For what projects/services did your company hire Bit Think, and what were your goals?

Bit Think made a professional use app, which allows you to apply surveys in the field using mobile devices, such as cell phones, tablets, SmartPhones in general and even notebooks and laptops.

How did you select Bit Think and what were the deciding factors?

The App is designed for researchers who need to manage a force of field interviewers and who demand advanced options for data validation and interview flow, to produce clean and consistent data with excellent quality, as well as to ensure the quality of the data loading process.

It supports all the facilities sought by market research and public opinion companies conducting survey research, offering a clean, fluid and friendly graphic interface that facilitates the work of capturing and collecting data in the field.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Four people worrked in te project. Senior Develope / Junio Develope and 2 commercials people.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Great. The app is very useful to manage a force of field interviewers and who demand advanced options for data validation and interview flow.

The communications planning process concerns defining the types of information you will deliver, who will receive it, the format for communicating it, and the timing of its release and distribution.

The answers to ours questions was be documented in the communication plan. Live meeting Audio conference: Like a conference call, but conducted online using software like Skype Computer-assisted conference: Video conference.
