Spiritus is an expert in logistics and alcohol production. After creating the new brand, our task was to develop and launch company website. The website tells about the history and services of the company, the process of production of alcoholic drinks, and also shows a catalog with its own brands.

For each of the main sections of the website, we created key visual images, and for the interactive catalog, we recreated

realistic 3d-images of cognac and wine bottles.

Key.ru. Electronics vs Man

Key.ru, the largest electronics retailer in St. Petersburg, teamed up with agency for redesign of its online store. We had to do an in-depth study of the existing interface, formalize the needs of the business together with the client team and create new experience in interacting with a large e-catalog of products, company services, while preserving the familiar website structure for customers.

The task of redesigning

the e-store has led to the renewal of the brand’s digital identity. We unleashed the full potential of the characters – the core of the brand, through illustrated stories and transferred the charisma of the heroes to the interface elements, strengthening communication with the audience.

Smena Pharma. Packaging design system

Smena is a drugs brand of pharmaceutical holding Alvils in the Russian market. Our task was to create a brand identity broadcasted through the packaging system of various generic drugs.

The basis of the identity is the display font we created, which is used to design the ATC code on the packaging of the drugs. The code helps the buyer find the exact medicine he needs. The idea to use the code classifier appeared during

work and communication with client's specialists and then was reflected in the visual system that we created.

The font system of codes has become the main tool in the visual communication of the brand and the formation of a recognizable identity of the drug on the shelves of pharmacies among other drugs.

Teleset Plus. Telecommunication company

Teleset is a regional telecommunication company in Dubna. In 2016, the company introduced a new product — a combined tariff TV + Internet, offering the service to both its subscribers and a new audience. The Agency was tasked to develop a modern and recognizable brand image that will enhance communication with existing customers and attract attention to the company's young audience.

The main visual element of the system

is a character who expressed the company's desire for technology and openness in communication with the consumer. Each image of the hero has been carefully designed to achieve maximum accuracy assigned to his character. As part of a multipurpose rebranding, the Agency has developed a new website for specific task of the company — promotion of TV + Internet services. To do this, the Agency has simplified the process of applying for connection, identified the main sections: tariff, connection, balance replenishment and support; developed models of the personal account, the launch of which will be the next update to improve the quality of service.

What initially started as just an interface design project expanded to include a communications strategy. Apus Agency was creative, showing the in-house team a new way to present their product vision to the market. Their focus on details sometimes caused delays, but they were quick to rectify.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a co-founder of MoonHub platform. Moonhub is the world’s first integrative community platform with a unique focus on digital assets. I’m engaged into the product development.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Apus Agency?

At the stage of product designing, we formed a vision for interface of our digital platform, but after the analysis we got an opinion that the product lacks its own character and identity to differ from other competitors on the market.

Therefore, we turned to Apus Agency to get a new vision and to solve this task: to distinguish our product visually and communicationally among the competitors’ products.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to develop a new concept, vision of interface design for MoonHub product.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We have known Apus Agency team for a long time. So, we were already familiar with them and we knew we would turn to them for such tasks. And such task appeared.

Describe the project in detail.

At the design development stage, we had already our digital platform’s screens developed. After we have formed MVP with one of our contractors, and after we tested this MVP, we understood that our product lacks its own character and distinguishing characteristics, i.e. it looks very similar to other crypto services.

While launching a new product, it is very important for a product to be noticeable for people. Therefore, we made a decision to turn for additional expertise to Apus Agency team to find new ideas and fresh vision of how this product can look like and how this task can be solved.

What was the team composition?

From Apus Agency, the leaders were Creative Director, Art-director and Senior Designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Initially we were going just to see a new concept of interface design for a several screens of our product. But Apus Agency team showed us a new digital identity of the product, new communication strategy. Then we wanted to redevelop a large portion of design.

Thereafter, we were so excited that we decided to redevelop with Apus Agency team the major part of interface design to implement a new product communication strategy as much as possible.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Both teams communicated directly, so we managed to arrange efficient mutual work and to move according to planned schedule.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing was discovering potential personal project styles and different communication components that will help to distinguish the project among a lot of crypto services.

Taking into account the fact that we have been in this industry for a long time and we used to see a major part of current services, we were surprised that the guys managed to show something new to us. And what is the most important – this happened to our mutual project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The guys merge deep into the project and overwork with details. Sometimes such a pursuit of perfection delays the progress of works involving everyone to it: both developing team and client’s team. But it’s better to try to stick to the schedule and to find a balance between the perfection and the speed of implementation.

These product offers are in the main catalog containing a lot of interface elements, and we constantly analyze their effectiveness and try to improve it. In order to do this, we turned to a number of design studios to see different solutions. Apus Agency presented their vision on how to improve these pages along with analytical research.

I communicated with the Project Manager, Art Director, Designer of Apus Agency team.

The client submitted this review online.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m one of three founders of Biji Coffee. We’re engaged into B2B and B2C segments for coffee production, roasting and transportation.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Apus Agency?

We hired Apus Agency at the moment when we decided to create our own brand and to act on behalf of our brand. We had our name and history, we travelled a lot, we travelled over Indonesia and had our farmers – and that moment we decided to create our own brand.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to enter the market and to be noticed there and to get the first pool of B2B clients to maintain a certain volume of coffee production and to increase it further.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We found an information about them on the Internet, decided to meet with them and after this meeting and mutual discussion of possible project we understood that Apus team was exactly what we needed.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We needed to develop the corporate identity; we had to develop the first line of package for our coffee and to launch online representation of the company -website with a possibility of selling coffee.

What was the team composition?

From our side: me and two partners; from Apus Agency: the team consisting of up to 12 persons because the coverage of potential works was rather big and with different types of works.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This team managed to develop amazing, recognizable and rather simple corporate identity and they provided a great idea for our coffee. They were impressed by the history of our company, by our research trips to Indonesia. The guys suggested to use storytelling concept to tell about the company in form of this story, therefore we got a website telling about our trip. So, the first line of package contained information about our farmers. And we showed each farmer from different plantations. As a result, we produced our product, obtained our first client and even were presented in retail with our packing. Both foreign and Russian media wrote about our packing. We managed to get our first clients successfully based on such a virus effect of discussion of new packing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was efficiently built. We had a limited deadline and managed to complete the work in time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The guys’ ability to get to the heart of the matter stood out. They selected interesting approaches to work and goals to achieve such an amazing result.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Now we are working at the expansion of our product line and packing. But, by the way, we have been working with this company for about 4 years and during this time we managed to improve our corporate identity and to produce the next line of packing reflecting the new directions (new regions) of coffee production.
