The chrome extension help to attach an extension of call center functionality to their application which facilitates customers to interact with the support team via SMS, voice call, or video call. Most of many popular CRM can integrate chrome extensions like ZOHO, HUBSPOT, AGILE.
The Customer Portal is a generic call center application where Customers can talk to agents one to one and can make a video call one to one (agent to the customer and vice-versa) and can send web messages. The messages are made encrypted so that privacy is maintained. Virgil Security is used for encryption and decryption so that no third user can have access to the messages from the database.

You can also have the functionality where you want to encrypt your messages or not with the particular customer and agent. Lenzera - Shop for Video Needs
Lanzera is the only marketplace Filmmaker can browse talent view pricing options, and book your project right there. The insanely complex pricing algorithms give both vendor and client the ability to receive fair pay and pricing. From the client-side, you are guided through a highly customize flow basic questions to help you get just what you need regardless of your experience in the industry. At the end of this yellow-brick-road, you’re able to browse available talent, update your selections, and view each individual's availability with pricing based on a schedule you select. This dynamic calendar tool is just one of many of the beautifully designed and fully customized user experience components we developed for Lenzera. It also provides robust reporting tools that give vendors insight into their business operations.
The system also has a multi-channel sales tool for vendors built-in. A vendor can be listed on the marketplace and can attach a link to their anywhere (website, social media, advertisement, etc.) and direct traffic via their own branded booking process with all the bells of the primary booking process.
Modules:
Clients-The client can use the embed tool to schedule a Filmmaker to do the filming and/or editing. In addition to making a reservation, the system provides a platform where the client can use to connect with and pay the Filmmaker.
Filmmakers- The Filmmakers pay for subscriptions to have access to the Filmmaker Portal, Embed Tool, and with permission to be listed on Lenzera.co. Filmmakers with active subscriptions can use the Lenzera System as a sales and account management tool. Also, Filmmakers can manually add their projects and utilize the Lenzera system to manage the project and payment gateway.
This web application is built on a LAMP stack using the Laravel framework. The web portal front end used a combination of custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript along with Bootstrap.

Participant Media - Project Memo System
The web application is based on submitting a project memo to the right line that is a third-party API. This project is for the digitisation of the Project Memo System for Business Affairs department. In this application, two types of users are Standard and Business affair user, once a project memo is submitted by the standard user the business affair user assigns it to another user and submit to the right line.
This system allows standard users to draft, edit, save and submit Project Memo, and Addendum to the Business Affairs department. Once received by the Business Affairs department, users will be able to edit and approve Project Memo and Addendum. In approving the Project Memos, the system will pass along some of the information to the Rightline API.
A standard user can also create an Addendum of the submitted project for the correction and additional functionality of the project. Also, email is getting sent to the user in the time of project submitted, assigned, and accepted.
We can also access this API to sync and use other data.

Jenuen Event Booking Web App
Jenuen (Pronounced Genuine) is a social platform providing subscribed users a single place to find events in their local area with people who share their interests, where members are provided with the ability to book events. JENUEN is a web application that is based on event management in which a registered customer can book an event to attend it and can create an event to invite people in it. For hosting an event, the basic fee is there. In this application, registered people can search event which is happening around their area and filter out in terms of category, place, and date. The application helps you the best venue that fits your needs and budget, track expenses, calculate ROI and improve the overall efficiency of your event teams.
JENUEN functionality includes -
1. Centralizing guest list data, which makes on-site check-ins and payment processing smooth and worry-free, this application helps you find the best venue that fits your needs and budget, track expenses, calculate ROI and improve the overall efficiency of your event teams.
2. A user can register himself for attending and hosting an event.
3. A user can follow another user so that he can see another user is going to a particular event where he is going.
4. A user can buy a plan for hosting N number of events and a user can search, event is happening around his locality in terms of distance, date, and place, by clicking on a particular event user can see details of that particular event such as locality, who is coming is that event and description of the event and many more details.
5. All the payments of this application, like in event booking user register is done by stripe integration.

I’m an executive at a software development company. Our primary focus is project management, and we outsource most of our development.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bhadani Technologies?
We needed help with software development and design outsourcing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Bhadani Technologies has been our outsourcing team for years. We initially hired them as a QA team, but they’ve been our partners since we allowed them to perform development work. We generally provide them with detailed specifications for projects and request a quote from them. Once they give the quote and an estimated timeline for completion, we start the process.
In terms of technologies, they use .NET and PHP. Our most recent project was developing a backend system to migrate everything paper-based to a digital platform, including the UI and an encrypted database.

We’ve been working with Pintu (Founder) and Bhadanis Technologies’ project managers and QA staff.

I found them while searching for a QA team, and we chose them because they were responsive and flexible throughout our first interviews.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a company that builds custom software primarily in the banking industry.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bhadani Technologies?
We’ve started engaging with startups and needed to find great talent at a good cost, which is why we outsourced the work to Bhadani Technologies.
What was the scope of their involvement?
One of our projects involves creating a platform similar to Pinterest where actual business opportunities could be promoted. If, for example, somebody posts an idea there, another user could add onto or help with that. Bhadani Technologies is in charge of developing that website and its mobile app version.
We have an in-house designer who builds out the design on Figma. When the layout is done, we send it over to the team who then codes it using our tech stack: React for the frontend, SQL for the backend, and AWS for hosting.
Bhadani Technologies has plenty of resources to accommodate more projects, so we’re currently in a conversation with another startup for an Angular project deal.
What is the team composition?
There is a main frontend developer on the team as well as someone who tends to the layout and responsiveness of the interface. We also have a backend developer who steps in when something isn’t working correctly. All in all, we’re working with four people from Bhadani Technologies.
How did you come to work with Bhadani Technologies?
This is our first time working with an overseas agency. We've heard a lot of horror stories about this type of engagement, so we did our due diligence to ensure nothing bad would happen. We vetted 18 different companies and ended up choosing Bhadani Technologies.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started the project in March 2020. We’re now working on our second milestone which could last for several months.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Bhadani Technologies has helped us build a working product that currently has hundreds of users on it. It's a big measure of success. Other than the occasional, minimal breakdowns, the website and the app that they’ve developed encounter little to no bugs and crashes.
We really enjoy working with their team. A language barrier often makes it hard to understand each other, but we’re able to communicate clearly with the people from Bhadani Technologies.
How did Bhadani Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
What we like about Bhadani Technologies is that they’re very adaptive and transparent with us. If there's going to be a delay, they always make sure to inform us a week or two beforehand. Thus far, however, they’ve never missed a deadline, and I’m certain that they’ve done additional work to stay on schedule.
We use Trello to manage the project and communicate with each other.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re really impressed by how we can be hands-off with the team; Bhadani Technologies gets things done without supervision.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could be a bit more adaptive to our clients. It’s not like they get upset or anything; we’re simply hoping that they could have a little bit more patience. We're working with startups and not big corporations so there's going to be a lot of back-and-forth over to have the smallest things changed or tweaked.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure to have a concrete UI/UX design before getting into the development work. Sort out your requirements, progress tracking, and onboarding process so that you can have an easy hand-off of tasks.

I'm the owner of a web and mobile consulting company which provides solutions across a range of industries ranging from fintech, education, VR/3D and ecommerce.
For what projects/services did your company hire Bhadani Technologies?
We needed a team to provide staff augmentation for a major edtech project, as well as a fintech project. We have worked successfully with Bhadani over the course of several years and they have delivered quality coding work on .NET, React, and Wordpress applications.
How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?
We evaluated several India-based outsourcing teams a few years ago. The mix of skill sets, and the focus on the technologies we needed at the time, and the responsiveness of Bhadani's exec team including the CEO Pintu, were all key factors that encouraged us to give them a try. This has worked out well.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
They provided 3 engineers for web and back-end .NET development for the education project. They also had 3 engineers and a designer working on the primary fintech deliverable. We augmented with architectural feedback which they were able to incorporate and deliver in reasonable time.
Describe the recruitment process in detail.
We hired Bhadani as a whole team so the engagement structure was not a "recruitment" type model.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Bhadani helped us build an education platform which supports over 30,000 users over several states. Uptime has been solid. We have engaged with them on additional work on that project. We have also engaged with them on a fintech project and they were able to translate a complex python/data-science requirement into a web-deployable form based on Javascript, which was complex to execute.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Everything has worked out well between Jira, slack, and meeting coordination. So it's been pretty seamless.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
In addition to solid core programming work and stable, running code powering our projects, Bhadani has been accomodating with vague timing on our projects and contracts. They maintained quality even during uneven periods of demand during the COVID crisis.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We'd like them to take on mobile development at some point, but they have explained they want to focus on their core competencies of web/web-app to maximize delivery quality. I can't argue with that logic.
