My Turn Digital creates games and gamification tools that help businesses achieve their objectives through engagement. Whether this is training staff or attracting new customers to a brand the power of game methodology is used to create a positive lasting impression.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bineks?

Our client had recently purchased another company and was looking for ways in which to merge the two sets of employees so that all were on the same agenda. A gamification platform solved this issue for them.

What were your goals for this project?

Create a gamification platform that engaged all employees both old and new, teaching them the business values and up-skilling their knowledge through various engaging training methods and fun tools.

How did you select this vendor?

I spoke to three vendors, Bineks was the only one that was super communicative and friendly while still offering a good service at a reasonable rate.

They developed the gamification solution built in WordPress and based off design in Invision. There was a number of complicated interactions within the platform from a tricky registration system through to various points gathering, leader boards and rewards purchasing.

What was the team composition?

A focused friendly and knowledgeable project manager whom I mostly dealt with, which made the process extremely easy and enjoyable. An account manager whom I could escalate any issues to (never needed to)who also kept in touch about the project my happiness with service levels and added a very nice personal touch. The hard work of course was done by the developer who tirelessly worked in the background and very kindly volunteered to work weekends when deadlines had to be met.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

A very satisfied client is the main impact and result of the project as well as the potential for continued business from them.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was extremely good.  Our main communication was through Skype either chatting or video calls. The PM was very responsive and replied almost immediately to all inquiries making my life a lot easier. They managed my expectations and pushed their team when needed to ensure a timely delivery.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I would say its the friendliness and efficiency, they really felt like an extension of my team and a part of the office that was just out of site at all times.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really, we both did not predict certain issues in the development which caused a major rush towards the end of development and in hindsight we should have thought of these things earlier but then that is what hindsight is all about.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bineks?

As a media company, we have started a new startup - Local News website. And we've hired Bineks to develop it from scratch based on specifications of our marketing team.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to make a fresh and fast website that could be concurrent on the news market, easily managed and easily scalable.

In a nutshell, the project is a news portal providing visitors daily updated Local news for the Zaporizhzhia region (Ukraine). Also, the project implied special types of posts - long reads for specific journalist materials that our organization prepares in partnership with state and non-governmental organizations. Bineks have provided us web development services, starting from development website pages from scratch to filling in content and deploying to a server, installing SSL certificate and making cache and server settings. Also, they have done integrations with third-party APIs, like Ukrnet, Cloudflare, and others.

What was the team composition?

2 developers and a project manager/account manager from the Bineks side and a Marketing manager from our side.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We've gained new profit as the website became an additional media resource, that we are using for offering our customers marketing and ads. Also, we are using the website for gaining profit from Google Ads and other Ads networks. We have broadened our journalists' staff and made a more solid company presence what led to new partnerships.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was fully taken care of by the Bineks team. Initially, they have provided us with all the necessary estimates and a roadmap. Later on, they've organized presentations on their staging platform and weekly updates. We were aware they were using task tracking system Redmine, that they have offered us to use, however, the manager's updates and presentations were enough for us. It's worth mentioning that the communication was exceptional! Their manager has responded quickly, very clear and no request was forgotten. Also, they've always come up with good, logical and creative initiatives.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their responsiveness is outstanding, communication goes flawless and adaptive. Another point worth mentioning is that they take the technical part on themselves completely, therefore, there is no need to dive into technical details when you can fully rely on the selection of efficient solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would recommend them to add SEO and marketing to their skillset so that they could offer those services too.

We assist landlords, real-estate agents and project developers with renting out property to tourists, maximizing rental profit. We take care of yield management, advertise through partner channels and operations such as: check-in, cleaning and maintenance.

I had the position of Product Owner and was responsible for the development of our own PMS system.

We hired Bineks for the development of our PMS System to keep track of all our reservations and give our clients an overview of their property performance.

What were your goals for this project?

Creation of a PMS system to make our operations as efficient as possible and to provide our clients with an online dashboard where they can track performance and edit their availability and edit their listing details.

Bineks was recommend by a former colleague who had worked with Bineks in the past.

They developed our PMS system from scratch. We've created an online platform which made it easy for our clients to list their apartment and track the performance of their listings. Since the start we've made a lot of improvements to the system. At first the main target of the project was to create a system for our clients but now we also use the system to manage all tasks that comes with reservations.

What was the team composition?

I was responsible for the product within our company. I handled all communication and organization of the process from the customer's side. I worked directly with Maxim who was managing the development team.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We automated a lot of processes and the result of the PMS system is that we are now able to manage all of our full time rented properties with only 3 people in the office.

To keep track of perfomance and deadlines we used Trello. Direct communication was via Slack and Google Hangouts.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Communication. They were able to dive deep into our business and really think with us about how to improve the system based on the day to day business.

Bineks gave us the full-stack services with web, mobile development and QA

We won Zain accelerator and went to SF. Project took a lot of investments

Their way to communicate. This is a company with a human face if you know what I mean. We can resolve any issues together

This project is for our largest customer and we have successfully delivered high quality service to them throughout the entire project.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

There is always great communication and the staff always go out of their way to help make the project better.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are non-calculative and always stick to their word. They may not be the fastest at web development, but you can definitely trust that they will advise you honestly and make sure the quality of work is high.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is not much I can say that needs to be improved. If I had to make any comment at all, it would only be that timeline estimates or buffers could be updated more proactively, but this depends very much on the task at hand as there may be complications in the project.
