For what projects/services did your company hire Belkins?
We were looking to develop the regional and national market and we didn't have a sales force to back it up or the data to start efforts.
How did you select this vendor?
We interviewed 3 companies and we just had a better feeling for this company's solution. There strategy is to select and contact prospects all digitally which I thought it was more efficient and could better speak on our behalf.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Upon giving them territory and industries, they research lists of prospects and conctact them via email. They will then secure zoom meetings with prospects.
What was the team composition?
One project manager, one researcher and a meetings coordinator.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
So far, I have gained two new ongoing clients with projects size that recovers my initial investment.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Fairly well. It took about 2-3 months for fully development of efficient workflow, getting the right clients and the right amount of calls to create the volume we needed to make it profitable.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their customer service is great. I needed further help and. even the owner had a meeting with us to help with things beyond his company's duties.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
I think I would like to have more input on prospects' emails throughout the initiative, not just at the beginning (though Im pretty sure I can ask for that). I would also like to have a bit more control of the meeting set up procedures.
Belkins' methods have helped the client book 40 appointments in five months. The client has two to five meetings every week and has successfully closed the deals. Moreover, the client is impressed that Belkins has found the right approach and achieved great results despite the very narrow niche.
