I am the CEO of Pimcore Global Services (PGS). We are global strategic partner of Pimcore software product. We provide consulting led implementation services for Pimcore. We are headquartered in Houston and we have enterprise clients world wide. We focus mainly on digital transformation projects for large Retail and Manufacturing enterprises.

We needed to have front end inside sales team to respond back to incoming leads/queries. Beyond Codes provided very smart, detail oriented and professional people. They were very thorough and had a strict SLA of 15 minutes to respond back to ALL incoming leads. They did an AWESOME job!!!
How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?
We tried various options prior to Beyond Codes. Some were lacking professionalism, some didn't do good job in terms of response time and some didn't know their subject very well. When we contacted Beyond Codes, from start till end, their front end business development team, project managers and the entire crew was very friendly. They exactly knew what they are talking about. They took our project as their own. They really put their heart into it and came up with a very impressive project plan and proposal. This made us decide immediately to go with Beyond Codes.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
They provided 4 inside sales people to attend to ALL incoming leads. They had to provide first response with a introductory message and later on follow up with more details as needed. Next, they had to setup an appointment with our Sales team and the customer/lead. They managed to setup appointments with record number of leads. They had 90%+ ratio success in getting on call with us. This is HUGE and very very impressive.

We interviewed the candidates. Almost all of them were good. We selected the people based on their prior experience in related domain (digital transformation).
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Beyond Codes team were able to get sales appointments with 90% of the incoming leads. This by itself is a great success factor.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We completely outsourced the entire inside sales process to Beyond Codes. We didn't manage it. Beyond Codes came up with entire process, call flow, question bank, content, marketing material etc. They did a great job.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Beyond Codes is full of positive energy and enthusiasm. You can feel it from the very start till the end. All of this is driven from the top - from their CEO - Gaurav Kumar. He is a great guy. He has great amount of integrity, dedication to all his customers. And above all, he really takes customer relations to a step further... and becomes a true friend and advisor. The entire Beyond Codes team imbibes this culture from the CEO - Gaurav Kumar. They are a SOLID and GREAT team!!!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I can't think of any. But something they might want to consider is to get into Management and Business consulting. They have great experience in this domain now. They should provide premium and senior consultants to work side by side with CEO's to create business growth roadmap and consulting.
