What was the scope of their involvement?
Over the years, they’ve worked on several projects, the first involving QA automation. It was a cycle of continuous building and deployment for test projects. Their work involved Java test automation in Selenium and integrating additional tools. They’ve also provided SQL server integrations services as part of a client’s migration initiative. For another project, Belitsoft built a web application using .NET technology. Currently, they’re working on another test automation project, doing code reviews and complex integrations. We’ll continue to outsource work to them on an ongoing basis.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with an account manager and a combination of mid- to senior-level engineers, developers, and QA specialists. The account manager handles the logistics of the collaboration, like interviews and progress reports.
How did you come to work with Belitsoft?
At the time, a client requested that we outsource some of the work. I searched Clutch for development companies in Minsk. I met with about six candidates and shortlisted two of them—Belitsoft and another vendor. After running trials with each, I chose a few team members from both companies.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve spent between $120,000–$150,000 on their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with them in August 2017, and the partnership is ongoing.
