July 2021 Vision X Live was the first year for this special online art conference. In May 2021, we were approached with the task to reach as many people as possible to help sell tickets within the span of 3 months. This gave us very little time to plan and execute, especially for a first year event.
Solution
We knew we needed as much data as quickly as possible. Our internal creative teams worked hard to create engaging ads that we used to run reach campaigns. After we ran reach campaigns, we began to use our data to run retargeting campaigns and used shared data to reach our specified demographic.
Result
With our marketing strategies, we saw an average CPC of $.09, over 6M+ impressions, and over 40,000+ clicks with a budget of $4,000. Those results generated over $100,000 in revenue through ticket sales.

We wanted to increase our service business. We hired AW Digital provide full scale SEO services to both expand our contact with locals to our website plus create ads to advertise on social media.

We were referred to them by a company owner that was well known and trusted by us. We had already met with a few others and heard proposals, but once we met with AW Digital and understood their pay for performance model, we felt they were the perfect solution for us!

Our engagement with them started with a discussion of goals and target market for the services we provide. They set up and provided key resources to reach our target market starting with google ads and then expanding into social media venues on both Facebook and Instagram.

The three owners met with us both at their office and then at our facility. Since then we have worked primarily with the main owner for ongoing interaction and strategy discussions.

Since implementation of the SEO provided by AW Digital, we have increased our service business by 70-80% and have appointments booked out for 2 weeks.

Better reporting to track ad spent as we good would be nice to avoid runaways. We did have great ROAS but could have been better to really rock the return.
