Applozic: Rebranding and Redesign
Rebranding and corporate site redesign starting from the Design Concept to the building scalable Design System. Complex redesign entailed a change in the Product Visual style too.
Customers and developers from over 50+ countries use and love Applozic, from online marketplaces and eCommerce to on-demand services, to Education Tech, Health Tech, Gaming, Live-Streaming, and more. We need to create a universal and scalable visual language, which shows company value, and evolution.

MIGIS
Redesign for Interregional Institute for Gestalt Therapy & Art and design their own e-learning platform for students and tutors. Close collaboration with final users, business, and dev team gave us a chance to create unique and useful products from idea to the final realization.
As a result, we have created 2 products:
- Gestalt institute website - the source for students and tutors
- Gestalt center - the place, where you could find a therapist, book a session or find a thematic event for covering your needs.
Apricot: UX audit and redesign
Apricot exists in the insurance market since 2011, in 2020 the company turned to us to conduct an Audit of the Checkout process and create a redesign. The main task of the redesign was to increase sales of related products when applying for car insurance and increase the average bill.
Apricot is a company that has been in the insurance market for a while and is well known to customers. The main objective of the research was to understand the typical Customer Journey and find "bottlenecks".
The main idea of the redesign is to focus on the additional services and showing without using dark design patterns. This way we stayed honest and increase the conversion.
Mobile app for SportPlus
The SportPlus is a brand for modern fitness equipment and programs for home training. We’ve made an app for them to be in touch with their customers.
This app provides all the features you need to take your indoor workouts to the next level. The app becomes an integral part of devices. After connecting a sports device, the user has access to various training programs, viewing statistics, activity history, and other features.
We are all different and home workout methods for SportPlus users are also different. We’ve made different cases for them so they all are comfortable using the product.
In predefined programs the user can see the duration of one’s workout and the parts when it becomes more complicated. He follows the program but at the same time, it is possible to adjust the workout. The main purpose of Quick Workout is starting a workout in a few seconds. It is not scheduled in the app, the user sets quick settings of time and complexity and goes for exercises. After the workout, the user can share his stats on social networks.
Yangol APP | HRM system
Product design for HRM startup. The new age of onboarding experience for HR's and employees. We’ve designed HRM system and mobile app for employees.
Onboarding a new employee is a very sensitive and important part of the internal process. This is the first impression and during this period an employee will be decided stay in company or left.
We want to simplify this process for employees and make it clearer and remove all "bottlenecks" from their Journeys. On the other hand, we want to automate HR's process and give them a flexible tool for communication with newbies.

I am the VP R&D of InsFocus Systems LTD, a major player in the Insurance BI ecosystem. Our main BI application is already implemented in more than 80% of the local market and has been under development in the latest form since 2009. Along with the BI, we develop a few other supporting applications all focused on business needs of insruance companies.
For what projects/services did your company hire Axicube?
Our main application - InsFocus BI has been around for almost 10 years now. In the last couple of years, we've added a few more applications to our toolset. In regards to UI/UX we had a major challenge of taking our current design, adopt it to the new and modern application sphere, while keeping the design fit with our other applications and create a unified design system for all.
Our major challenge with regards to that, was to keep our clients feel at home and not break their day to day work with our tools.
How did you select Axicube?
I searched online for quite some time looking for a vendor with great experience in the kind of things we need to work on (financial applications). I was specifically looking for someone with experience in applications and one that could feel part of our team.

The project was built from a few major steps: Research - gathering all of our requirements, our current status, learning what we have and what is missing. Concept - Build a concept that would answer everything we were looking for. Style guide - unified design system for all applications. Atomic design - build each and every component UI/UX. Review outputs, and Main screens - design main screens and complicated scenarios.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We're very happy with the results. We already started building the foundations for the revamped applications and receive very nice reactions from our customers. We build our next generation of products on this design.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Valentyn and his team are super hands-on. Everything was fluent from day 1 and we started seeing results faster than we believed. Most of their initial concepts and designs were accepted without any feedback.

We wanted to move from our old framework of developmnet to a fresh and modern user experience. But our design team was deeply ingrained in the old approach. We needed a fresh approach and state of the art skills

The outcome was one of the most modern and versatile eLearning course UI/UX, one that is minimalistic, intuitive, caters for all user groups, and has a cutting edge feel to it. Axicube generated the full set mockups to define the full learner experience.

Very effective, and Axicube is quite proactive and they don't do just their part, they do have a holistic approach in their designs
