Feedback summary:

Axeta provides high-quality frontend design work and development support. Although they could improve their testing capabilities, they're responsive, accessible, proactive about fixing bugs, and great to work with overall.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the CTO of Curs-IT, a small software company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Axeta Software?

We needed additional resources to work on some frontend development projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Axeta provides mostly frontend development support, working within frameworks that include React and Node.js.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with Roman (CTO, Axeta Software) and about three developers on his team.

How did you come to work with Axeta Software?

We found them through a Google search and I reached out directly to their CEO.

How much have you invested with them?

We've invested about 1 million Russian Rubles (about $15,360 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working together for about a year since 2018, and the relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're very happy with the quality and timeliness of the work Axeta provides. They also resolve any issues that come up swiftly.

How did Axeta Software perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform well and are both responsive and accessible. We mostly communicate over Skype and instant messaging, but I can easily reach them over the phone when necessary.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm most impressed by the quality of their work and willingness to redevelop anything that's not completely to our satisfaction.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could provide improved automated testing capabilities.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I'd recommend working with them on less complex web development projects, including landing sites and frontend user interfaces. They have a strong team of designers and relatively good developers.
