RxAll - Digital healthcare platform
The WHO reports state that 42% of fake medicines reported to them from 2013 to 2017 were from Africa. The PwC account firm goes as far as saying that in some developing regions of Africa a proportion of fake drugs reaches 70%.
Fake medicines endanger lives and health of people who otherwise have no way of distinguishing fakes from real pharmaceuticals, because of similarity to real ones that only a lab analysis can confirm that it’s counterfeit.
RxAll, founded by Adebayo Alonge, delivers cost-effective and robust tech solutions including a drug testing platform, pharmacy management software, and an invoice financing platform. Their mission is to make quality healthcare accessible to everyone.
Challenge
Multiple solutions - one website
RxAll is not a ‘one service’ type of company, their team continues to create various solutions to reach their goal of providing safe medicines to everyone. All 8 projects services needed to be presented on the website, so everyone could see the entirety of provided solutions.
In all honesty, impactful solutions like this one are among our favourite projects to work on.
Solution
In-depth discovery
We always start with a discovery session with our clients, so that we can get to know them and their product. This time we had to start from a scratch - conducting 2 brand discovery sessions. This way we could unravel company’s mission & vision, goals, and determine its voice.
This part was crucial in coming up with a design concept that would reflect the brand's identity as much as presenting their solutions.
Result
In a few months, we created a website, which provides information to a variety of users, starting with government officials and finishing with local pharmacy sellers. Every RxAll product has a block dedicated to it, contact forms are implemented for each of them.
For a company like RxAll, their story, mission and goals is an important aspect of operating, which is why our design was created to highlight their unique voice.

Fintech Solution to provide healthcare for Africa
RxPay, founded by Adebayo Alonge, delivers a reliable solution to fund pharmacies and regular customers, as well as enable access to affordable pharmaceuticals for customers across Africa.
According to the reports, 48% of citizens in African countries do not have access to the healthcare they need simply because they can not afford it.
Challenge
RxAll founder and CEO, Adebayo Alonge had two goals in mind, when he approached us with his project:
1) to finance pharmacies across Africa, starting with Nigeria, and enable them to produce cheap, reliable medicine.
2) to prove customers with the access to affordable pharmaceuticals.
This meant that our goal was to design a safe and convinient By Now, Pay Later app for different kinds of users, some of whom may not have had any prior experience with fintech apps.
Wireframes
Creation of user flow helped us gain deeper understanding of how our product is going to work, as well as map different user-stories. We created dozens of wireframes to lay out the best possible product experience, taking into account everything a user might need on their journey.
Result
In 2 months, we’ve created a design concept for By Now Pay Later solution, which would provide a variety of users with access to affordable healthcare.
7 user flow maps, 78 screens, 1 interactive prototype, 120 wireframes

RutaJob - AI driven hiring platform
Hiring IT specialists is no easy task regardless of the market, which expands substantially. Finding a skilled developer with a varying experience proves to be a challenge.
It works both ways because developers sometimes struggle to find job opportunities which would let them work on interesting projects with a potential.
Challenge
Our task was simple yet challenging - to build a platform from scratch, design the interface and company’s website. We had to make sure that platform’s interface has all the fields and demands for all the information that is needed for the algorithm to work.
Sollution
We conducted an in-depth analysis of other hiring solutions present on the market and compared it with our developments. Keeping in mind the algorithm requirements we then created a prototype and designs, which we were improving in the subsequent weeks.
The idea was to make separate landing pages for developers looking for a job and recruiters willing to hire them. Our bet was on a daring, bold design and texts, which would present a company as an ally, not another scum company.
Result
The interface takes the best of hiring services - easy user flow model - and turns it into a multifuctional tool for hiring

Headless membership platform
Headless membership platform
OctoFix is an advanced membership platform which combines businesses’ most needed tools for membership in one place. It allows managers to access and monitor data and customer interactions all in a single location by connecting to a CRM that they already use.
Challenge
Starting anew
It's a new service, we needed to create a website that would be easy to maintain and modify, but still create a memorable design concept so that it would stick.
Solution
Representation is the key
Taking into consideration our market research and ideas from the client’s marketing team, we created a design concept where the octopus represents the ability of the system to combine multiple tools in one, including billing, marketing, automation and customization tools, and funneling all that data into your own CRM. The octopus is also the main character of the landing page, which supports the design concept.
Development
All-in-one approach
The website itself was built on the Webflow no-code development platform so that changes and iterations would be easy to implement.
Result
In a month, we conducted research, created a mockup, and put the landing page on webflow so it would be a visual representation of the concept, ready for testing and further implementation.

Canada’s top B2B lead generation service
The company specializes on lead generation and sales for B2B services based in North America. Their main asset is the team of experienced sales specialists, based in USA and Canada.
They've been awarded as a TOP B2B lead generation service in Canada and San-Francisco, US by Clutch, The Manifest and G2.
Challenge
Outdating design to let go off
The company’s website was outdated, and was somewhat poor visually, which made the information there hard to read.
Updated design concept created for Martal by another agency didn’t represent company’s experienced team and proven track of success. Our main task here was to create a design concept, which would fit the brand’s identity – a professional service, provided by the team with years of experience working on B2B sales in North American market.
Solution
Showcasting company's expertise
We saw the solution in taking the high level of expertise of this company and its team and build the design concept around it. Our mission was to create a design for a company that is a long-term actor on the market, and their website should have been associated with corporate culture and ethics. Another important issue that we wanted to address, is the text on the website and its visual representation to make it not just readable but interesting to read.
Results
1.5 times more requests from potential cliens
It took 3 months from our first strategic session to the last update to create an on-brand professional website with customized graphics and an adaptive design. Then, we continued updating the marketing materials to fit the design concept we had developed. Our latest achievement has been integrating the website’s application process into the company’s CRM to automate data entry.

Self-service marketplace for B2B Lead Generation
Martal Group is a B2B lead generation company, which specializes on North American market. Our long term client reached out to create a self-service platform, where clients could purchase their services and see the full report on completed work.
Thousands of qualified leads
Besides clients, the platform is used by workers who complete tasks, managers who review reports and approve the tasks, and admin, who oversees the whole process.
Challenge
Simple and efficient interface
Building the platform, we were guided by the following ideas:
-
it should be pretty straightforward and easy to navigate for the clients;
- workers, managers and admin are interconnected but still require a different set of functionalities;
- the platform is built for a specific set of services but should be adaptable to changes and expanding.
The marketplace isn’t grand, but it combines 4 types of users, a system of reporting and various forms. During the design phase, we had to cut out refunds and a few other functionalities to stay on track with time and budgeting.
“Lead generation powered by human intelligence”
Result
In the course of 3 months, we built a completely new platform, which serves as a self-service marketplace for lead generation services. Multiple types of users, reporting system, email notification, client accounts, Stripe payments - these are all the essential parts of the system.
The platform has just been launched, but our client expects that it would lead to further expansion of their services in the future.

Deposit Fix is a SaaS tool which adapts Hubspot application forms and turns them into automatic payment forms with comprehensive analytics and sales and marketing coupons. You get reliable payment processing and application forms in one click.
406,662 Clients served via DepositFix
Challenge
Getting on track with updated backend
Deposit Fix recently completely updated their system’s backend and were looking to redesign their UI and make it fit with the newly developed functionality. Even with the old backend, the interface had already had problems which were interfering with UX, and it was crucial to fix them while redesigning the service.
SolutionResults
Finding opportunities in flaws
The client provided us with substantial analytics on UX, which helped us to determine which design flaws were negatively affecting conversions. This data, combined with further insights from the client, helped us to understand the scope of improvements that were required. While developing screen designs, we began creating a UI style guide, which would help developers to see how the different components were integrated into the design concept.
Results
In just 2 months, we redesigned the system into a user-friendly tool that was accessible for users with no knowledge of automated systems and how to integrate them. We carefully reviewed the analytics and fixed the flaws of the previous design concept, which didn’t seem to be working for customers. The style guide we created ensured that the development process wouldn’t be slowed down.
“The UI design was clear and intuitive, and the project was completed on schedule and on budget. Benkendorf group improved our service with the new design, and it positively affected our metrics.”

Free bikes — cool advertising
The customer was a German startup WerbeVelo. This Bicycle Advertisement project, in which everyone can get a bike for free, with advertising placed on it. All you need to do is ride it regularly.
WerbeVelo had an idea, but did not know how to implement their project.
WerbeVelo turned to the Benkendorf group for a solution. Create two systems (for project managers and advertisers), link them together and between applications. Develop applications for Android and iOS systems, connect GPS and make the service understandable and convenient for both advertisers and cyclists.
Task is to create a system that would connect the customer, advertiser and cyclist. It would track the time and distance the cyclists would drive to provide reports to the customer. We would need to develop apps for Android, iOS and two management systems: for project managers and for advertisers, including reporting and GPS tracking of cyclists.
We started with the discovery concept of all developed systems, which included mobile applications for Android and iOS, a system for management and a system for advertisers.
After all the application screens, the entire UI | UX, were thought out, the designer started creating layout designs.
The first difficulties were in implementation arose when we chose the option of tracking. In the end, we settled on GPS-trackers mounted on bicycles beacons that are paired with mobile devices via Bluetooth.
During this collaboration, we learned how to cope with the problems of GPS tracking, and raised the skill of development to a new level. We managed to introduce gamification and an internal bonus store.
The WerbeVelo project has been implemented. Cyclists began to use free transport, passing strategic points, thereby distributing advertising. Advertisers received a new advertising channel, the effectiveness of which they could watch in the WerbeVelo system for advertisers.

Healthy lungs for all around the world
Our client is an international IoT medical startup - development team that created a smart stethoscope. The unique technology allows you to check lungs and monitor chronic respiratory diseases remotely. The results are presented in the application, where both the patient and the doctor will be able to see the results and track the dynamics of the disease.
It's as a thermometer, only for lungs - just as simple, understandable and affordable. This is a really useful and cool product. Realizing the high potential of the project, the team was interested in high-quality and attractive packaging. It was important for them to convey the benefits of the product, to show their expertise, uniqueness and customer care.
We started with a strategy and discovery sessions to think over the brand strategy, determine the brand attributes: voice, tone, Big Idea, mission, vision. Create an authentic identity that would be associated with the product. Make a concept design and layout of a site with a store that would explain the mission of the company, its “enemy” and sell the solution.
Design layouts for iOS apps, redesign of Android apps.
This is a growing startup. The difficulty was that funding was limited, branding and strategy developed from scratch. Initially, only an Android app was developed that needed a redesign. This team also wanted the design of an iOS application with optimization for the design features of this operating system.
The Benkendorf group also helped with the design of visual materials for investors (pitch deck, video), that help get the next funding round.
The project is very close in values to the Benkendorf group, it was interesting and pleasant to work with it. In addition, the Benkendorf group is now involved in something beneficial to human health.

Church can also be online
The customer is an American company that has developed an IT system for church management. They focus on large American churches, from 1,000 parishioners.
Make the service convenient, understandable and enjoyable. Consider all the features for use by parishioners and church workers. Develop a mobile application and adapt it for Android, iOS and iPad.
Create convenient and intuitive mobile applications that include all the basic functions of the service.
Challenge
The difficulty here was that it was necessary to transfer a large number of web tools to the native mobile application. I had to think about what needs to be transferred, and what will overload the system, filter and test.
Solution
We started working on applications with analysis. Analyzed users, their needs. We figured out how to simplify the system so that the application was more convenient and understandable. We analyzed competitors, their UI and UX design, functionality and simplicity. After that they made prototypes and design on them.
The mobile application was supposed to combine two parts: information on parishioners and on planned events.
We made the first part as a familiar page with personal information from the social network, where the pastor could see all the information he needed about the person. All pastor’s interactions with a particular parishioner were also preserved here.
The second part looked like a calendar on which all planned meetings and events were marked, where you could see the place, time, number of participants and other information.
The service has updated its main components, they have three mobile applications: for Android, iOS, iOS for iPad. Think Ministry has become more understandable and convenient, which has attracted new users and increased the loyalty of old ones.

A New Interface for Hyper Marketing Service
Hyperise is a revolutionary marketing tool - that helps hyper-personalise messaging across sales funnels, using hundreds of integrations with data sources, making ads, emails, posts, websites - personalised.
The service was already launched initially, but their goal was to uplift the tool visually and make the experience more simple, coherent and pleasant.
The personalisation image is a canvas, comprised of pictures, texts, user profile, logos and other elements data for which is automatically taken from about 60 integrated data sources to provide an ad with a more emotionally compelling message.
Make the service intuitive and user-friendly. Introduce a simple and attractive editor in which it would be nice to work.
The redesign of the service, which would include all the many existing functions, was understandable and accessible to each user.
The complexity caused to correctly group and visually present all the functionality. To make this clear, simple and beautiful. Above all, were the tasks of UX design.
Also, the service already had a user base, so it was necessary to make changes so that this did not frighten them away by sudden and global changes.
We made a competitive analysis by checking services for marketers, online canvas-based services such as photo or web editors and checked their advantages and disadvantages. Conducted an analysis and brought the concept of how the interface can be decluttered and become more functional.
Hyperise is a really useful service for marketers. Synchronizing the data archive, editing personalized layouts, uploading - these are just its most basic functions. That is why we were very interested to work with this SaaS project.
Hyperise got more new customers. The existing user base began to use the service more often. Service demand has grown, the project has received audience loyalty.
Design is far from the last thing affecting sales, conversion, number and user loyalty.

The service hуlps those who do not have a mobile varsion of the site, or hava an outdated site and help to make it easier and faster for customers to get to the company's office or make faster calls.
Our task was to modernize the design of tha page and make it more efficient and enjoyable.

Later, Benkendorf Group created the package design, company’s presentation and other marketing materials.
First step was to develop brand and its identity. Brand messaging was discussed during the strategic session, later the main visual style, identifying the company was created. The following task was to create the design and develop the website. For these purposes, the research was conducted to determine target audience portrait and create the design, which would be appealing to them.
The existing mobile app was thoroughly analyzed to establish the main shortcomings, later the UI and UX research was conducted to completely redesign the application and fix initial flaws for android and ios versions. Besides that, Benkendorf Group helped to create the design of Lungpass smart-stethoscope’s package in different languages, develop structure of pitch deck for the investors. The company’s presentation video script was written in cooperation with Benkendorf Group, as well as other communication materials.
Alex and his team took the lead in managing the contractor who filmed the video. Further, Benkendorf Group assisted in the launch of advertisement campaign and sales in Russia and Belarus.

What did you find most impressive about this company?
the output, thats all I really cared about and that was the best bit.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Yes, after completing the initial project and launched the new design, I was repeatedly (twice over 18 months) asked to leave a review. On doing this, it was ridiculously long, with tedious questions.... Leaving a real sour taste in my mouth at the end. I really with they had done a better job of selecting a review platform partner....
With the implementation of new features, the client saves time, thanks to the Benkendorf group's help. Both teams are brainstorming for new ideas and project improvements. So far, the client is happy with the ongoing collaboration.
