Arbusta is in charge of booking all of the advertising spaces in our newspaper and magazine. Their team also manages our client’s benefits program.

I work directly with 3–4 people from Arbusta.
How did you come to work with Arbusta?
We worked with them on another project some years ago. Our experience with them was very good, so we thought to reach out to them again for this new project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in October 2021, and it is an ongoing collaboration.

The results of Arbusta’s work have been very positive. They are a great partner in that they’ve helped make our daily operations easier.

We needed help in doing QA in our business.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We work with Arbusta permanently, and they mainly process everything related to manual QA and testing.
What was the team composition?
Depending on the project, the team ranges from 2–6 people.
How did you come to work with Arbusta?
Our company was already working with them when I got here. Although, I know the company has continued working with them because they specialized in quality flows and manual testing, plus the quality of their services.
How much have you invested in them?
We pay them between $16–$18 per hour — the worked hours change depending on the current project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working in September 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve had a highly positive impact from our collaboration with them. Their performance is up to our client’s expectations and up to ours as well. We’ve reduced the time of our manual QA processes thanks to the automation they created. Our IT department and our clients greatly receive the results, so we’re considering expanding this service to other products.
How did Arbusta perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is flawless; they’re well organized and systematic, and they always keep us up to date on any changes and every part of the process. In general, I could say that their management is collaborative, empathic and they show great understanding of the needs of our company and our clients. They use a dashboard system to view the evolution of each one of our projects, and we also use Jira and Confluence.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CTO of a breast cancer diagnosis B-Corp. We’ve been in the market for more than eight years and made more than 300,000 diagnoses.
What challenges were you trying to address with Arbusta?
We had an initiative regarding our diagnoses information. We’ve used different systems to store and manage the data through time, and we were looking to structure and organize it under our goal standard.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We initially hired Arbusta for two big projects. First, they developed an AI bot that allowed us to take images and generate pre-diagnoses through previsualization. The second project was a follow-up system for patients through the organization of our archive information.
To jumpstart the project, we took a couple of months to plan thoroughly and get them familiarized with the terms and metrics of the industry. Then, we had an initial trial project.
Arbusta’s work has included a lot of scripting. They use Python for development and Google Suite for storage and deliverables.
What was the team composition?
I work directly with an account manager. Four other people are involved, but I don’t know if they change depending on the project’s stage.
How did you come to work with Arbusta?
When we started working with Arbusta, we looked at two essential decision factors. Firstly, knowing that Arbusta had an important social drive was very important for us because we’re a B company that aims to have a social impact. Secondly, they had a very competitive price.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent about 1 million Argentinian pesos (approximately $10,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working with them for four months now.

We’ve had great results. They’ve completely exceeded our initial expectations.

We have a weekly project meeting and a monthly report, and we use Slack for our daily communications.
What did you find most impressive about them?
First of all, their technical and personal skills are way superior to other service providers we’ve worked with. However, beyond their technical skills, their human quality and service vocation are just outstanding. We’re very pleased with Arbusta. The team is always willing to listen and open to solve any issues. If there’s something they don’t know, they find their way around it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We had a minor issue with the follow-up reports. We felt that some of the indicators could be improved, but they’ve already worked on that.

What challenge were you trying to address with Arbusta?
We needed Arbusta to help us with tag identification to detect brand and counterfeit products.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We work on two projects related to tagging identification for machine learning. Arbusta helps us create tags for counterfeit identification, and they also create a bran detection product.
We provide Arbusta with a database of articles that could be counterfeit. From there, they generate tags for these articles so that we could identify them easily. Similarly, we give them a series of pictures, and they create tags for brand identification.
What is the team composition?
We work with around 6–10 people from their team.
How did you come to work with Arbusta?
They’d worked for our company before. We interviewed them for this project, and they adjusted very well to our needs, so we went with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working in 2020, and it’s a continuous collaboration.

The results have been extremely positive. Arbusta’s excellent work has saved us a lot of time. As a result of their help, we can escalate quicker and move on to other projects.

We communicate constantly through Slack. We establish weekly goals, and they always meet them timely and in compliance with our metrics. They also provide us with reports on the progress of our projects. In addition, they’re very good at working autonomously.
