I’m a paralegal at Claim Time Solicitors. We’re a solicitors firm from the UK.

What challenge were you trying to address with Asyncorigins?

At the moment, our firm deals with personal injuries, immigration, and employment law. We’ve started developing two new departments, and we wanted to renew our website and attract more clients through it. We hired Asyncorigins because we needed a good and reliable firm to work on our site. 

What was the scope of their involvement?

Asyncorigins helps us build our website, and they’ve worked on the branding of our new perfume business. They’ve helped me with the logo of one of my businesses. Their team has also given me marketing advice for our social media campaigns.

I work with Virgil (Director) and Alex (Principal), and they both serve as project managers.

Asyncorigins came as a recommendation from one of my friends who was also one of their partners.

We’ve invested around £1,000 (approximately $1,300 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2020, and the engagement is ongoing. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re very satisfied with everything and very happy with the website’s layout. We’re enjoying the project because Asyncorigins have a modern point of view. The logo they designed was also very good.

How did Asyncorigins perform from a project management standpoint?

Asyncorigins is on time and on point and there’s good communication between us. We communicate via Slack. If they aren’t available on Slack, they’re always available on the phone, Messenger, or Facebook. Communication is never an issue. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The website layout is very impressive. It’s very modern-looking compared to other websites, and Asyncorigins’ design keeps the brand unique. It stands out. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Potential customers should find a firm that cares about their project, not just one that takes them as a client. Be friendly with them, and have a live chat about everything. Customers should take Asyncorigins’ advice, and they should understand each other.

I’m the founder and manager of K Promotion. The company was started in 2006 and is a manufacturer of workwear embroidery products, including t-shirts, vests, and coats. We offer complete services with industrial embroidery machines, and we sell promotional products from outside partners. We have a range of around 28,000 products.

What challenge were you trying to address with Asyncorigins?

I went to them for rebranding. I didn’t have a very good website to showcase my products and services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Asyncorigins revamped the entire face of my company, starting with the website. I chose a new brand name under which to promote our products.

They gave me ideas on compressing the information regarding my products and services into something that clients could easily find and read. They advised me on choosing the right logo, color scheme, backgrounds, and web copy.

They built my site using Shopify.

What is the team composition?

I worked with 3–5 people from Asyncorigins, including a project manager, developers, and content specialist.

How did you come to work with Asyncorigins?

I got 9–10 proposals in total. Asyncorigins had the third- or fourth-best offer in terms of price, but the project manager who talked to me was very professional in presenting their offer. He made professional sketches of some of the pages, and he inquired about the company’s domain of activity, products, and so on.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost was around €2,500 (approximately $3,022.75 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with Asyncorigins in September or October 2019, and the site was finished in April or May 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Every one of my clients, partners, and friends likes the site very much. I haven’t invested in advertising so far because I have to make some modifications to the site personally. I have gotten a few orders through the site so far.

I’ve told my clients about Asyncorigins, and one of them has already made a site with them.

How did Asyncorigins perform from a project management standpoint?

We worked collaboratively. They made quick modifications to the site, and we discussed them until we found the perfect solution.

We communicated through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’d tried to make three other sites in the past for other businesses, and the companies I chose were amateurish. Asyncorigins is a professional company, and that’s their most outstanding quality.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything right now.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s imperative to communicate with them and provide as much information as possible about the company profile and products. Asyncorigins doesn’t work like a machine. They take all of that information and find the perfect solution for every client.

I’m the general manager of Caress Society LLC. We are an importer and distributor of cosmetic products in Romania.

What challenge were you trying to address with Asyncorigins?

We had difficulty selling online because our existing OpenCart website wasn’t very good.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our new website using Shopify. We also worked with them on the design. We had the logo, but they created the theme and adapted our image so that we can leverage it when it comes to brand awareness.

Right now, we have two new websites under construction and a campaign for Facebook marketing with them as well.

What is the team composition?

I have worked with three guys from their team, including their general manager. I also work with someone in charge of brand awareness and another person who created everything.

How did you come to work with Asyncorigins?

A good friend of mine referred them to us. He was pleased with them and suggested that we work with them.

How much have you invested in them?

We have spent $2,000 with them so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2020, and we are still working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m thrilled with the site they’ve built. Our online sales are good. The website is responsive on any device, which is a big plus for our users. We’ve had very positive feedback from our clients. It is straightforward to use and aesthetically pleasing.

How did Asyncorigins perform from a project management standpoint?

I think initially, it was a little bit hard to work with them because I didn’t know how to work with a company that knows what they are doing. In the first couple of months, it was a little hard for me to understand everything. Afterward, things went pretty smoothly. 

We had a call every week where we would go through all the steps. We had a ticketing system in case something didn’t work out. We would just start a ticket, and they would help. They’re really well organized. Anytime there was a question, we would have a conversation on Zoom or Google, and we would clear up everything. I think the collaboration has been excellent, which is why I stayed in touch with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their perseverance is impressive. If we don’t like something, they will change it even if it takes them one or two hours more to do it. They aren’t trying to sell something; they’re trying to build a partnership. They do everything to make sure that you feel valued as a customer.

Are there any areas they could improve?

From an SEO perspective, they are working to develop some elements, and we have something planned for the next period of time. From a social media perspective, I know they had one person who left their team because she became pregnant, and they had to recruit someone with expertise in that area. I think those are two elements that they have to work on, but they’re already making progress.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Keep a close connection with them and have recurrent calls. Ask questions. Know what you want because they can pretty much do anything. Request everything that you want, and if they cannot do it or it is not possible, they will explain why, and your opinion will be valued.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of our small family business. Focus on manufacturing candles and online sealing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Asyncorigins, and what were your goals?

We had never had any experience developing a vet site. So as you can imagine this was a big challenging for as but some one has recommended Asyncorigins. And I am really pleased that I have met this guys.

How did you select Asyncorigins and what were the deciding factors?

Someone has recommended them.

We had a meeting first and then we have discussed what I am expecting from them and how we like our web site to look. We have established the time and the team has achieved it. As the project began I was informed at every stage and we used to discuss every little detail of the project.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I use to work with the Team Leader and with one of his developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are really pleased with what they have done and our clients are baying in our web site despite we are not spenting a lot on marketing .

We used Slack to discuss and they have meet the time frame.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was really impressive to see how the team used to help us with different advices and they have done some extra job with wasn't in our contract.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think there is always a place for improvement and that is one of the facts that I do like about Asyncoringins, they are always streaming for improvements.
