My friend recommended them, and i reached out. They had good prices and were a young, professional, and ambitious team that stayed up on the newest technology and tools.

AT&T Software LLC has worked on design and frontend and backed development to improve the functionality and UX. They've also made recommendations for optimal performance as well and QA and cyber security government requirement. The app is a managerial system for caregivers who treat elders in institutions and the community. They have the agility to set times for different shifts, so on.

The app was initially only for android, but the team is currently working to build the app for scratch for iOS and Android as a more high-end application. They've used java, PHP and react for development.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The Project manager is our main point of contact. We have a team of 6-7 people, including developers, designer, and engineers. In addition, we occasionally interact with the CEO for managerial things.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since working with AT&T software LLC, our customers are much happier with the product and its UX, we've been able to dramatically update our products, which is critically important, They've added flexibility where the system was previously right and they take full responsibility for the project quickly fixing and issue that arise, In summary, our company wouldn't be where it is without the work they've done.

They communicate well, and they always find a way to make things work, Team members are fair and accurate. They respond quickly and are always available, even on weekends. For project monument, we use a board to track tasks and document. We communicate via slack, WhatsApp and email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're smart, honest knowledgeable, and reliable. Moreover, they're strong partners who genuinely care about our success. We've had a great experience with AT&T Software LLC, better than the previous provider

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think I would change what they're doing.

For what projects/services did your company hire AT&T Software LLC, and what were your goals?

I have a background in business and my partner has a background in scary story narration. We needed someone to help build the application and the MVP for our initial rollout. We engaged The AT&T Software LLC to help us build that out.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at a couple of different options for us. There are a couple of no-code and low-code builders out there that we considered early on, but they just didn’t meet our needs. That’s when we decided to look at a custom shop to help us build out our application. We looked at probably half a dozen different developer teams and The AT&T Software LLC team had some of the best reviews and more competitive prices for what we were trying to achieve.

The AT&T Software LLC built the entire mobile platform, both front-and-backend, for us from the ground up. They completed the coding and the application was completely customized. The application is for both iOS and Android devices and then they gave us the backend for the administration of the application. The iOS version is completely finished and the Android version is on the Play Store, but there were a couple of bugs to go back and fix. It’s in review with Google now, so it should be done shortly. We have an ongoing maintenance service contract with them for at least the next year.

Rishi (Project Manager) is our main point of contact, but there are probably between 6–10 people.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Without The AT&T Software LLC, we never would have been able to get our application out, especially with the high quality that they offer. The UI of the application is fantastic and I think it’s above and beyond what we had initially envisioned for the MVP.

They use Activecollab for project management and we use WhatsApp to communicate informally. For more formal communication, we communicate through active collaboration.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I’m very impressed with their ability to solve problems. We had some features that were relatively unique and they were able to achieve that on both iOS and Android devices and make them both work seamlessly. They never once couldn’t do something.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We didn’t get the app out as quickly as we would have liked but that was sort of due to us and our own experience. There were some delays.

We are dating and matchmaking service. I am the founder and CEO.

We had a number of consultations with the team. Once we agreed on the scope of the project, we were allocated a project manager. Our project manager was superb. He had integrity, he communicated very well and he always made sure I was happy with how things were going. I couldn’t have dreamt of having a better person to work with on this project.

Initially we were assigned a project manager but I know he was communicating with a number of developers and QA testers.

Despite having a short deadline, our app was delivered on time. The app is now in both iOS and Android stores and it works very well. I have also been given support for any problems that may arise.

The project manager was excellent. We spoke nearly everyday. His communication was fantastic.

Everything. They were professional, they communicate really well, manage your expectations and the product is high quality

We are an Istanbul based start-up business. Our aim is to provide kids safe, educative and age related YouTube experience within our mobile application. I'm the founder of this project.

3 years ago, as a single entrepreneur with zero technical background about mobile development, i came up with an idea to build a mobile business and needed to work with an experienced team. With several Skype calls i had interviewed with around 25 mobile development company and shared my business plan with them.

My expectations were to build native mobile apps for IOS & Android platforms which can work on both phones and tablets. A back-end that I can manage business, but most importantly a technical partner to guide me on every aspect of the project. I reviewed and get in touch with around 25 companies from India, Ukraine, USA and share my project details with them. AT&T Software LLC were on the shortlist with other 2 USA companies. For final decision, their expertise about streaming business, their friendly approach, relationship builded on trust, and most of all their cooperative behavior to scale project around my budget were most important criteria for me.

Project is to build a mobile app business to serve kids around 1-8 ages as a safe YouTube streaming app. Our app will be able to present pre-selected, human curated videos related to kids age. With child development specialists on our team we are curating educative videos from YouTube and present them within our app via YouTube API.

After kids birthdate setup, parents are selecting native languages that videos to be filtered and also supportive languages if desired. Our app understand and shows only age-appropriate content that we have evaluated before with child development specialists.

AT&T Software LLC team is consisting of 1 project manager, 2 android developers, 2 iOS developers, 1 backend developer, 1 QA analyst. Size of the team and project managers have changed for those 3 years of period but work output stayed same.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I'm working with AT&T Software LLC team for nearly 3 years. We have developed 2 versions of app during that time. First version which was mainly a MVP delivered to market successfully and that version made me to collaborate with other businesses and accelerators. With second phase of project, I'm working with AT&T Software LLC team to build version 2 which is going to become a successful product in close future.

Workflow is outstanding. They had worked flawlessly to build a robust product and bring our expectations to life. We used Slack, Skype, and GitHub to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication skills and friendly behavior is impressive. Both AT&T Software LLC and my project manager Rishiraj is doing their best to fit my conditions. We are simply working as a team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Time management is the only area that can be improved. Sometimes project deadlines are extending, but this is also related with the budget and the workforce that i can understand.

We were using a very old website and mechanism to market which was not giving any better result so we decide to revamp our online presence to attract more customer and leads.

We shortlisted some of the candidates and I liked AT&T better because the way they handled the meetings and discussion, I was really surprised so there was no way that I was going to hire someone else.

We discussed the requirement in first few meetings and decided that we are going to create 2 websites and social pages for platforms and we choose the WordPress as our technology to build the website, apart from that we used CRM and other campaigning tools. There were total 4 other person worked with me, in which one was project manager, with whom I communicated the most and one designer, one developer and one QA.

We saw very positive outcome as good traffic on the new sites. They were SEO optimized and they were generating good leads comparatively.

We had standups time to time on skype and we used Basecamp for project management which I was using for my internal team. and Slack also for internal team conversation.

Their working style was very professional and their handover was good as they provided proper training to us to update content on the site in future easily.

initially we were not following proper schedule of the meeting but later on we mutually decided the day and time then I did not face any issue.

I’m the CEO of an online coupon marketing and advertising company. We offer coupons to the public for free.

What challenge were you trying to address with AT&T Software LLC?

I wanted to find someone reliable that could sit down with me to listen to my requirements and help me develop my website.

The site needed to be a directory where business owners could put up their profiles and have testimonials, information about their business, and content, and they could create customizable coupon offerings any time.

On this site, customers could come and download as many coupons as they want to have them on their mobile devices or print them.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AT&T Software LLC is helping me create my WordPress website with multiple functionalities. For the coupon system, they had to work on custom coding. With this functionality, business owners can change the coupon’s color, add a barcode, add custom information, and create a QR code within the coupon. There’s also a lot of other custom coding involved to make the site run as we want.

One of our concerns was the site’s capability of sustaining millions of users. The CEO told me that they’ll do testing and adjust what’s necessary to be sure that the site works correctly. They’ve given me options and solutions along the way.

We’re at the tail end of developing the site. Next, we’re going to get into social media and digital marketing. We’re also looking into developing Android and iOS apps within the next few months.

How did you come to work with AT&T Software LLC?

I went through eight development companies and six websites over the last seven months. I realized that the people that didn’t take the time to sit and talk to me weren’t going to produce anything, so I kept looking for other providers.

I found AT&T Software on a vendor reviews site. I had an interview process with them that went really well. The CEO sat down with me to talk, clearly got the direction that I was going, and understood exactly what I wanted.

How much have you invested with them?

My original quote was for around $3,500. AT&T Software is really fair. They gave me a quote and have stuck to it. If I need additional work like SEO or marketing that is outside the scope of work of developing the site, they give me a quote on it at a fair price.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around the beginning of March 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The people that have seen our site love it. They think it’s completely different from what we had, and it is phenomenal. It works great, looks great, and is appealing — it’s all we needed.

The CEO created the vision of what I had in my mind about how the site should look and function. I’m really grateful to them — I can’t ask for more.

Before our engagement, I was feeling disappointed and exhausted from going through so many vendors and still have our site not working. Now, I can see the light, and I’m excited about this project again.

How did AT&T Software LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

The CEO is a very good communicator, and we have a lot of communication because I’m very meticulous about who I want my website to function and look like.

The platform we found AT&T Software in has a messaging system, so we go back and forth over details through messages. They set milestones for the project, and we pay them every time they hit a milestone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s impressive how personal AT&T Software is. They don’t treat us like just another company or number in their books — they’re there to make our business successful. They get involved in what they need to do and are invested in the project every step of the way until it is done.

I have a clear vision of what I want, and sometimes, I’m just nit-picking on certain details. The CEO is very patient about that. Other vendors might complain about working like that, but AT&T Software says that I make their job easier just by letting them know exactly how I want things to get done — that has been really refreshing for me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything AT&T Software could improve on. I’m pleased with their work, and the project has gone as well as it could have.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have strong communication with AT&T Software because you only get what you put into it. If you’re not communicating, don’t expect them to understand what you really want.

Additionally, have a clear vision of your project beforehand and stick to it. If necessary, draw mock-ups and have a series of slide presentations with each of the screens to communicate exactly what you want. A lot of people go into projects not knowing what they want.

I’m the owner of Woo Delivery Driver, an online delivery services company.

What challenge were you trying to address with AT&T Software LLC?

We needed someone to develop our mobile app so we could offer delivery services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AT&T Software LLC developed our mobile app. I shared my ideas with them, and they created a scope of work with key milestones. Then, they started by creating wireframes and mockups, and we discussed ideas about it.

They gave me ways to develop the app that would make it easy for the drivers. They developed our mobile app for both Android and iOS. It’s a plugin that’s installed on our e-commerce marketplace.

Once the app is integrated with the marketplace, the driver can download the app. When the customer orders a product, all the drivers of that area receive a notification on their app. They accept the delivery and pick from the vendors. Then, they go to the customer and deliver the product. Once the product is delivered, they’ll receive that their product was delivered in their account.

I found them on Facebook and connected with them. I liked how their UI looked, they had good features, animations, and functionalities on the apps they built. The user experience was quite good.

We worked together from July–December 2020.

They did the QA testing of my app and sent me the report.

How did AT&T Software LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re always available. On Fridays, we had a regular video call. They involved the developers and the QA testers in the meetings. Our teams used Asana to collaborate. It went very well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Communication is very good. Any time I requested to talk with them, they got back to me right away and took care of it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At the start of the project, they didn’t follow my feedback. I had to tell them 2-3 times. After that, they followed them well.

The timeline exceeded my deadline but the final product was well worth the wait. We had no problems with communication. We kept in touch on WhatsApp and GoToMeeting.

I wanted the project to end sooner but there was scope-creep. It was challenging to integrate the extra scope, but it worked out in the end.

I explained my situation that this was actually my third attempt to try and do these tests. They understood my project, the communication has been great, and they brought my vision to life. I’m just really happy with them.

The ongoing partnership started in May 2020.

As of the moment, there’s none because I haven’t done any marketing on the project and it’s not even in full work yet. Although, I personally use the tests and they’ve done a really good job on it. With concerns to the backend, as a person who’s not a coder, it’s really easy to use. Generally, they’re good and honest people.

The communication is really good and the deadlines are always met. It’s more on my end as I always want to get information on time. Nonetheless, things are completed when they said it would.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very communicative and talented in WordPress development and coding. I tried doing this project with multiple people in the past, and they are the only ones who can actually do the job.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve on their response time. I mean they’re good, and it could just be me, because I’m always doing a hundred different things so I take a while to respond as well.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice would be to prepare everything that you need upfront, be super clear, tell them your expectations, and they’ll get it done. Just be as clear as possible.

We hired AT&T Software to work on development tasks, such as backend coding, database work, and things like that.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The main deliverable is a platform. AT&T Software does most of the work that I don’t have time for and things that I’m not capable of doing coding-wise. A big part of the platform is a commenting structure. There’s a trading log project, and there will be future projects, too. 

I’m under an obligation not to give too much information on the project since it hasn’t launched yet. However, the platform's purpose is related to our goal of providing transparent information about markets, stock picks, and other information at the bare minimum cost.

I had a friend who worked with AT&T before. I got his contact information, and we had a couple of meetings. After some back-and-forth conversations, I decided to hire them.

We’ve invested roughly $10,000 so far. The project is not complete yet, so that number will go up.

We started working with them in October 2020, and the project’s ongoing. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We use no metrics, and the feedback is more along the lines of functionality. The product has not launched yet, but I think it will be successful. 

How did AT&T Software LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

He’s very responsive in terms of communication and everything. We use Zoom to do conferences and WhatsApp to message back and forth. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

AT&T Software is our third developer for this project, and I’m very impressed with how they’re able to go about it. It's not easy. We’ve brought in two developers before, but they were not qualified to complete the project. At first, I wasn’t even sure if AT&T Software was going to complete it, but they haven’t let me down. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t. The work has been good, and I have no complaints. Every project is different. Our project is complicated, and I think we underestimated the timescale of it. There’s a lot of functions going on, and you can’t simply speed up the process at all.
