I’m the director of Anipat India, a trading company. We import mobile equipment and sell it in India.
What challenge were you trying to address with BCL India?
I needed help setting up a company; initially, we were a small organization and couldn’t afford an employee to help us, so we decided to outsource an accountant.
What was the scope of their involvement?
BCL India helped me do all the compliances and permits to set up my business by taking care of our payroll. They did all the accounting and sent one person to our office to collect all the deals monthly. They would also send us a periodic management report, review the books, and understand whether we made a profit or lost money.
What is the team composition?
2–3 people were involved in our project, but we were mainly in touch with one person.

My friend recommended them to me.

We were happy with the monthly report we received because we could see if we profited or lost money. They also helped us understand our cash flow, were accommodating, and ensured we were compliant so we didn’t have any issues.

They were able to meet most of the deadlines. In terms of communication, we used to meet with them in person every month.

Have a mutual understanding of what you want and customize the requirements to understand what kind of reports you need and in what format.
