Bamboo Agile team made active efforts to keep customer(us) involved over the course of the whole development process. Assigned BA team constructed a complete plan of the forthcoming development cycle. So, developers started coding, while the QA carried out extensive testing, ensuring that the end result’s performance would be at expected level. Those efforts had definitely paid off - the finished platform was deployed on time, functioning as per requirements with performance exceeding expectations.

We hired Bamboo Agile to develop a platform that would streamline the process of placing orders for cargo transportation, payments and taxing for truckers, freight brokers and factoring companies by managing all the financial and taxing data in real-time and preparing all the primary accounting documentation for IRS automatically.
It would also have to include several additional features, such as tracking the delivery truck’s position and speed through GPS, tracking gas refills and finding vacant parking spots.

Bamboo Agile developed a custom solution enhanced by lots of features, including automatic call distributor, encrypted connection channels, iterative voice response, call recording and many others.
They integrated the solution with our CRM and designed the repository of calls, reports and analytics visualised through the dashboards. After the development stage came to an end, they kept managing maintenance.

1 project manager as the main point of contact, and 3 software engineers.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our software was up and running in due time managed by the customer support team. Bamboo Agile gave us some advice to ensure trouble-free operations and set up effective call management.
Ongoing, we were gathering the feedback on the service quality, and what achieved was exactly what we had been hoping for: low average wait time, great customer satisfaction, solution's stability and high performance.

Their project management was very consistent. They delivered the features on time and within a planned budget. We used Atlassian Jira to track tasks and had online meetings and calls. I'd tap into the team once we have such need.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bamboo Agile, and what were your goals?
We turned to Bamboo Agile for the creation of the platform, which would allow our company to connect to VAS providers for content delivery via mobile operators. We were in interaction with several mobile operators by working on different projects for them, primarily building the largest content supply network in Cambodia for the Cellcard Digital Store.
For this reason, we decided that a VAS platform could become a valuable marketing tool for content delivery to the target audience.

The platform had to consist of a smart transport (SMS shortcodes) router and charging gateway - direct billing, MT-billing, etc

We have assessed proposals from several companies. After evaluating Bamboo's proposal and comparing it vs other companies, we felt that their experience was the most relevant and financial terms were the most interesting.

Bamboo Agile guided us through the entire dev process. They started with thorough business and technical analyses to determine functional and non-functional requirements.
After that, their UX/UI designer prepared the mockups to align our vision of the final platform, and after getting approval from us, their engineers took the designs into development. Due to some specifics of our systems, they encountered some integration challenges, but in general, luckily for us, they knew the ropes at VAS and gateway.
The entire scope of integrations incorporated the partners' value-added services, content services, SMS shortcodes and charging gateway function. The development process was followed by testing and help from their side with the platform's deployment.

Bamboo Agile delivered an MVP earlier than we expected, and the platform worked as it was planned, so we hired them to finalise the 2nd phase. As a result, the final product allowed us to significantly increase the revenue generated by non-voice products and services.

We had daily stand-up meetings and bi-weekly retrospectives with their team. They regularly communicated, reported and documented everything throughout the process.

They delivered good quality work with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, and their expertise in Telecom was impressive.
I don’t think it’d be easy to find a software development partner that knows the domain better than they do. Also, they permanently innovate, develop new products and solutions to help their clients.
