AppTecHub developed a mobile app and website for us. The website is a custom CRM platform, and the mobile app is available on both Android and iOS. Currently, they're providing maintenance and support to the platforms.

We began our partnership in January 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've received positive feedback from users about their development work, and I'm delighted with the service they're delivering — they've made my work much easier in developing the app and addressing my issues.

Overall, I feel lucky to have them because I can't imagine what I would be doing without them — we've subscribed to them for the following year!

How did AppTecHub perform from a project management standpoint?

AppTecHub is a very experienced team that manages to keep their word; if they promise me something, they'll deliver that at that time that they promised. The communication part is transparent and straightforward; if they face any problem, they let us know and keep us posted all the time.

In terms of tools, we've used ClickUp to manage the project and email and texts to communicate with each other. Also, if we face any bugs, they rectify them as soon as possible. We don't have to raise a ticket; we give them a call, notify them, and ten minutes later, it's fixed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're knowledgeable and experienced people who know what they're doing — they offer extraordinary services at a fair price.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — I trust them, and I'm happy with their work.

I'm the CEO of a dental services provider.

What challenge were you trying to address with AppTecHub?

We needed someone to work with our development team to build a mobile app and a website, which we planned on using to advertise our services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AppTecHub worked alongside one of my developers to build a mobile app from scratch. The app is now finished and is available on Android and iOS.

The AppTecHub also helped me design our website. They showed me various designs, but our head of IT made the final decision. Additionally, the team gave us advice on how to use the website to help our business. 

We continue to work with them on other software development projects.

A close friend referred them to me. We looked at their portfolio, reviews of their past work, and asked for references.

The project started in August 2018. We work with them whenever we need software development resources, so we have a yearly contract.

The website truly showcases our services — I feel good every time I see it. Additionally, we've received a lot of positive feedback on the site. 

How did AppTecHub perform from a project management standpoint?

AppTecHub has performed quite well. We mainly use Slack to communicate, along with the occasional email and phone call. I only directly communicate with them when there are issues. Most of the time, our head of IT manages the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I love that they give us the latest strategies in the industry to help us grow. I'm very happy with our partnership with AppTecHub.

No, I don't have any complaints about them.

I'm the owner of Lotus Sports Club, a spa services company.

What challenge were you trying to address with AppTecHub?

We needed a partner who could develop a website for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AppTechHub is developing my website and doing my social media, including all the channels we use, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. I've given them the ideas behind the development, what I want, what I expect, and they're currently doing the backend work. They're also designing everything that goes into icons, backends works, website setup, and how the digital media should look like.

They're also providing SEO and social media marketing for us at the moment.

We work with four members of their team, including an SEO specialist, an SEO coordinator who works under him, an SEO assistant, and Angelo (Manager).

The partnership started in October 2021, and it's still ongoing.

We're still expecting the whole website, but I notice that there's been quality progress thanks to their work.

How did AppTecHub perform from a project management standpoint?

They're great; I've checked some of the manager's work in his past career, and he seems to be an exceptionally perfect designer — we feel confident to entrust things to their team. In terms of tools, they're using Canva and Adobe. For communication, it's through phone calls and Skype.

They're doing a great job.

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.

Give them all the details of what you need, and they will deliver perfectly.

I had a great experience with them — the IT work they did was excellent. 

How did AppTecHub perform from a project management standpoint?

AppTecHub provided us with regular reports and we had monthly meetings to discuss the project. ​​AppTecHub mainly coordinated with the other companies working on our project, so we didn’t have much to discuss with them. 

They did a pretty good job managing themselves. AppTecHub always knew exactly what needed to be done and understood our business — they knew what we wanted to achieve. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The pricing for their work was excellent considering IT companies usually are more expensive; we got a great deal. 

Also, their experience level was exceptional; practically everyone at AppTecHub had 6–7 years of IT experience. Their team knew exactly what they were doing, and directions didn’t have to be repeated — the work got done on time. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No.

I would tell customers to go for it. AppTecHub's pricing and team are really good.
