The Cure Experience :
A Cure Experience is an experience designed to provide our discerning guests with a sense of exclusivity, elegance, and intelligence—an ecosystem custom created for collaboration that is ripe for the advancement of healthcare. A Cure event is carefully planned and executed to create an unforgettable experience for all who attend in person or online.
The Cure venue is stylish and sophisticated, offering guests best-in-class catering with delicious, nutritious food prepared by executive chef Mike Smith in a tailor-made kitchen designed for perfection. Cure events provides a well-appointed program experience with state-of-the-art technology featuring top-tier thought leaders, positive industry disruptors and intellectual debates to advance healthcare. The guests receive impeccable 360 degree white-glove service from start to finish.
Project Cheetah (Scope of Work - Web & Mobile Platform):
Like a cheetah, our website will need to be fast, strong, have excellent vision and always evolving. The platform will be our information hub which will be the connecting bridge between healthcare, life science and academic communities into a singular ecosystem, Cure. Making the collective ecosystem faster, smarter, and more dynamic to advance healthcare. The website will reflect Community, Content, Collaboration, Clarity, Consistency, Communication and Convening. 7 C's = Cure.
In addition to telling the Cure story, our primary goal for the digital platform is for it to become the epicenter of healthcare information, education, knowledge, news, research, resource center, original digital content, events, and community engagement;
- We request a custom-built scalable content management platform that achieves our goal of becoming the Worldwide Leader in health & life science news, education, knowledge, research, insights, data analytics and information. The project was exceptionally well-managed through ClickUp and Slack, which made the process smooth and highly organized. They provided daily standup meetings, weekly reviews, and monthly project assessments, keeping everything structured and on track.
ClickUp allowed for clear visibility into task progression, with milestones and timelines meticulously outlined, and Slack made real-time communication easy and efficient. The team was always responsive to my needs, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and making sure I was fully informed.
In terms of delivery, the team generally met deadlines and provided quality work. However, there were some delays in progress related to our company's indecision on that the content pillars should be and which audience to target first, as well as inconsistencies in the CEO's attendance at meetings and revolving position.
Despite these internal challenges, the Athlon team worked hard to minimize the impact on the overall timeline. They adjusted workflows and communicated any solutions making sure we stayed aligned and could still meet key objectives.
Overall, Althon handled the project professionally, managing tasks and timelines effectively, and delivered strong results despite our internal ternal challenges.
