We hired Belkins as they offered Appointment Setting services. We were quoting several companies in the market as we knew our topic was not easy. We needed to get appointments for a specific range of restaurant owners and we warned them it was complicated. They insisted they could do it.

We knew our campaign was not easy. We interviewed many vendors and Belkins promoted a proprietary technology that makes them have better data and better conversion rates. Mostly they insisted verbally that they were more than capable of delivering on our campaign, though other vendors related to the difficulties I mentioned.

Belkins asked us to complete a detail form of our Target customers and Buying Personae. After that we went through some basic email templates to start emailing.

The workflow was ok, I would have expected to actually get better visibility/decision on who they decided to send emails to.
