraft founder was our main point of contact throughout the project. Additionally, we mostly interacted with one lead developer.

One of the key feature of the Apps is to be able to access it even without internet connection. This feature has definitely given us an edge over other players and have also helped us to get lot of positive feedback from clients.

It was easy to communicate with Bitkraft team using WhatsApp, Emails and Video calls and they always kept us posted on the progress.

Timelines for deliverables can be more accurate but overall they did a very good job.

I am the Director at Digimaker; we partner with Victorian schools to provide enrichment coding programs.

Digimaker were seeking to build a bespoke online code editor. The online portal needed to have the following features:

1. Access control: Users to be able to login to the portal using their uname/passwd. Once logged in user may choose the language they want to code or are presented with the appropriate editor.
2. Languages: user should be able to code in the following languages: a. Scratch b. Small basic c. Python & PyGame d. HTML/JavaScript e. C/C++ f. Java (Swing)
3. Load: Initially 1000 users to access the portal with 500 concurrent users at any given time.
4. Result: Code on left of the screen and result on the right.
5. Compile: Portal to be able to run snippets of code in each of the languages.
6. File: Users to be able to save files (in the appropriate format) and access files using their credentials.
7. Branding: portal to have Digimaker branding (white labelling) and accessible through Digimaker domain.
8. Database: admin should easily manipulate uname/passwd and files; system should be scalable.

We found BitKraft through a referral and chose them over other vendors because of their domain expertise.

A very committed and hardworking team BitKraft has. They were able to resolve show stopper issues quickly and efficiently. With their domain expertise some of the show stoppers after launch should have been prevented.

We communicated through whatsapp, phone calls and emails. Communication was free flowing and we had access to their entire team.

The team was technically sound, and the quick turnaround times to resolve issues were impressive.

While the quality of work was great, effort estimation was off target.

We are successfully rolling the app out across our regions. We are going to retain the firm on a monthly basis to manage the app, fix bugs, and develop new features on an ongoing basis.

We collaborated remotely via Google meet and WhatsApp. We tracked the project using a Google Sheet.

Ali and his team are able to give clear answers on what is and what is not possible based on their experience. Ali is very capable. I believe this company offers a lot of value. They price their projects fairly and are easy to communicate with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Timelines for deliverables can be more accurate and more quality assurance can be done before presenting to clients.

I am the CEO of an IT consultancy . We provide industry specific technology solutions and services. The industries we cater to are Real Estate , Malls , Entertainment and Manufacturing. We work with organizations to formulate their digital transformation strategies and executing them.

A team of 5 people consisting of an Architect , an Analyst , a designer and 2 developers worked in an agile manner to deliver the solution

The project was delivered in sprints where in the design finalization , user login , dashboard , tasklist and detail sections were all delivered in a logical sequence to release the 1st MVP in July 2021

Bitkraft adopted an agile development methodology . Microsoft team was used as the project collaboration platform . Daily standup meetings were held and open issue register was maintained right from the Solution review , Testing , go-live , stabilization until the closure phase.

Their confident and positive attitude was their USP. Partnership with the key product vendor got strained at the start of the project . The Bitkraft management team took up the challenge and responsibility and ensured that their development learn understand the API structure of the clients BPM solution and overcome this gap . This saved the client cost and time in getting a new partner on board.

Include application performance analytics , peer code review & testing and dashboard reporting capabilities into the implementation offering

I am founder of aCubeIT, a Machine learning and AI consulting and research company.

We wanted to build a ML and AI platform which can be used across the industry verticals like Retail, Financial services, Parma etc to solve their business problems using ML AI techniques. BitKraft team did this project from scratch. Before the start of the project, we jointly created a project plan and key deliverables with defined time frame. Most of the time the project was on track as per defined deadlines.

they have a team who can research well on any of the technical problems and find a suitable solution. And also they have a hands-on approach and in-depth technical knowledge.

we had a very good experience during the product development and even the support required after the development is also great. May be they can touch upon few other technologies as well, but thats a business decision.

We’re impressed with their consulting services and project commitment because they go beyond what they need to do. They come up with their own ideas and dive deep into the development to ensure its success.

We’re lucky to have the CEO as our main point of contact, but they’re going to need more project managers to handle the day-to-day activities of their clients.

Based on my personal experience, I would advise them to consider visiting the country of their outsourced team at least once.

Honestly, I didn't see much room for improvement. They did a good job. I could not have been more pleased with the price, the product and the experience.
