I'm the owner of a Body composition and fitness testing lab in central london.
For what projects/services did your company hire Atomic Digital Marketing, and what were your goals?
Initially I hired Atomic to speed up my website which was grinding. I had built it myself and at its speed was impacting my visitors. After successful launch of this, we reviewed other parts of my digital marketing with which I needed help, including a website redesign, SEO, PPC etc
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Initially they seemed to be the experts in speed optimisation. They were also UK based so I could always get on the phone to someone local.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
First they conducted a review of current assets and issues, and submitted a report on the things which should be priority, with options depending on budget. We then agreed a priority list and started to work on those
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I've worked with a couple of people on the team but Matthew and Simon most of all.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Yes my website speed went metaphorically from 0 to 100 overnight. I have had excellent feedback on the new web design, and I've seen an increase in overall traffic. For the completed parts of the project I'm thrilled with the results.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Workflow has been very smooth. The guys are quick to respond, and work is scheduled in quickly and efficiently and done with a minimum of fuss.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The speed with which they respond to requests, and the availability of their key people. They are always at the other end of an email or phone. It's very refreshing.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I genuinely don't think so - this is one of the best supplier relationships I think I've had in my time running my business.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Atomic audited our current marketing and identified several areas for improvement which they provided in a detailed report. We provide the images for them to design the creative with and that's all there is to it. They have achieved results and targeting that we never could.

For what projects/services did your company hire Atomic Digital Marketing, and what were your goals?
We hired Atomic Digital Marketing for Google Page Speed Optimisation Service with the goal of decreasing our full load time to under 3 seconds and pushing out Google Page Insights score above 85+ for mobile and desktop.

I submitted an enquiry to Atomic Marketing and mentioned we wanted to improve our Core Web Vitals. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the general manager of The Student Lawyer, a website for law students in the UK.
For what projects/services did your company hire Atomic Digital Marketing, and what were your goals?
We have recently secured advertising deals with a major company who commented on the fact that the website was very slow, and that it would likely affect our Google rankings. We enlisted the help of Atomic to help speed the site up from the 4+ second load time. Our goal was to make the page load speed as fast as we could get it.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We have been using Atomic for several years and they are very responsive and cost-effective. Very nice too!
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The page speed optimization service took less than two weeks to complete and all happened behind the scenes. There was no disruption to the site, they just let me know when it was finished (ahead of schedule I should add!). Very happy!
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Two.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After the page speed optimization service was complete (ahead of schedule I might add), our new rankings are 100% optimized on Pagespeed Insights and 99% optimized as per GTMetrix. The site loads completely in 0.8 seconds now which is a great improvement from 4 seconds+
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We communicate via email mainly and they are very fast and responsive. I am pleased with their communication style overall.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I have the very limited technical knowledge and they always explain things very well so that I understand the issues and what can be done to fix/meet goals.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a retired IT professional who helps manage a local real estate website infrastructure.
For what projects/services did your company hire , and what were your goals?
We noticed that Google was going to start downgrading search results if a website did not measure up to core web vitals, which is a simple way of saying our site needed a fast user experience. Our site ranked a 4 out of 100 using the PageSpeed insight tool.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We turned to our local web development consultant but they really didn't have the optimization experience so referred us to Atomic. As we highly respected our local dev's recommendation we went with Atomic after some email discussions.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Our team is in the US while Atomic is in the UK so we communicated by email. I outlined what we were looking to achieve via the PageSpeed score and asked a series of technical questions. Atomic wrote up a proposal and work guarantee and was also able to make the project start smoothly due to their own interactive website.
The key deliverable was a minimum 90 PageSpeed score both on mobile and desktop after optimization. As this was a WordPress website, some new plugins were deployed but much of the work was manual optimization of the underlying code via FTP access to the underlying website.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
My point of contact was a single knowledgeable Atomic partner and business director who was able to translate the requirements to the Atomic development team as well as report back to me.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The new PageSpeed score is 94 on Mobile and 100 on desktop. The site is much, much faster and therefore more user friendly. Our business has a large dependency on our website so this is extremely welcome.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
While this was a fairly simply project the first thing I noticed was how easily it was to get things started via their website management & payment system. Email was the primary communication tool and I found them very responsive.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What is impressive and even unique about the company is that they are able to specialize in the kind of website optimization that specifically targets the new Google approach coming May 2021 to website ranking.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
As this was a short project I never really ran into any areas where I could see improvement might be possible of differently. As a former developer familiar with the development process but now retired, I'm very satisfied with the results.

Please describe your company and your position there.
My name is Richard Sedden, Founder & managing director at BeautGenics.
For what projects/services did your company hire Atomic Digital Marketing, and what were your goals?
The eyelash industry was in a bit of rut due to COVID and our previously profitable campaigns had dropped in performance as a result. We tasked Atomic with not only completely revamping our campaigns, ad account and branding, but also had them completely overhaul our website in accordance with new brand guidelines and look and feel to get us prepared for when the market opens up again.
How did you select Atomic Digital Marketing and what were the deciding factors?
I found Atomic through Google Search initially and verified their legitimacy and performance through Clutch reviews actually.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
As mentioned above, this was primarily a PPC restructuring and revamp with a huge Web Design overhaul. I work a couple of jobs and so I let them know what I wanted to achieve and they simply cracked on, keeping me updated along the way. I was very happy with what they came up with on all fronts: branding, PPC and Web Design. The website now looks infinitely better, much more professional and core metrics like bounce rates, exit rates and time of page have improved significantly.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There was around 4 in total I believe. The founder was heavily involved with his experience with Startups to help get our business off the ground and to provide a foundation. In addition to that, their graphic designer, PPC guy and web developers all helped out. My account manager however was fantastic whose name was Simon and managed everything for the most part.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The feedback from our existing repeat client base has been outstanding. They loved the new look and feel of the brand and I now feel ready to begin pushing this business once the market opens up again, hopefully after lockdown and people begin buying eyelashes again.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
They gave me full access to a platform for tracking tasks, project, time spent on tasks, and billing. It was extremely handy being able to see how much my monthly bill was going to come to.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their personable approach, attention to detail and dedication to my business. I didn't think I'd ever get the dedication I received and assumed all agencies would do the bare minimum - this absolutely was not the case with Atomic.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing that all. I can't wait for the market to open up and to begin investing into PPC heavily and having Atomic help out.
