The project was to re-vamp elements of our website and help us improve visibility of our website on the search engines. The project involved working through the website and improving the news articles and blog to help build links to the company website. Throughout the campaign regular reporting was given by Avid Panda, to enable us to monitor the number of hits to the website, to see the improvement in visibility. The project is ongoing and includes key article being written to aid the link building.

I work with 3 members of the team, two of them I work with to develop website pages and articles and I work with Alex on quarterly reviews of the projects.

I have regularly monitored the results from the SEO work and I can say that traffic to the website has increased substantially over the last 18 months which we are very pleased with.

Avid Panda are in very regular contact with us and send monthly reports on progress, we also receive quarterly video reports, which are informative and useful in understanding the SEO work.

No were very happy with the way the projects have run.

I am the Managing Director of Apt Pay(Premium Merchant services ltd), a provider of card payment solutions across the UK from our HQ in the Midlands.

Avid Panda designed and built our website and then executed an SEO campaign to drive people to the website. My goal was and is to to be more visible on Google so that more prospective customers find us online.

We started with the ambition to be found locally and after that success, are now looking to expand our reach across the country. We wanted to rank well in the Midlands, get more people to the website and get more enquiries.

We rank number one and two for most of our primary keywords with the rest in the top 5. We have just upgraded our package to start focusing on the rest of the UK and are already seeing positive movement.

Our online visibility as increased 212% since May 2020 and our domain rating has gone from 2 to 30 as reported by AHREFs. Our website is also much faster since moving from GoDaddy to Avid Panda's hosting.

The timeframes were made clear and they were honest about what was realistic to expect. Communication has been very good. I get reports every month as well as a video recording which I can watch when it suits me.

Sometimes when I call Alex directly I get his voicemail but he always calls me back promptly or I call the office for an immediate response. When I need advise on other marketing initiatives or web support they do not hesitate to help.

We now have a fully functioning Web site. It's much faster and presents a much more professional outlook for the company. Feedback from current and potential clients is all really positive.

Their project management is excellent, and they usually respond within about half a day. If there are ever delays, they are usually because we get busy on our side. They’re very diligent and are in constant contact. I’m very pleased with them overall.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They don’t focus on any particular industry, and actively engage clients from different backgrounds. That gives them an edge over specialist agencies, as it broadens their outlook. They can apply the rules and creativity they use for one business across the whole spectrum.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The relationship is fairly new, but I can't think of anything they should improve at the moment.

Allow them to get under the skin of your business and let them know what you hope to achieve. Let them get close to you to develop the personal edge that sets them apart. Their managing director is a people person, and that comes across in the work they do.

Avid started by learning more about our business, our customers and and competitors. This included research in to the existing digital landscape to identify soft spots to attack and gain momentum. We then created copy for our services and general information relevant to our market that would interest our clients.

We worked with up to 5 people from Avid Panda at any one time but often stayed in touch via our account manager with regular briefings.

The results continue to be impressive. We have established and held a commanding position online across several search engines rankings for high intent terms that our clients would likely search by.

The approach to managing the workflow is very tech enabled but there is flexibility there to adapt also at times when we were overloaded by other demands.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their commitment to work and rework until the result is as good as we could reasonably get is outstanding. No over promising and under delivering. There was a realism that kept expectations aligned and allowed us to plan with confidence on outcomes.

We would like to further our data integration to more easily track conversions and value for ROI. This is tricky for low traffic sectors like ours but we are working together to find the best solution and adapting based on our successes.

3. Alex the CEO and his team have been beyond fantastic. The knowledge in the team is the best in the business, and the passion they have for the industry is rare to come by.

We consistently rank top half of the 1st page for our specified keywords, and many more that Avid identified for us. Traffic has increased roughly 10 fold since engaging them

Avid use a mixture of google docs and notion to communicate clearly. They are available to discuss our challenges/ needs within a very fast timeframe.

The level and depth of their SEO knowledge are incredible. The whole team live and breathe marketing and SEO. I have never met people who know the inside workings of google and other search engines better AND tirelessly continue to keep on top of the new things that change daily.

I am the Director of a software company. We develop our own software as well as mobile apps and web services for other businesses.

We are growing our software business for our Ad-lister software and expanding the outreach. We hired Avid Panda to provide full-scale SEO services to improve the traffic and more significantly the number of licenses.

The team also assist us with monthly blogs and mails shots targeting the appropriate demographic.

We were assigned a project manager who put together a thorough plan for execution. We also had 1 other SEO specialist involved in communication with us throughout the campaign.

Since the campaign was setup we have been gaining more trials each month of our software and we are now ranking in the top 10 on page 1 for Google for several keywords. Our site traffic has increased by 33% and we are extremely happy with the results.

Project management style's very good, information feedback on workflow and what they have focussed on that month, and what tasks they will be focusing on the following month were also great. Communication has been great! Emails, phones, WhatsApp, videos. Really accessible at any time. Timelines very reasonable and never fail to deliver.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The knowledge they have and the way they are happy to work closely with our web designer impressed us. Also, it was also impressive that they shared explanatory shared with us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Very little, they have been a great company to work with. I would perhaps want them to advise us on what priorities to focus on the following month/quarter given whats worked well and in their experience.

We hired Avid Panda to assist with a re-build of our main Littlefish website in Wordpress using Divi. Avid Panda also provide ongoing SEO services for us, including keyword research, competitor analysis, content production and creation, and SEO content outreach.

Our main contact at Avid Panda is Alex Johnson, their 'Panda in Chief', who led the project and strategies, as well as providing technical leadership. Other members of the team we worked with include Ryan, who worked on the back end of the website, and Lex, who worked on our online presence and SEO outreach.

Since going live with the new website, the loading time has increased from over 10 seconds, to less than 5 seconds on first load. We have seen a steady increase in our SERP rankings, and thus an increase in the number of inbound leads we have through the website.

Communication and work with Avid Panda has been excellent. They are often required at the drop of a hat and they always make themselves available. They completed all the work in the time frame required.

Given access to our library of approved media, they put together a social media strategy that maximized our reach and engagement. They didn't need our login information to post on our behalf, which gave us the confidence to proceed.

Their account manager headed up our SEO project, working closely with our creative director on content. Another team member handled our social media and reported on its performance.

Our Google traffic increased by 652% over six months. We weren't tracking conversions before Avid Panda became involved, so we don't know exactly how much our leads have increased. However, they had a very positive impact.

Our social media improved significantly after the first month. Only two inquiries came from those efforts, but we're happy with that. By correlating with our increased social media activity, they also acquired untracked inquiries from existing agency connections. Their training improved our understanding of SEO and our internal content creation processes.
