We love hospitality and tourism and we're happy to take on a project that builds on our favorite part of vacations - adventure.
Caymanvisitor.com is combination destination marketing site and tour marketplace for the Cayman Islands. At Cayman Visitor, users can learn everything they need to know about visiting the Caymans, from how to get there, what to bring, where to stay, and especially what to do.
To execute it, we conducted first-party research, selected a name, designed a logo, created branding and brand guidelines, built a website, added tour booking functionality, and gathered tour listings. The result is a comprehensive, SEO-driven booking site, ready for the post-COVID upswing.

V Magic Fem Care Digital Advertising
Medicine Mama’s is an established skin care brand and a part of the growing Feminine Care industry. Mama’s ‘Skin Care For Down There’ V Care line has taken off and is now the primary product focus of this organic skin care company. Our job? Help the brand attract and convert more customers through ecommerce.
We started at the point of conversion with Shopify ecommerce site navigation and design updates, and the integration of a subscription option at the point of purchase. This helped significantly increase the subscription take rate.
Email is an important channel for nurturing personal care consumers, so we re-platformed the brand from MailChimp to Klaviyo and instituted nearly 100 automated emails in drip sequences covering pre-purchase, cross-sell/upsell and win backs. The result? A 260% increase in email revenue in the first month after implementation.
On the advertising side, we created fresh new campaigns and we’ve helped the brand find ways to increase Return On Ad Spend and lower customer acquisition costs through changes in the digital advertising channel mix across paid search, programmatic + CTV, and paid social.

Personal sexual lubricants were once limited to the K-Y brand in retail pharmacies, or else sold primarily in adult stores. Beyond K-Y, branding and imagery were typically...steamy. Today, retail drugstore chains sell many varieties of personal lubricants, branded the same way that sex is now talked about. Open. Healthy. Normal.
We Got the Call To Make The Ecommerce Site Look Like It. The old website? It looked like an IT guy made it. In the 90s. Dark. Sexy. Softcore. For the chain store buyer sitting in Bentonville, Arkansas - and the female consumer audience - it was definitely not a turn on.At one point, Swiss Navy was a niche brand marketing sexual lubricants primarily through adult retail stores. Today, Swiss Navy is one of the fastest growing personal lubricant brands sold in chains such as CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart.

I’m a marketing specialist at a cannabis brand.
What challenge were you trying to address with ARSENL?
We wanted to rebrand our social media aesthetic.
What was the scope of their involvement?
ARSENL has done social media marketing, including branding deck recreation to approach our multiple social media channels. We started the process by having a couple of meetings to decide how to move forward and explain the different services we are interested in, including photo content, collateral, monthly graphics for social media, and Instagram influencer management. After back and forth discussions, we came up with a solid contract that we had to approve, and consequently, we started with the process.

I’ve been working with three members of their team, including Carl (President), Stephanie (Project Manager), and Ricardo (Influencer Manager).

I found them on Google and reached out to them immediately. We chose them because we liked their approach to design and their previous work with cannabis companies. The amount of communication typically we would only receive monthly progress reports from other agency's. They were communicative and open to any new ideas we might have wanted to incorporate mid-campaign.

We hired Arsenl to develop a pay per click advertising campaign, out of home advertising with billboards, and to update our website. The goal with to get more traffic to the website and then to our firm in the way of new potential clients.
