I’m the founder of a finance company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with BetterOffService Advertising Agency?

We launched earlier this year and wanted to validate the market to ensure we could gain users. We engaged BetterOffService to help us with marketing campaigns and lead-generation efforts. Our main goal was to let more people know about us so we could gain subscribers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

BetterOffService created content marketing strategies and ran lead-generation campaigns for us. The team was responsible for crafting messaging, writing scripts, and creating content to appeal to our target audience. They also ran our social media advertising efforts on Instagram to generate more leads and helped us plan weekly campaigns. 

Next year, we plan to work with them on Google Ads to market our products to more people. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with about three team members from BetterOffService, including a graphic designer and a content creator who also helped with our social media. We primarily worked with the project lead. 

How did you come to work with BetterOffService Advertising Agency? 

We contacted five local agencies to see which service providers fit our needs and budget. We decided to go with BetterOffService because they were friendly and took a customer-first approach.  

How much have you invested with them?

We invested $6,500 in the partnership with BetterOffService.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with BetterOffService in April 2022 and finalized our campaigns in October 2022. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Although I’m not very well-versed in content, I know that BetterOffService’s content marketing strategies are top-notch. We haven’t officially launched yet, but we’ve measured about 15,000 potential users, and they’ve generated a considerable chunk of those. We’re excited to see how many of those convert to direct users once we launch. 

How did BetterOffService Advertising Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

BetterOffService did a great job managing the project. Although we faced some slight delays, they didn’t impact us significantly. We used ClickUp to keep track of tasks and communicated via phone. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was very impressed with the quality of the content they put forward and how effectively they were able to communicate with our target audience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We didn’t get a chance to review their content, but they did a great job, so I can’t say they need to improve on that. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Try to communicate your project’s goal, so the team can use it to guide their process.
