Ufa training center «Bashneftehim» has about 50 years of experience in vocational training of workers, specialists, and managers of oil-refining and petrochemistry enterprises.
We have developed a website for the training center.
Before starting work, we drafted the detailed functional requirements together with the customer.
Then we developed a prototype site that displayed all future functionality.
Currently, the website is working, and it is one of the most visited among workers in the oil and gas industry in Russia.
An administrator’s workplace was developed to manage the site content.
We connected the system of payment for distance learning courses of LMS.
We continue cooperation to this day on the development of testing applications.
The company "ImidzhElektro" sells electrical goods, garden tools and household goods for wholesale buyers. Over 13 years of work, a base of regular customers has been accumulated and new ones are constantly appearing. The catalog of goods contains about 9 thousand items of goods.
ImidzhElektro has a one-page website and desktop application. Now the development of a full online store was required.

Exchange with 1C
Accounting of goods is carried out in 1C, displays the receipt of goods, stock, inventory information about contractors. We process non-standard unloading from 1C and during the exchange we upload only changes to added and deleted goods, balances. For each authorized client we display prices taking into account individual discounts. We configure the preservation of the history of orders.
Customers are accustomed to working with the list, as in the application: “Up” / “Down” to move between items and “Left” / “Right” to add to the basket. We are finalizing this mechanism in the “List” mode.
We manage goods in the section as in the catalog using the keys. Checkout is available to authorized users. A quick order will require you to enter a phone number.
This is an application (iOS / Android) with information about sales and discounts in stores. There you can save your money by just playing games in the app! The users have a ranking according to which they have discounts. It's fun and useful, isn't it?
The company "Real Group" is a marketing company that produces discount coupon "VIP Guest Cards" for entertainment and recreation in Ufa.
The customer had paper catalogs but decided to digitize the existing business using a mobile application. Now he does not need to hand over the catalog personally to the client; customers get access to new offers immediately after publication; saves on printing copies of catalogs; he has a statistics tracking system.
And now users of the app have well-designed, convenient, personalized access to the most cost-efficient offers near them.
LMS (Learning Management System) allows creating courses for training via the Internet, thus increasing the throughput of the Bashneftekhim training center. In the first month after the test launch of the system, 327 students were trained. At the same time, they were supervised by only two teachers.
The mobile application is part of the LMS and allows remote training using smartphones of employees with the Android or iOS operating systems. In the application, the student can view educational materials (lectures, videos, presentations), as well as perform exercises and tests on the material learned.

Please describe your company and your position there.
We have been dealing with agricultural machinery since 2012, constantly studying the market, expanding the range, following the preferences and desires of our client, trying to fulfill all requirements, adjusting to the economic situation, while maintaining attractive prices.
I'm the CEO's assistant, I deal both with suppliers and customers. That is why I know the whole process perfectly and had to explain it to Atma.
For what projects/services did your company hire Atma, and what were your goals?
We needed to widen our clientbase so we had to go online. Also our goods are quite specific so most people in our native city don't need it. That is why we also needed to arrange delivery to other localities. In addition we hoped to get more organised sells process.
How did you select Atma and what were the deciding factors?
The very first thing I was impressed by was their dedication to the project. The team helped us develop our website from scratch. Very strong team.
All the specialists with whom we came in contact in our activities were not just indifferent performers, but active participants: they generated new ideas, created the development of the site structure, optimized a lot of technical aspects, responded very quickly to all our requests, of which there were many, and explained in an clear form what we did not understand.

First of all we discussed all we wanted and Atma made Terms of Reference. Then their designer made a few mock-ups, we discussed them and made the best one. Then he started to work on some small details so soon we have got a design we approved.
After that the programmers started their part, we didn't get into details of work on the stage. Then we tested the site with them, made it really perfect together.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Mostly their wonderful CEO, project manager. Also we communicated with their designer on the prototype and design stage. Their programmers didn't refuse to talk to us as well. So we knew the whole team which worked on our project.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
High conversion ( about 70%) of visitors to customers and sales growth (80%) is one of the indisputable proofs that the site is convenient and liked by users.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
Mostly we communicated via Telegram chat. Of course, some important points they sent in e-mails. We also chatted a lot in real life and via Skype. They communicate as if you know each other for long time, they guess your thoughts. They are not like "we must do it" but more "we want and will do it". We liked that
