We are very satisfied with the quality we received from them. Any bugs and issues were taken care of. We’re extremely happy and satisfied with the work they provided, which is why we’re still working with them.
How did Appz4 perform from a project management standpoint?
It was a smooth relationship from the start because of their past experience. They contributed with a very effective and positive attitude. They always brought up new ideas and evaluated the ideas for clarity. They always told us where to pay attention from an IT point of view. Their customer service is very productive, fast, and precise. Whenever we had any issues, they were approachable and available even after hours and on the weekend. They treated us like we were their number one project. They really take care of their clientele.
The milestones and deadlines were met 99% of the time. Nothing can be kept 100% because there are so many factors that have to be taken into account because we changed the direction we wanted to go along the way. We communicate via conference calls, private meetings, emails, and Skype calls and video conference calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Compared to other companies in the market, cost-wise, project management-wise, customer relationship-wise, they are by far the best.
