Introducing The Carvalo on College – the ultimate curated condominium in Toronto’s popular west end. With 23 luxurious and modern two-storey suites surrounded by rich history, the city comes to life at the Carvalo.
For this project, our goal was to raise awareness about the brand, write intriguing copy for social media paired with high-end branded imagery and run a strategic digital ad campaign targeting buyers. Our ad strategy was to target various audiences in the GTA who would be interested in this high-end property. We developed over 30 different ads which included lead generation ads, carousel ads, slideshows, static posts and short videos. Our goal was to sell out the preconstruction property in a 3-month period. Our campaign was so successful that we sold out in under one month and only used a fraction of the digital advertising budget! We are absolutely over the moon with the results of this campaign.
The premiere fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, Osmow’s, came to us looking for original branded content in the form of food photography for all of their over 40 Ontario locations. Presently, our photography is used in branded content such as digital signage, menus, social media, posters, flyers, and more!
Since 1985, TUBS: The Ultimate Bathroom Store has been a trendsetter in providing innovative kitchen and bathroom fixtures to homeowners and professionals. We not only worked on a rebrand for the current chain of retail
stores, but the brand concept for a new initiative, offering an elevated interactive shopping experience called t2h, TUBS to Home. T2h is a fresh new brand to complement the evolution of their business. T2h will include an innovative showroom, experience cafe and dedicated concierge, town hall, destination boutiques and in-house brand ambassadors. We will be handling all marketing and communications for both the TUBS & t2h brands.
This project in currently in production and includes brand strategy and exploration, brand design, signage design and installation, web design, photography, video, social media, digital marketing and PR. We are very excited to
bring this brand to fruition by the end of 2020.
Global leaders in user acquisition and monetization, MUNDO was looking to modernize their look with a full-scale rebrand that involved updating their website, logo, colours, fonts, and business cards.
Primarily, the company was seeking out eye-catching visuals to enliven their look with pops of colour. Due to MUNDO’s worldwide acclaim, we aimed to maintain a dignified appearance, developing hues on the blue spectrum, classic “globe” colours, to indicate their global influence.
Having solidified their story in South America, Chilean wine giant Casillero del Diablo was looking to explore the journey of their brand through a Canadian lens, to boost brand recognition in the country.
At the end of 2018 we executed a brand road trip across our stellar nation. Using the hashtag #casillerocruisingca, we shot product photography outside historic sightseeing spots in various major cities that we shared on social media. We also ran a contest each quarter, engaging with Canadian followers in which they couldwin an Air Canada Gift Card fo $500. We worked with prominent Canadian influencers to promote the contest.
Our goal with CDD is to gain as many Canadian followers as possible with engaging Canadian content, by-monthly professional photo shoots, digital advertising and influencer-marketing campaigns. Our strategy has been very
successful as we have grown to over 7k followers and have very active daily engagement.
We have also run very successful ad campaigns throughout the entirety of our project in which followers can win exciting prizes from the global brand such as a signed Man United jersey, and an upcoming campaign where a lucky follower can win a trip to Chile.
The City Of Mississauga, Canada’s 6MN largest and fastest growing city, aims to showcase their family-oriented sports, leisure & arts facilities and events through the use of high-end digital photography and videography. With residents representing cultures from around the world, Mississauga has 11 community centres and a vibrant downtown city centre that host an array of events each year, celebrating family, cultural diversity and arts. We work on a monthly basis with them to produce high-end photography and video content that they can use for both their print and online promotional materials.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Delia Skincare, a skincare company. I started it in July 2019.
What challenge were you trying to address with Arnold Street Media?
I wasn’t seeing the traffic that I wanted to have during my first year of business. That’s why I hired Arnold Street Media to take care of all my social media and PR work.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The team handles my Instagram and Facebook where they post regular content. They also create ads and handles my giveaways.
Arnold Street Media manages my partnerships with influencers. They even help with my website content. They’ve already finished doing a video production for me, which is posted on both my website and social media platforms. They also spearhead my SEO and PPC efforts.
What is the team composition?
I originally worked with Emily (Founder & Production Director), and now I work consistently with Robyn (Marketing and Communications Director) and another staff from their team.
How did you come to work with Arnold Street Media?
I fell in love with their portfolio. I also looked into a few other companies, but they were always the quickest to get back to me for anything. They were always there from the beginning and always just on top of everything. Above all, they gave me the most advice and direction.
Arnold Street Media gave me a great layout and plan of the scope of work. I just felt they did things in a very personalized way. Considering the scope of work they were willing to do and their reasonable price, we chose them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $14,000, and we roughly pay them $2,400 a month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started partnering with them in July 2020, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since the start of our engagement, they’ve gotten me several sales. I’ve also landed a partnership with Urban Outfitters, a huge retail store. They reached out to me and found me through Instagram. They loved my branding, my story, and basically how my company was presented. As a result, they wanted to try some samples of my products. We sent it to them and they loved it. After that, I closed a deal with them.
Additionally, I’ve also been in three subscription boxes. The subscription boxes have been great because they went to 200–300 people, so I had about 600–800 people trying my product. From those, I’d say about 25%–30% have posted about it. More importantly, those who posted it were also influencers, so it was a great exposure too. Arnold Street Media has definitely impacted my business in a positive way.
How did Arnold Street Media perform from a project management standpoint?
They are great with deadlines and they always communicate with me. I’m very lenient with deadlines so I usually give them more time to finish things, but sometimes, they finish it within 24 hours. If there's an emergency or anything, they always reach out to me. I think that has only happened once since July.
What did you find most impressive about them?
For the price they offer, their quality of work is fantastic. Moreover, their customer service is also amazing. I worked with another company before, and it took them forever to complete things. That’s why I’m shocked by Arnold Street Media’s exemplary time management capabilities and their ability to complete exceptional work done.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Honestly, if I gave you anything, I’d be lying. Everything is great so far.
